Okay, for now the sheets look like this. I am not sure if I have not made them overcomplicated. If you have suggestions or believe that the damn thing is overcomplicated - let me know.

These sheets are made for human/High Elf races. If you want to play other race, let me know, say what you want and what you have in mind, and I will craft appropriate sheets

Character creation sheet – this sheet is only about your character, not your character's family, enemies, friends or kingdom.

    Name:
    Race:
    (Human, high elf, dwarf, etc.)
    Description/pic:
    Origins (choose one):
(what is your ruler's relationship to the previous ruler)
True born heir – you are a child or one of the children of a previous ruler.
Dynasty of the ruler – you are a sibling or cousin of the previous ruler of your dynasty.
Usurper – you are not connected to the dynasty. You might be a rebel general who toppled the dynasty, a royal bastard child who took a throne after all the royalty perished, or a mistress or a queen who toppled the ruling dynasty and started your own.
    Education (choose one):
Military – you are educated in understanding military matters. You know how the army works, how to organize it, how to move it and how to use terrain...
Stewardship – you have the education to make a profit, start a good business and organise taxes.
Intrigue – you are educated in the art of schemes and plots – and those include gathering information, spreading it, blackmailing someone not to mention assassinations and kidnappings.

Magecraft – you are educated in the art of magic and are a competent magic user. (choose a specialization of magic – necromancy, conjuration, illusions – etc.)
Prowess – you are educated in single combat with a weapon of your choosing. (choose specialization in weapon – bow, sword, spear, etc.)

    Age (choose one):
Young – you just recently stopped being considered a teenager and entered the world of adults. At least what is considered an adult among your race.
Mature – you are in the middle of your life. You have experiences and some things weight on you. (choose one additional trait and one additional flaw)
Old – you are coming to the end of your life. Your life baggage is big but with your experience, you can still achieve much. (Choose two additional traits and two additional flaws)

Length of your rule (choose one):
    Short
Medium – (you cannot choose it if your age is young)
Long – (you cannot choose it if your age is young or mature)

Trait (choose one): choose one trait or skill you are good at. It can be seduction, fencing, tactics, singing, a shooting voice, etc.
Flaw (choose one): choose one flaw that your character has. It can be a health issue, a character flaw like having only one eye, deadly diseases, weak constitution, oversensitivity, being baren, etc.

Kingdom creation sheet – this describes your kingdom and, the situation of your kingdom. It does not describe the relations with other player's kingdoms.

Style of the kingdom (choose one): Medieval, Samurai, Egyptian, High elf, demonic, etc.

Traits of the kingdom – you start with +5 points and have to balance it so that the balance is of 0 points. The balance is joint for all sections – except for the Military. So you can have a great Dynasty but at the cost of the terrible situation in the kingdom...

All of this is with humans/high elves in mind. If you intend to play any different race, let me know what you have in mind and we will personalise this for the race of your choice.

Geography – this section describes the area of your kingdom. You can name each village, town castle, etc - if you want to and describe the area it's placed in :)
Wild area (+1)(can be taken many times) – a wild area, with few or no people living in it. It could be mountains, forests, lakes, swamps, etc. Those areas have the potential to be later developed.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.
Castle (+5)(can be taken many times) – A stronghold that can serve as a strong point between one kingdom and the other... or to protect the border from barbarian raids.

Guild(+2)(can be taken many times) – a guild offering certain services (adventurer/mercenary/alchemy/healing/ etc.)

    Military
The strength of the military depends on geography. The number of villages, towns, castles, etc. determines how large a military force your kingdom can support. Special units like mages and paladins require you to have places that can support them. Fe. The tower of the mage can support two magic users. You will need another tower of mages to have more mages.

The number of points brought by each region can be as follows:

    Village +2
    Castle/Noble stronghold +5 (allows recruitments of knights/nobility)(can support up to 4 knights/nobles)
    Town +6
Holy site +5 (allows the recruitment of Holly warriors/inquisition)(cab support up to four holy warriors/paladins)
Mage's tower +3 (allows recruitment of holly magic users)(can support up to two magic users)

So if you have 3 villages and a noble stronghold, you have
    3*2 + 5 points = 11 points.

    Cost of military units:
    Squad of Militia/conscripts (12 people) – 1 point
    Armoured man-at-arms/archers/raiders/cavalry (12 people) - 2 points
    Knights/specialised warriors/nobles/paladins/holly warriors (4 people) – 3 points
    Magic users (2 people) – 3 points

So there is no way to have a Magic Knight kind fo character? Someone who is skilled in boith magic and a weapon, even if the character prefers magic over weapons?

Also, can Ruins be taken multiple times? Doesn't say, but it makes sense. Related to that, a suggestion:
Abandoned (-1) - a location that has been abandoned for some time. It is in disrepair, but there has not been enough time to become a ruin. An abandoned location can be restored to its former glory, but at a cost.

Yes there is. You just have to take magic or sword skill during education let's say you took magic, then choose mature or old character for age for additional skill an you can then take additional skill in magic - so now you have character skilled in both, sword and magic.

Eh... You mean, you conquer them, abandoned them, wait for bandits take them again and conquer them again after some time ?

    If so, the yes.

    Name: Erika The Undying
    Race: Human
    [IMG]
    Origins (choose one):
(what is your ruler's relationship to the previous ruler)
Usurper: Having assumed control through invoking the Rite of Iron against former High Chief Markus, Erika defeated him through the process of asserting her combat strength. While technically within the rules and considered legal, it's often meant to only be invoked in extreme circumstances and her usage of it to assume power is considered taboo. Despite Markus being unpopular for his inability at preventing the invasion, the unity of the seven tribes under one banner has been thrown into dissarray. Erika's support stems from granting more power and rights to the clans that were limited under Markus, while Markus's former supporters remain objectors while not so much due to her predecessor's popularity, but the clans that benefited under him wanting to keep it that way.

    Education (choose one):
Military –As expected of someone who was brought up to be a warrior. Like all in the tribes, she had her first mission at the age of fourteen as a rite of passage and after surviving(Albeit slightly scarred), she had the choice between a civilian life or out on the war trail. Having chosen to keep to the battlefield, she acted under the orders of several commanders from skirmishes, to pillaging. However, what had really put her on the map was her as a relatively young squad leader at the time of the tribe's sworn enemy(Not sure who yet)'s attempted invasion. Despite being a smaller and less well equipped force, the advantages of geography, home logistics, superior martial discipline, and in a sizeable part due to Erika finding herself in charge of a major division through process of elimination, she found herself on the fore front of being able to claim credit for driving the enemy back. Using that success and newfound champion status, she displaced the former high chief knowing of his overall unpopularity for his failure at repelling the occupation.

Not sure if prowess is supposed to be an education. personally, I think they'd be better separate from education given the limited nature. though maybe if someone wanted to they could forgo any martial ability for a minor boost to an education trait(cannot stack it with the main one) just a suggestion.
    Prowess – Axe

    Age (choose one):
Mature – you are in the middle of your life. You have experiences and some things weight on you. (choose one additional trait and one additional flaw)

Length of your rule (choose one):
Short- Having claimed power through trial by combat as is expected, Erika's reign is recent and while proven as a soldier, is considered untested at her competence as an actual ruler.

    Trait (choose one):

    Flaw (choose one):

Style of the kingdom (choose one): Barbarian

Traits of the kingdom – you start with +5 points and have to balance it so that the balance is of 0 points. The balance is joint for all sections – except for the Military. So you can have a great Dynasty but at the cost of the terrible situation in the kingdom...

Assassin (+3) – a merciless killer, ready to take life on your order.

    Society and situation:
(Unclear on why xenophobe and inequality would be a net advantage here)

Gender equality (-2) – Weapons do not care about the hands of those who wield them, only the strength and ability of the wielder
Kingdom's pride (+3) –Everyone in the tribes is meant to be a warrior and it's expected that everyone would be willing to shed their own blood to fight for it.
Powerful faction (-4) – The Silver Eyes, one of the largest clans of the bandit kingdom that benefited under Markus, remain determined to oppose Erika's new rule due to their former privileges being threatened. However, Erika's largest supporters their regional rival, the Scarlet Fang, push for her to curb their authority and influence in exchange for replacing it with theirs making a very difficult balancing act.
Slavery (-3) – While not considered particularly pleasant business, it's not uncommon for the tribes to practice the slave trade, for financial gain and labor needs. "Comfort" men and women, aren't an unheard of thing for when raiders grow restless. The practice is considered illegal to do to someone's whose completed the rite of passage by their respective clans.

Geography – this section describes the area of your kingdom. You can name each village, town castle, etc - if you want to and describe the area it's placed in :)
Wild area (+1)(can be taken many times) – The mountainous regions of the area are vast and impressive, but lacking in much development.

Style of the kingdom : Egyptian

Traits of the kingdom – you start with +5 points and have to balance it so that the balance is of 0 points. The balance is joint for all sections – except for the Military. So you can have a great Dynasty but at the cost of the terrible situation in the kingdom...

Kingdom of rising sun. Something similar to Greek-Egypth, with two major rivers, Snake and Lion, giving life to desert, with field of grain and mines of silver and iron. Their army used battle chariots with rider and archer, some special has battle mages of sand, heat and wind.
Ruling cast come from priest and priestess of cult, which claim that gods made Ma'r fall down, by their turning away from true faith. Royal family legitimaze itself by gods right to rule, by magical power to bring rain and prosperyty for fields of wheet, vegetables and fruit, by performing special rituals. In that moment rules Queen Melisena Thrid.
As she succed her older brother, Heristenes, on the throne, after his mistery death on the lion's hunt. She have two younger cousins in family and baby child of her brother, under care of brother's former mistress. Hierical and Heliosie are sisters, twins, children of Melisena's uncle, who pass away of old age. His wife died in childbirth. Twins are just two years younger than Melisena.

One of the special laws in these lands mean, that criminal could repaid their punishment by naked service to the country.
One of kingdom traditions is grand chariots race for beginning of summer, when everyone enough brave and skillfully could take a chance. Race is dangerous and chariots are not cheap, so there is not a lot of volunteers, but for winner waiting bless of the King/Queen and single wish, so there are still people willing to risk their lives.
Royal guards take best archers and mages in the kingdom, as they pledge their loyalty to ruling monarch. All royal guards wear magical necklace with red gemstone, which allowed them to communicate and in hands of rule could bring them to submission in cause of treason.
Higher rank of class in this kingdom is nobles with priests, they fill ranks of higher government, tax collectors, commanders of the army and religious centers.
Lower class are merchants, craftmen, artists and engineers
Lowest class are workers, farmers and whores.

One of major weakness of this Kingdom is

For now I wanted to know if the character and kingdom creation sheets are not to complicated for you. If you have any comments or would see some changes.

One we clear that and I make any changes that are required, I will publish the creation sheets officially.

What I have so far, followed by some clarifications, comments and questions.

Character creation sheet – this sheet is only about your character, not your character's family, enemies, friends or kingdom.

    Name: Q'alina (formerly Kalina)
    Race: Mystic Elf
    Description/pic:
    QalinaNude1.jpg
(skin should be a bit darker and the crown should be a bit smaller)
Origins: Usurper – not connected to the previous dynasty, so technically an usurper, but it is more accurate to say "No relation at all". All members of the previous dynasty died, so she seized the opportunity and became queen
Education: Magecraft – you are educated in the art of magic and are a competent magic user. Specialization: Arcane Magic (primarily combat spells)

Age: Young – you just recently stopped being considered a teenager and entered the world of adults. At least what is considered an adult among your race.

    Length of your rule: Short

Trait (choose one): Combat Magic – skilled at using magic in combat
Flaw (choose one): Oath to the Goddess – she made an oath in front of the goddess. As a result she is forced to wear only clothes approved by Qiramielle. Since the goddess has not approved of any clothes so far, Q'alina is stuck in the nude...

Kingdom creation sheet – this describes your kingdom and, the situation of your kingdom. It does not describe the relations with other player's kingdoms.

Style of the kingdom: Elven (Mystic Elf)

Traits of the kingdom – you start with +5 points and have to balance it so that the balance is of 0 points. The balance is joint for all sections – except for the Military. So you can have a great Dynasty but at the cost of the terrible situation in the kingdom...

All of this is with humans/high elves in mind. If you intend to play any different race, let me know what you have in mind and we will personalise this for the race of your choice.

    Dynasty
Only living member of the dynasty (-4) – you are the first, last and (so far) only member of the dynasty

    Personal:
Trustful Friend (+1) – you have a friend you can count on.
Ambitious Mistress (-1) – you have a sexual partner, who seeks to use her relationship with you to get richer and more powerful.
Could be the same person: A reliable-friend-turned-lover who plans to have an easy life by keeping the new queen's bed warm.

    Society and situation:
Xenophile society (-2) – incompatible with Xenophobe society. All intelligent races should be equal.
Gender equality (-2) – incompatible with Gender inequality. Men and women are equal.
Dominium of one religion (+2) – incompatible with Religious freedom. There is only one religion – all others are infidels.
Natural disaster (-6) – there was a natural disaster (Drought) in your kingdom that puts a large strain on your domain.
Natural disaster (-6) – there was a natural disaster (Wild Fire) in your kingdom that puts a large strain on your domain.

(Two natural disasters in a row led to the fall of the previous rulers)

Geography – this section describes the area of your kingdom. You can name each village, town castle, etc - if you want to and describe the area it's placed in :)
Wild area (+1) – a wild area, with few or no people living in it. It could be mountains, forests, lakes, swamps, etc. Those areas have the potential to be later developed.
    Village (+2) – a small village.
    Village (+2) – a small village.
Town (+7) – town serving as a hub of commerce, with artisans, smiths, shopkeepers, etc.
Holy site (+3) – a place of cult, with a temple built on top of it.

Ruins (-2) – ruins of a bygone era, now deserted or occupied by bandits or monsters. There might be still treasures inside.
    OR
2 Abandoned Villages (-1 each) – a village that was abandoned due to the recent disasters

    Military
    2 Villages + 1 Town + 1 Holy Site
    2*2 + 6 + 5 = 15 total

    Cost of military units:
    Squad of Militia/conscripts (12 people) – 1 point
    Armoured man-at-arms/archers/raiders/cavalry (12 people) - 2 points
    Knights/specialised warriors/nobles/paladins/holly warriors (4 people) – 3 points
    Magic users (2 people) – 3 points

Mystic Elves are a kind of elf that has purple skin and very high affinity for magic, allowing them to become impressive spellcasters. Legend has t that they were created by Qiramielle, Elven Goddess of Magic, supposedly in her image (she too is depicted as an elf with purple skin). She is currently the only goddess allowed to be worshiped in the kingdom, though that was decided by the previous rulers, not by Qiramielle.

In recent years the kingdom was struck by two disasters in a row: a drought followed by massive wild fires. The previous rulers and the few nobles the kingdom had all died trying to fight the fires. Two of the kingdom's villages were abandoned as a result of the disasters.

With all the royals and nobles dead there was no one left to rule the kingdom. Thus, in accordance with an ancient tradition that had not been used in centuries, a few candidates went to a holy place near the capital in search of divine approval. The goddess demanded an oath from all of them. Only Kalina agreed to said oath, despite not knowing what it entails, and thus became Q'alina, the new queen.

I think there should be a few more options that give negative points. The current ones seem a bit limited.

Also, can a holy place dedicated to a goddess of magic be used to recruit magic users? Like a mage tower that is a holy place at the same time? Or a temple that is also a mage tower?

Not entirely sure yet if I'm going with this one, but wanted to get something down to show I'm not dead.

Name: Shinanaka Motosiyo (Personal Name) Taiko (Regnal Name)
    Race: Human
    Description/pic:
    Origins (choose one):
(what is your ruler's relationship to the previous ruler)
True born heir – you are a child or one of the children of a previous ruler.
    Education (choose one):
Prowess – you are educated in single combat with a weapon of your choosing - Katana

    Age (choose one):
Young – you just recently stopped being considered a teenager and entered the world of adults. At least what is considered an adult among your race.

Length of your rule (choose one):
    Short

Trait (choose one): Sword Saint - The emperor's spectacular skill with the blade is seen as a sign of his divinity. Any of his subjects who see him use a sword are filled with inspiration, fear or lust, depending on what feeling he's trying to evoke.

Flaw (choose one): Debaucherer - Enjoys alcohol and sex in equal measure, indulging in wild orgies that draw the disaproval of the imperial court.

Kingdom creation sheet – The Empire of Nobunai - A feudal empire based around the worship of the Emperor. Despite the emperor's high status, true authority has been in the hands of the warrior class for centuries. In the reign of the last emperor, Motosiyo's father, attempts were made to reign in the samurai and restore the power of the central government, but he was assassinated by unknown parties, and now the imperial court is in a state of limbo - with the central government and regional samurai precariously sharing power. Two factions dominate the politics of the capital - the court nobles, rich and influential, who seek the institution of a central government, and the samurai faction, who desire the continuation of the status quo. Both sides watch the new emperor with interest, waiting to see if he'll come out in favor of the samurai or nobles - but for now, he's shown little public interest in politics.

Style of the kingdom (choose one): Samurai,

Traits of the kingdom – you start with +5 points and have to balance it so that the balance is of 0 points. The balance is joint for all sections – except for the Military. So you can have a great Dynasty but at the cost of the terrible situation in the kingdom...

Dynasty (This section describes your family and )
Rift in dynasty (-6) – members of your dynasty are in conflict. You squabble and fight among each other, some may seek to take your throne.
Shinanaka Sagami - A distant cousin of Motosiyo, Sagami's claim to the imperial throne isn't that strong, but she's beloved by the samurai faction. Raised as a ward by the leader of the Sugu Clan, one of the most powerful samurai families, Sagami was raised to be a perfect samurai, as good with a naginata as Motosiyo is with a katana, and devoted to the warrior class. Some whisper that she's the lover of the Sugu daimyo - though none are brave enough to say it to her face.

Shinanaka Tanaka - Another somewhat distant relative, Tanaka is despised by the samurai for his lack of martial ability, obese frame and the fact that his depravity knows no bounds. What makes him powerful, though, is the fact that he's massively rich. A genius with wealth, Tanaka has a huge market share of the slave, weapons and rice businesses.

    upload_2024-4-27_23-25-28.png
Shinanaka Mina - Motosiyo's twin sister. Mina and Motosiyo were extremely close in their youth. When they became adults, however, Mina's affection for her brother deepened, and she expected to be named his consort - not uncommon in the imperial family. Motosiyo, whether to protect his independence, out of desire for a strategic match, or simply out of a lack of desire, refused his sister's offer. Ever since, the jilted princess has harbored a grudge against her brother.

Possessive Consort Dowager (-2) – your parent (wife of king or consort of ruling queen) is alive, she knows best how best to rule the kingdom, and believes that you should leave the ruling to her.
    upload_2024-4-27_23-31-43.png

Shinasaka Tsumina - The empress, now empress dowager, Tsumina was deeply involved in the affairs of the old emperor, and leads the noble faction - the group desiring to transfer power to the central government. Valuing her independence, she tries to keep her son out of politics - indulging his hobbies by showering him in combat trainers and courtesans, in the hope that he'll focus on his pursuits and leave the running of the country to her.

Mistress (+1)(can be taken many times) – you have a sexual partner, who is ready to aid you in your cause.
Ambitious Mistress (-1)(can be taken many times) – you have a sexual partner, who seeks to use her relationship with you to get richer and more powerful.

    upload_2024-4-27_23-44-28.png

Yayoi - The matriarch of an incredibly minor samurai family, Yayoi moved her family to the capital, looking for some way to increase their status. She found it, when her daughter became a sparring partner of the emperor himself. Ruthless as ever, Yayoi used her daughter to get close to the emperor, seducing him, before sending her daughter away to the country so that she alone would have the young ruler's affection. Yayoi has leveraged her position to greatly empower her family, establishing several in positions of high honor or authority - with all of them relying on her for patronage.

    Personal:
Nemesis (-4) – there is a skilled person out there, whose only target is your demise.

Elite Guards (+3) – Your personal guards are among the best.
Skilled Spy (+3) – a skilled spy, whose abilities you can count on.
Spy Ring (+4) – you command a number of people who work together to gather information for you.
Assassin (+3) – a merciless killer, ready to take life on your order.

    Society and situation:
Xenophobe society (+2) – incompatible with Xenophile society. Your race is superior to others.
Xenophile society (-2) – incompatible with Xenophobe society. All intelligent races should be equal.
Gender inequality (+2) – incompatible with Gender equality. One gender is superior to the other. The inferior should be subordinate to other.
Gender equality (-2) – incompatible with Gender inequality. Men and women are equal.
Dominium of one religion (+2) – incompatible with Religious freedom. There is only one religion – all others are infidels.
Religious freedom (-2) – incompatible with Dominium of one religion. You are free to pray to any god of your choice.
Dark religion society (-5) – you and your people are followers of dark gods.
Rebellion (-2)(can be taken many times) – there is ongoing rebellion in your kingdom.
Cult (-3) – a cult following religion in opposition to the kingdom's religion working in secret
Raids (-1)(can be taken many times) – a small group of barbarians/orcs/amazons/wild elves/etc is raiding your borders.
Minority refugees (-3) – there is a sizeable minority of refugees from far away in your kingdom. Their traditions, outfits and religion are all quite exotic... and they don't want to assimilate.
Kingdom's pride (+3) – there is a general feeling of pride in being part of your kingdom and being a subject of your dynasty.
Powerful faction (-4) – there is a powerful group of people (nobles/priests/merchants/royal guard/etc) holding large sway over the kingdom's matters.
Slavery (-3) – the slavery is prominent in your kingdom.
Natural disaster (-6) – there was a natural disaster in your kingdom that puts a large strain on your domain. It could be flood, fire, drought, etc.

Town (+7)(can be taken many times) – town serving as a hub of commerce, with artisans, smiths, shopkeepers, etc.
Noble stronghold (-4)(can be taken many times) – a home to a noble house in your service.
Holy site (+3)(can be chosen no more than 3 times) – a place of cult, with a temple built on top of it.
Abandoned (-1) - a location that has been abandoned for some time. It is in disrepair, but there has not been enough time to become a ruin. An abandoned location can be restored to its former glory but at a cost.
Ruins (-2) – ruins of a bygone era, now deserted or occupied by bandits or monsters. There might be still treasures inside.
Mage's tower (+4)(can be chosen no more than 3 times) – a tower occupied by a magic user.

Not quite finished yet, but I'll add some stuff later. I agree with Moonblack about the negative points. Military and geography seem a little expensive, given the fact that we're supposed to be running a kingdom - even if you focus your points onto getting lots of settlements and soldiers, the most you can really get is maybe a few towns and a couple dozen guys.

Aside from that, I really like the point system - plenty of really interesting options for RP.

    As I mentioned,

I think prowess should be a seperate stat from education given its limited use. Though maybe leave it possible to forgo any skillls in it if someone chooses for a minor education boost(doesn’t stack with main trait)

And still unsure how xenophobe and inequality would be a net positive advatnage. While it might help for aggression on other groups it’s outright dermintal if a player would want to work by diplomacy or economic alliances and expand that way through less active military aggression

And more negative options for development could help I agree or at lest a higher base stat total

I would prefer not to concentrate too much into the detail. And, f.e. a noble lady from birth would not be thought a prowess at all...
Hmm... maybe adding additional part at the beginning, like f.e. hobby or fascination during the youth, that would allow an additional skill for start?

Okay, so more options. I can do that.

Sure, I don't see why not.

That's where the feudal castle comes into play. As a negative and a support at the same time, it would allow you to field more armies. It was supposed to portray the need to depend on the noble houses to run a kingdom.
I guess I will need to make more options and change prices a little...

I actually wanted to make it a negative at the start, but then I considered a historical context.
Unlike today, earlier societies with many cultures tended to be less stable and were more prompt to fall. Yugoslavia and Austro-Hungry being prime examples as they fell apart, while Han and Japan stay mostly united due to their way of thinking themselves superior. Thinking yourself superior makes society more united, even if it makes them do some stupid decisions... It's a tribal way of thinking, we against them. And that makes the 'we' part more united and stable. Same with gender inequality.

Honestly, I can make those points worth '0' points.

    Name: Farliele
    Race: Faunas
    Description/pic:

    Origins (choose one):

Usurper—Due to the unrest that plagued The Woodland Realm after the fall of The Empire, she was a major kingpin in overthrowing the hereditary rule of a diverse realm. Although she maintains the support of most of the tribal nobles, many more see her as a Usurper and imposter, especially among the Woodland Elves, after whom the Kingdom was named.

    Education (choose one):
Stewardship – you have the education to make a profit, start a good business and organize taxes. Having never been groomed to do much more than manage her own tribe by her father, Farliele had extensive knowledge of managing her realm.

    Age (choose one):
Mature – Having a lifespan roughly the same length as a human, Farliele is in her mid-thirties and thus has some earthly experience.

Length of your rule (choose one):
Short - As the fires of civil war just begin to die down, her rule has just begun.

    Trait (choose one):
Charismatic - She has a presence about her that makes people turn their heads when she enters a room, and when she speaks, people listen.
Attuned to Nature - Some say she's a Disney Princess, but her presence calms wild animals and beasts. Primordials have a tacit respect for her.

    Flaw (choose one):

Insular- Having come from just ruling a single tribe, Farliele knows little of the realms that lie outside of The Woodland Realms and their customers. Obvious things like wearing more clothing to make outsiders feel more comfortable just simply do not occur to her.
Hypercritical- She holds herself to a high standard and doubts her ability to lead. Although leading comes naturally to her; she often goes with what comes naturally to her mind before thinking about it later and stressing over every little detail she could have improved upon.

Kingdom creation sheet – this describes your kingdom and, the situation of your kingdom. It does not describe the relations with other player's kingdoms.

Style of the kingdom (choose one): Elective Monarchy—The Woodland Realm is (now) a collection of smaller tribes, mostly mono-race, and ruled by Hereditary chieftains that vote for their Monarch amongst themselves in Moots that take place every hundred years or when the previous King/Queen Dies.

Traits of the kingdom – you start with +5 points and have to balance it so that the balance is of 0 points. The balance is joint for all sections – except for the Military. So you can have a great Dynasty but at the cost of the terrible situation in the kingdom...
Dynasty (This section describes your family and )

Spiteful Consort (-3) – I haven't quite decided what to do here yet. I like the idea of a cool, composed Queen with a terrible home life at home. I figured either somebody she had to marry in the war in order to get someone's support. So a mixed-race marriage(probably Draconian). A political marriage with one of the Woodland elves in at attempt to smooth things over, or just a faunas who was a Monarchist and supported the Elven hegemony.
Progeny (+1) - Due to the open nature of sex in The Woodland Realm and a rambunctious youth, It's unclear who the father of Lamis, her only son is. At the cusp of adulthood, he fought in the civil war. Although no heroics were had, he made a name for himself already as a reliable soldier.

    Personal:

Nemesis (-4) – (former) King and now Chief Aundil of the Woodland Elves wants nothing else than to see Farliele fail or die so he can reobtain his perceived rightful throne.
Skilled Spy (+3)—Elise is a young Draconian that Farliele met while negotiating with their Chieftain to join the war. Although only barely considered an adult by her people's standards, her skill at shapeshifting and information gathering made her an asset in the war against The Woodland Elves. After the rebel victory, she continues to serve Farliele with devotion.

    Society and situation:
Xenophile society (-2)—Although they show a lack of trust towards outsiders, a Kingdom like The Woodland Realm is at least somewhat Xenophile. Members of the tribes often associate with one another, and marriages and relations between members are common. Mixed-race children are uncommon to rare, but mostly due to genetic incompatibility rather than the lack of trying.

Gender equality (-2) – Men and women are equal.

Dominium of one religion (+2)—The Woodland Realm's prevailing belief is the worship of the Sun, Moon, and Nature. Although the felling of trees does happen and is used in construction, the utmost care is taken to ensure as minimal damage to the forests as possible and often incorporates them into their construction. Many superstitions encompass the phases of the moon and sun such as sex during a New Moon being unlucky.

Rebellion (-2)(can be taken many times) Although officially over, Monarchists were angry over the peace agreement and many have taken up arms in rebellion against the insult.

Raids (-1)(can be taken many times): Sensing weakness within the realm, raiders of various types look for unprotected settlements, eager to take their share of loot or women.

    Powerful factions (-4) –
The Woodland Realms is divided almost evenly between the four major races that live within the forest. Each Chief rules over their tribe, and the King or Queen is tasked with mostly maintaining peace, ensuring prosperity, external diplomacy, and ruling over their own personal tribe. This means that Chiefs have large powers to do whatever they want with their own land so long as it doesn't harm other tribes.

The race of Queen Farliele, the faunas, have goat-like appearances with sensitive ears and antler-like horns on their heads. Some mixed-race Faunas/Centaurs have digitigrade legs and a furry lower half. Overall, they are the most average of races with a human-based lifespan(100 years) and few dominant qualities outside of their sharp hearing.

Although naturally reptilian in appearance, The cold-blooded Draconians often don a more human appearance. Their skin is covered in tiny scales that allow them to blend light and adjust their appearance to look more humanoid, so their physical appearance varies quite a lot. However, they can also take the physical form of most other bipedal humanoid beings and pass themselves off as one of them and can blend into their surroundings to hide. They have a slightly longer lifespan (120 years) and use their skills often to hunt for food.

think of them kind of like Mystique from X-men. Just a whole race of them...and Green.

The former undisputed rulers of the Woodland Realm, Woodland Elves, are dark-skinned with hair that ranges from light brown to black. Athletic and capable, they can climb and see great distances and fight with their bows. They live the longest (5oo years) and are often overconfident in their abilities.

Centaurs used to be The Black Sheep of the tribes. Living mostly near the wood lines, Centaurs used to be rogue, nomadic groups that bothered both Woodland Tribes and the neighboring kingdoms. Reigning them in was part of why The Woodland Elves managed to get the support of The Empire before it crumbled. In the years since they have settled down and more or less incorporated into normal Woodland society. Although painful at first, most public buildings incorporate a regard for centaurs into their design. Although their intrusive farming and herd animals grazing on the grasslands on the border still cause the occasional stain with neighboring kingdoms. Strong, Fast, and not very bright, Centaurs are some of the strongest and most skilled fighters within The Woodland Realm. Their average lifespan is shorter than a human's (about 60 years) and mostly is caused by health issues that come up from their physiology. [/spoilers]

    [spoiler = Primordial]

The final Intelligent species that lives within The Woodland Realms - The primordials are unique compared to the other races. Thought to be forest spirits or some kind of Fey, not much is known about them or their society....if they have one. Although they prefer their bestial forms, they have been known to take humanoid forms and intermingle with the other races. Children borne from such unions often disappear...presumably to also become Primordials. Their intentions seem to be to keep the forest safe and rarely interfere with The Realm's politics.

Geography – this section describes the area of your kingdom. You can name each village, town castle, etc - if you want to and describe the area it's placed in :)

So to simplify things a little bit, I decided to separate this into the different quadrants that are sort of 'claimed' by the different tribes. If my math is right, I should currently be at -7 and generally speaking all of these are probably going to be relatively evenly spread out across The Woodland Realms.

    [Draconian]

Noble stronghold (-4)(can be taken many times) – a home to a noble house in your service.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.

    [Faunas]
Castle (+5)(can be taken many times) – A stronghold that can serve as a strong point between one kingdom and the other... or to protect the border from barbarian raids.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.

[Woodland Elves] -Not currently supporting The Monarchy
Noble stronghold (-4)(can be taken many times) – a home to a noble house in your service.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.

    [Centaurs]

Noble stronghold (-4)(can be taken many times) – a home to a noble house in your service.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.
Village (+2)(can be taken many times) – a small village.

[Unaffiliated] - These are areas that are either undeveloped, ruins, or can't be claimed by any one tribe.

1xTown (+7): The Capitol of The Woodland Realm. Sylval lies near the center of the dense forests of the land. It is the only major city within the Kingdom and lies on the only major roadway that leads out of the forest (through the Centaur Noble Stronghold near the border). Smaller roads lead to the heart of each tribal capital.
1x Holy Site(+3): Enyolyn, Known as the Nudist Temple by those outside of The Woodland Realm. Enyolyn is the heart of Nature worship within the Kingdom. An enormous Elderwood tree lying at the top of a hill in the heart of the forest and within sight of Sylval; within its massive hollowed trunk open to the sky is where their most sacred rituals are performed. Often late at night during a full moon. The music from such rituals can be heard faintly in the Capitol. No possession created by hand or magic is allowed within its hallowed halls, which has led to outsiders calling it The Nudist Temple as nobles and peasants, foreigners, and natives are all expected to eschew their clothing before entering.

6x Abandoned (-1 each)(-6 Total) - a location that has been abandoned for some time. It is in disrepair, but there has not been enough time to become a ruin. The civil strife from the war has caused several locations to become abandoned.
3x Ruins (-2 each) (-6 Total) - As The Woodland Realm is vast and densely forested, some ruins are hidden in the shadows of the trees. These are often inhabited by beasts and monsters.

    Military

Each tribe provides 9 points (2 villages+Castle/Noble Stronghold)

    • 8 specialized warriors(6 points)
    • 4 Nobles(?) (3 points)
Sylval provides 6 points (1 town)
    • 48 militia/conscripts (4 points)
    • 12 archers (2 points)
Enyolyn provides 5 points (Holy Site)
    • 4 Holy Warriors(3 points)
    • 12 Armored Men At Arms (2 points)

So total with support from all of the different tribes, the King/Queen of The Woodland Realms can field

    32 - Specialized Warriors
    16 - Nobles
    48 - Militia/Conscripts
    12 - Archers
    4 - Holy Warriors
12 - Armored Men At Arms

However, the current rules within the kingdom mean that the tribes are free to offer or pull their support at the drop of a hat. They don't even need a reason. So the normal, 100% reliable fighting force is only what's provided by the home tribe and the two independent holdings.

    8- Specialized Warriors
    4-Nobles
    48-Mlitia/conscripts
    12 - Archers
    4-Holy Warriors
    12-Armored Men At Arms

I think i've lost the plot with the formatting, but I suppose that's okay. I also think i've bitten off a bit more than i can chew here. The thoughts and ideas in this could probably fit into its own RPG. The whole idea was a slightly larger-than-average kingdom with a lot of problems, but if things were fixed and unified they would be a fairly powerful force. It seems like a lot of land and power, but it's unlikely that many of the tribes would actually be all that interested in invading other places without some kind of incentive....but they would all (in theory) look towards uniting to defeat someone invading them.

I've mentioned it already, but I envisioned a society that's fairly casual about sex and nudity with a reverence towards nature and mistrust towards outsiders. Marriage is something that's somewhat unusual due to the nature of society, so it's also pretty unbreakable once those vows are made. I was also originally going to have her end up having to be married to a Woodland Elf as part of the treaty that ended the war, and her husband and her didn't get along, but I was worried that I was being too harsh on them. Woodland Elves aren't any more or less evil than any other race. I don't really want it to be something where I portray all Woodland Elves as bad and every woodland elf in the story have sinister intents...So I'm kind of at a bit of a loss as to who her husband should be. I want some tension there, but I don't want the weight of villainy to all rest on the shoulders of Woodland Elves.

also, I've been working on this for way too long... and i fully expect this to not post because of too many embeds, too many images, or too long of a post.[/spoiler]

Okay, it was a misunderstanding on my part - I thought those settlements and armies represented the entire kingdom. So it's only the parts under your direct control, with everything else being your vassals?

You made a nice division sheet - it gives me ideas about where I made mistakes and what I need to improve.
It looks like I will need to make a revision of geography, so that villages, cities belonging to nobles were all on negative value.

You will describe the entire kingdom, including the parts belonging to nobles.
I will revamp the part, so that villages and cities belonging to certain noble families were of negative value. So that you could have many noble families, able to support their own armies.
Hmm... I will have to limit the number of noble families and holdings they can have...

Okay, Just published the sheets in the information section. I have made a few revisions, added a few choices... if you think you want something else added, let me know.
If you want, you can do some worldbuilding, giving areas names, craft your kingdoms's history and cooperate with other players to craft relationships with other kingdoms.

it's quite a bit to do, but just left a thing. landed on the barbarian girl for now, I guess. Just writing here to avoid too much scrolling because this one is going to be a lot between all the things for people, I think.

No problem. Let me know when you are either finished, have some questions or would like to have included something that isn't included in sheets.

Same. I have added names to most locations and filled the military part (for the purposes of recruiting magic users I treat the Temple of Qisana the same as mage tower). O still need to decide on the Kingdom's name, and possibly on the names of the different units.

Also, what is the difference between Armored Men-at-arms and Veteran Infantry?
