Yes (clickable) No (clickable) --- Then depending on the choice the reader clicks on, the choices disappear and a paragraph appears. Sometimes I just don't think it would be necessary to create a whole new chapter for just a paragraph or two!

Yeah if you are looking for that sort of thing I would recommend using Twine. It has pretty in depth tools.
You could but you have to add in acts. Write a paragraph and then have a choice and say scroll down to Act A or Act B though not sure how you pick your choice from there.
