Does anyone else get a weird kind of writers block where your ideas feel like they’re too big? And the worry about refining them stalls you?
My (similar?) problem is that I perennially underestimate how many words my story ideas will end up being, but only *after* I started working on them: "uh-oh, this was supposed to be a quick 25,000 words story, but now I'm at 50,000 and I'm barely even halfway done..."
My inspiration comes in tiny pieces. "I want a scene where X happens" and then I have to figure out the details like "how did we get there?" and "who are these people?"
Suprised how underexplored concepts like 'Hysterical Literature' are in places like camgirling, where that kinda thing would fit perfectly.
Huh.... Yeah, that would work. Especially if the cammer is using a type of sex toy that viewers can activate with tips. Make it a game "'camgirl vs viewers, can you finish me off before I finish this story?"
Thinking about making a list of various RP scenarios and settings as they come to me, would that work as a thread for everyone to add to?
If you have an idea as a GM, you can post it in RP advert section to check interest. As a player, you can ask if you can join one of the ongoing RPs. For private RPs, it's a little trickier, but posting in profile works!
We have a few prompt threads. Mainly for stories. But perhaps start another one for RP scenarios? RPG advertisement room could use such a sticky thread, even if advertisements for people who want to try out those scenarios would be separate threads.
Yeah I was kind of thinking something similar to the 1001 story ideas! Even just as a place for people to out rogue thoughts down.

Ugh, I have an idea for a chapter and tried to write but after a couple sentences I had to give up. It's too hot.
Did some research (I swear!) into camming for an upcoming chapter, and it's *amazing* how many camgirls just... sit there...
...for minutes at a time, doing absolutely fuck-all. Isn't the point of watching a camgirl that there's interaction between performer and audience, that it's not just a video being replayed? Every time, after like 30 seconds without any dialogue or activity at all, I was like, well, this is fucking boring, let's try another.
The point for Camgirl, is to get the audience into paying them. If you are watching a free stream, they'll occasionally chat with you and try to get you into tipping them or paying for the private room or whatever the site has. ...Then they do more sexy stuff to keep you in there.
Last draft of my final chapter done! Just need to edit it now and it should be up this week - I’m so excited!
It's been such a good story! I do hope Lavorra's going to be ok in the end, but then, I also want to see what happens if she isn't...

I rarely RP in chatrooms now. Today, I twice got a nice RP going, twice the partner left me mid-session. The theme WAS getting blueballed...
At least it wasn't anything personal. They said had some company come over suddenly. In fact, it was the same partner both times, they came back and we got the RP going on again nicely for a while. So I think they were honest that there was stuff coming up. I'm also quite bad with that which is why I so rarely RP via chat.
Ah that’s fair! Sometimes stuff does happen and I always feel so guilty when I have to duck away! I guess that’s another advantage of play by post!
It is. ...I should really try to find someone to play-by-post with. It is often easier to find a partner in a chatroom.
Yeah sure, retracing history is cool and all, but speculating about nonsense is way more fun, especially when there's a distinct logic to an suprisingly simple explanation.
Etymology is also hilarious when similar sounding words in one language have wildly different origins from two separate languages and so on. And of course then there is the "homo" issue where ancient Greek and Latin have an identical word with different meanings but now kids who speak neither of those will giggle when they hear "Homo Sapiens."
Story idea, that I'm not sure if I have the energy to write: ghost couple possess random people so that they can fuck again. Hijinks ensue.
I think I prefer if the ghosts(daemons?) are mischievous and doing this to mess with people. Or basically roleplay their kinks with the people they selected as their targets. "Wanna do a nurse and patient next?"
But ghosts always accidentally possessing people who are madly in love or otherwise would never harm each other, does make for comedy. It always leads into hate-fucking somehow.
...And now even as I ponder this idea, I once again remember I had a thought of doing a "world tour of sex" story set in Warhammer Fantasy, with a Dwarf Slayer MC. Call it the "Dwarf Layer" as he strikes out old grudges and somehow ends up fucking elves and humans and other lesser species. (My main issue is that while the sex is fine on CHYOA, the violence would have to be watered down.)
May not be able to post as much this weekend, but when I do, I’ll be coming up to the finale! Very excited!
I like this site because when I have that problem, I can leave one story for the other writers and focus on the next one.

When a pokemon hentai clone game somehow has unironically has more interesting rivals and a more serious plot than the actual games.
Mainline Pokemon was only ever really for kids to geek out over the cool dragons fighting each other or people who were willing to put in the hours to ACTUALLY catch 'em all. Not much plot really required in either case, though it would be greatly appreciated.
well because of certain content I can't really say it on site. Really...not that into that aspect. Overall the scenes are pretty mid. But....the overall plot involves human genetic testing experiments, the corpse of a girl used as a battery and euthanasia as a sentinet force wiping out all human life....it's just such a bizzare tonal shift from everything else in the game like something you'd see in lobotomy corp.
