Everybody agreed that sticking together was the best solution, and soon the band of four headed towards the east exit of town on horseback. ‘You hunters know what you’re doing? Carrion eaters already picked it clean but maybe you can find some tracks leading us to the beast.’ ‘Jesus, they must’ve had a fight to the death and that stag lost badly,’ Andy commented as he looked at the skeleton. ‘Way to state the obvious. Our friend is a big fellow, alright.’

Where do you come from, what brings you to Silver Creek?’
‘Please, do come inside, we’re alone today, Mr Pearson went to another ranch to see if they had a breeding stallion for sale,’ Leona said and bid Elias to step inside. They might already be long gone and have sold him to some other ranch, sadly we didn’t catch them in the act. They got in the stables all quiet like and must’ve took off in the night. Strangely they only took our stallion, they must’ve known he was worth the most.’
