Taking note of the second shuttle Victoria nodded in approval at Patricia's thoughtfulness. Still, she paused and contacted the crew of the second shuttle. “What are your orders?” She inquired. The clones on board the Aurora were servile and always ready to obey, which was usually fine, but could be a problem if they were to misunderstand an order or take it too literally. Thus she decided to make sure there would be no misunderstandings.
‘Establish a connection to LtCmdr Naomi,’ the captain ordered the comms HUM. Once the connection was made, Andrey talked to Naomi, ‘See if you can make contact with survivors and find a way to get the ship back in working order.’ He then looked to the screen showing the anomaly. What are you? He asked himself.
Saffrona wave to her crew, taking her rifle. "Let's go first to hangar. I don't know if this is help of fleet or enemy, so stay cautious and weapon in ready. You try to fix engine and I will check that." She said and go to hangar.
"Keep engines hot, and wait." The blond pilot of the other shuttle answered... her tone bland. As Victoria entered the shuttle, with Sylvie and a group of the clones present, the pilot turned to face her. "Where to?"
Saffrona made her way to the hangar, when she arrived she came into a chaotic scene. One of Reaver assault shuttles came loose and crashed into the wall, smoke was coming of ii. A number of clones were running around, carrying unconscious crewmembers as well as trying to take control of the situation. There was also an addition - Federation's Halo shuttle landed inside the hangar.
The anomaly continued moving, just as it moved earlier - and just like the time Saffrona was transmitting. As the connection was established, the Screen on the bridge showed Naomi. "1st here. Akira has landed us without problems." She reported. "There is chaos onboard. The crew members are trying to secure the damage, but I can see a number of them laying on the ground. Could it be biological contamination..." She frowned as she said that.
“Good.” Victoria nodded at the pilot before leaving the second shuttle behind. “Take us to the surface, close to the hut – but not too close. Try to keep us out of sight, we don't want to scare the locals and have to chase them around.” The captain instructed the pilot.
‘Put on the full gear then, you won’t be over there too long, I hope. We can set up some de-contamination equipment in the hangar here for when you get back,’ Cherenkov said over the comms, ‘Maybe they were only knocked unconscious by the hit from the anomaly. Do you have some smelling salt in your kit? That might be enough to get them back up.’
Saffrona enter to hangar and give orders. "ORMO 20-30 carry away uconscious crewmembers. Rest of you, prepere cold ice and sand, we can't risk getting fire on the ship!"
"Roger that." The pilot confirmed. The shuttle made its way through the atmosphere, flying to its destination. Slowly, the place they were flying to, came into view. "That's one hell of a house." Sylvie commented.
"Yes captain!" She gave an affirmative as she gestured into the hatch. "Heard the captain, move in!" The crewmembers started entering through the hatch... soon, half of her clones were through.
"We have equipment. I will try to make greetings with local knuckleheads." She turned to look at something of the screen. "I will leave the audio on... just in case things go wrong."
A couple of present clones nodded, and continued around with their work, trying to take control over the chaos. Just as she finished giving orders, the ramp of a shuttle started opening.
“You can say that again! Certainly not the hut I was told about...” Victoria commented as she looked at the 'house'. “Can we confirm how many people are inside without getting any closer?”
The clone frowned as she started manipulating the controls. "There are heat sources there... but they are quite close to each other. I would need to get closer to get better readings." the second pilot reported.
Victoria considered their options, then nodded. “Very well, get closer and learn what you can before we land.”
‘You’ll do fine, I’m sure, still being cautious is good,’ Andrey nodded towards his screen, ‘We’ll monitor the situation from here.’
