Counter to Felicia's expectations, the professor winds up needing the entire hour to get through the class overview, rules, etc. Phoebe seems to get along very well with the student she was talking to while Felicia walked in. They naturally play off of each other, joking back and forth as other students join in with the banter. While far more entertaining than most classes, the pace of progress might be agonizingly slow for some. The extent of her first assignment in the course is to make sure she brings her textbook next time. "Have a good rest of your day!" Prof. Neil wishes them well as she dismisses the students a couple minutes early. Samir stands, offering a hand to help Felicia out of her chair. "Ready whenever you are, gorgeous." He smiles, his teeth brilliant white.
Listening to the class, Felicia wasn't bothered by Phoebe's slow pace, in fact she's a bit surprised how well the professor managed to make the other students join her pace. Guess there's all sorts of professors here. She thinks to herself, listening idly to the class. And soon enough, it ends, signaling her free time. Though as Samir offers a hand, "Right, let's go then." She said, giving him a smile, but she doesn't take his offered hand. Is he... hitting on me? She thinks to herself as they make their way to the library. "So, Samir, do you already have a deck in mind that you'd present to professor Itou?" She made small talk as they walked through the academy's halls.
The fox-woman snickers at Julia's deadpan joke. "Of course! She lost another game! Sister, you have grown oh-so complacent..." Spoiler: Perception Roll 72+10(Cold Reading)-30(Devious)=52 weak success "E-gyp-tian?" Yoko's voice, echoing from the trees, sounds out the word. "Who is this?" The kitsune doesn't seem familiar with the nation. Despite her puzzlement with the word, she appears to understand the rest of Julia's statement well enough. "You defeated her host and banished her, so she brings you to me. Dakki, you really must learn to clean up after yourself..." The white-furred spirit says, amused. Once Izanami is mentioned, any mirth immediately falls from Yoko's vulpine form. "Is this true?! Izanami-no-Mikoto has claimed a new host?" She demands, raising her voice.
Undeterred, Samir confidently walks side by side with Felicia. "I've been considering switching to a Gravekeeper's deck anyway, so this is the perfect time to work it all out. You?" They exit the hallway, meeting the bright sun's intense glare as they trek the sidewalk to the academy's library. Their transit is brisk since the building is only a couple minutes away. Walking inside the modern-looking structure, they find a quiet interior filled with rows of bookshelves, a front desk, public tables, and private study areas. Spoiler: Library
"A Gravekeeper deck? That sounds interesting." Felicia replied, already pondering how she'd do against such a deck. "As for me, I have no ideas yet. That's why I was planning on checking out the school's card database." She replied, "Though I don't think I'll be switching decks myself. It's always fun to theorize about new ones." The red-head said in an elated tone, until she recalled how Uru seemed to have other "kin." Felicia thought it would be its offsprings, but maybe, Did you mean there are others like you? She thought to herself, asking her spirits about themselves.
Samir agrees. "Yeah, it is. Do you know where the card database is? I haven't been in here before." Spoiler: Commune Roll Tyrant 44+10(Bond)+10(Dual Spirits)=64 success Uru 51+10(Bond)+10(Dual Spirits)=71 success Yes. Both the dragon and the spider reply at once. Their combined sound is deafening, occupying both the low register and the high register, respectively.
"Ah, no, I haven't been here before either. Maybe we should ask the librarian?" Felicia replied, just as her spirits reply, Guh! T-this is... new, I haven't experience you both speaking at the same time before. She groaned as the deafening voice within her head. Felicia then looks around, hoping to find the librarian, or someone else working in the library.
It made a sense a Japanese spirit wouldn't have too much knowledge of ancient civilizations...she might need to frame it in a way that a duel spirit would have heard of. She clearly understand shadow games and the sorts exist. "It's the term in human world for an ancient civilization. The language the thing spoke was that. I guess the closest way to put it is the voice of the thing that judges on the rulings of shadow games and enforces the punishment." She didn't know in what terms Yoko might know it as, but it wouldn't be seen as attractive even for a blood crazed spirit to seriously entertain the notion of fighting that thing. "The goddess of the dead, yes." Julia said it flatly. Inazami was a Japaense god, so it made sense Yoko would have a better understanding of that, especially being among the undead and spirits undead even among spirits. "She took Dakki's place...and it's hard to say exactly how it's going, but she seems interested in establishing her new connection. I haven't spoken to her personally, but....I think there we might have a kind of...unspoken understanding."
Grr... Tyrant growls at the other spirit. I have five siblings. Stardust, Blackwing, Blackrose, Lifestream, and Fairy. The thing has it's own allies. We defeated them once, eons ago, sealing them away. It's kind are a dire threat to mortal existence. You must destroy it. Uru seizes it's chance to speak. Aside from my...brood...there are more of us sealed here...I am merely the first... While the two bicker, audible only to Felicia, Samir leads her to the front desk where a woman sorts returned books. Spoiler: Librarian "How can I help?" She asks quietly.
Grinning inwardly as he finds yet another weak point in the professor, he returns to her womanhood, tongue probing and caressing and hitting the sensitive spot he found earlier with increasing frequency, as he continues to stroke himself. He builds up the speed and intensity of his movements slowly, increasing Yumi's pleasure at a steady rate so that when her orgasm arrives, she isn't ready for it.
Uwaaah! Felicia's eyes widen as her two spirits start bickering inside her head, though she does manage to catch the names Tyrant growls, and Uru's comment of sealed Earthbound Immortals. I got it, I got it, stop fighting! She replies to her spirits, hoping to silence them so she could work on her assignment. "Yes, we'd like to ask where the card database is located?" Felicia replied in a low tone, forcing a smile despite her slight headache from hearing two spirits argue in her mind.
"Enforces...Do you not possess the power to compel others yourself?" Yoko's body materializes behind Julia, grinning madly. "She lost to a mortal who cannot even exorcise her!" The kitsune cackles, doubling over in her laughter. "I must inform the Inari." She says once she recovers. "You have done a great service in bringing this news to me, mortal. Leave with my favor. Pass through the torii behind me." The fox-spirit disappears once again. "It will return you to your world."
Julia had to wonder if this was good or bad. On the one hand, she wouldn't die. On the other, this news mattered...but on the other, from the implications Dakki was going to be treated as like an absolute joke likely weakening her ability to mobilize her side. And while they took an interest in Inazami having a new host....she had a tough time imagining any of them being a genuine threat to her. Regardless, she couldn't do anything about it now. It was better to just return and reaccess. "Thank you." Julia kept it brief as she walked towards the apparent way out. She didn't see much point to Yoko setting all this up only to do something at the last minute. And really...it's not like she had any better options present, leaving Julia to advance and hope this would work as a way out.
"Mmm...just like that..." Yumi coos, keeping her hand on Adam's head. "I will allow you to orgasm soon..." The seductive professor's breathing grows shaky. "...after you bring me to one." The former pro duelist's other hand reaches down to her clit, stimulating it herself instead of allowing Adam the privilege. Her moaning stays quiet, but her tensing muscles signal her building ardor. It won't take much longer for her to climax. "Keep going!" Yumi pulls the young man's face into her groin.
We have fought these creatures for millennia! We must always defeat them. A single failure causes the destruction of your kind, Seer. Tyrant roars. Incorrect... Uru's reedy voice protests. Only some of the mortals would be harmed...No worse than what they do to themselves... The librarian smiles gently. "Please follow me." She leads them to a computer in a section of the library devoted to the history, lore, strategies, etc. of Duel Monsters. "Sign in here with your school ID and password, and you'll be golden. Anything else?" Samir shakes his head. "Nothing from me, thanks." He looks to Felicia. "You care who goes first?"
W-what!? Hearing Tyrant's roar, Felicia couldn't believe that the two spirits she has had such history between them. C-calm down you two! I'm not going to let Uru destroy anything. A-aside from this one time with Carley... The red-head replies to her spirits as the librarian leads them to the computer. "You can go first, Samir. You seem to have an idea for your deck already. I don't want to keep you waiting while I browse." She replied with a smile, before listening to her spirits argue some more.
Passing through the torii--the spirit gate--Julia sees only blackness. A moment later, she awakens in her bed. The professor feels better, much better. She is carefree and light as a feather, but this strange emotion disappears as Julia stirs and realizes she is not, in fact, weightless. Turning her head to the nightstand, she sees the bowl of soup and water Angelica brought to her, but a new object catches her eye. It is a miniature, keychain-sized mask reminiscent of Yoko's vulpine face. The mask is white with red patterning. The red color is particularly heavy around the eyeholes, reminiscent of someone using an excessive amount of eyeshadow.
"Thank you...mph...maitresse..." Adam breathes between face fulls of muff, letting his tongue focus on the sweet spot he found, stimulating and overstimulating the professor until she's wracked by a toe curling orgasm. That's right... Learn to love the pleasure, mon belle...
Oh, that one is very much alive...though perhaps her womb is ruined to your kind... Uru's wheezing tone takes on a sinister aspect. She thinks herself my equal...but she cannot even survive being bred without my power... You disgust us. Tyrant rumbles, but he doesn't reply further. The librarian leaves the two students to their task, returning to the front desk. Samir signs in and quickly searches the database for Necrovalley. "Thanks, but I'd like to stick around anyway. In case you need help. Or if you just like my company." He half-jokes, writing something in a small notebook he pulls out of a pocket. Then, he searches for Gravekeeper and the result returns a wide array of cards bearing the word in their names. The boy works on copying down the cards he wants. "So, aside from the entrance one, had any good duels since getting here?"
Urgh. Felicia groans, hearing Uru's comment about Carley. But as she heard the Earthbound's last comment, she realized the head cultist had returned to her former self. Allowing Felicia to avoid feeling sorry for her. I don't need that kind of detail... thanks. She replied to her spirit as Samir starts. "Sure, I don't think I'll need help. But someone to discuss tactics about new decks is always appreciated." The red-head said to her current companion, "As for duels, I... suppose I have? How about you?"
