Something just for fun. What RPG attributes, skills, and other things can be used in erotic stories? Climbing = Why does the princess always have to be in the highest tower. Charisma = Hello Princess. How you doing? Lock picking = Damn Chasity belts. Will power = Resist orgasm Endurance = Damn it woman I am not a machine. Six times is my limit. Sneaking = Now if I can get out of here without anyone spotting me. Horseback Riding = They spotted me, time to steal a horse and make a break for skyrim. Crossing the border shouldn't be that hard.

The Dragon in the Twelth Floor of the Dungeon That Can't Possibly Survive There: Just going to dump a sexy lady in here, who cares about logic.
Funny story - All of it true, or at least true enough for the Internet. On another site I was going to DM a game of DnD on over play by post and I put out the call for players. Interestingly the first four to answer were all female, or at least Internet female to the point that they never broke character. So I'm getting ready, PMing to make sheets when one of them sends me a message saying that if I want to do a story bit where her fighter was raped and impregnated by orcs she'd be fine with that, but would understand if I said it wouldn't happen. I asked what brought that on, she said it was just a bit of a sex thing for her. Before I could respond to that a second player PMed me that she was also open to the idea of her sorceress being raped and impregnated by a monster. Apparently completely independent. One by one all 4 of my players made that kind of request, 2 of them specifically saying Orcs, completely independent of each other. So fuck it, I ran with it and made my big bad a sex obsessed lovecraftian horror called The Beast Below and made everything Pervy. Was fun, the end.
I'd be surprised if all of them were female, but I'd also be surprised if none of them were. I know this clashes with your worldview, but some girls are into that stuff. Just like some guys are into that stuff.
Some research suggests that, statistically, more women than men online are into misogynistic fantasies/pornography. http://dailycaller.com/2017/07/05/g...t-women-is-more-popular-among-women-than-men/
You're probably right actually: 'Bodice Rippers' are totes a whole genre of romance novels. I doubt it's all men buying them somehow. (The three of them each mentioning orcs though... That's kinda suspicious to me...)
Any one study by itself is statistically insignificant. However, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if this did turn out to be accurate. Fantasies are fantasy for a REASON. I can think of only one example, in all my 27 years of gaming, where I have even MET someone badass enough that they wouldn't die horribly if dropped into a fantasy world who played RPGS, and he mostly played mages... The question "What do women want?" Is moronic in the extreme because it assumes they want something men don't. What they want is the same thing EVERYONE wants: Their Own Way! For SOME of them, this probably does include a dominant and agressive partner: the same can be said of a lot of men. However, if you've observed porn at all closely, porn aimed at guys, the women have a strong tendency to be the ones making the moves. Most people want someone to come on to them, but of course only when they're already in the mood, and just bring them sex without even asking for it. This is as true of women as men.
(Two of them mentioned orcs. There were four all together) Eh, Orcs are a pretty common trope in RPG's, if the idea came across that the adventure may turn into a sexual one. Perhaps a couple of them(two in this case) wanted to implant the idea. Rape and Sex in general tends to be a taboo subject when it comes to D&D/Tabletop games. If the people involved play female characters regularly, whether they were male, female, or attack helicopters, then they would know that it's often a taboo subject and shooting a quick message explaining what their limits(or lack there of) wouldn't be all that surprising. Just a sort of "Hey, I just wanted to let you know real quick. If my character got captured and raped by orcs, then I'd be okay with that." I have played female characters before and I always make it a point to explain that while I might be the only female character in the party(Especially if I'm the only female character in the party), I'm not here to be a sex object. I'm here to play a character. If it's thematically appropriate for the situation, then it's fine. I'm not going to say that if i get tied up and kidnapped by all male bandits that they're not allowed to take advantage of my character, because in many cases they absolutely would. Bandits are already morally bankrupt characters who murder people. However, I'm not going to be fucking every guard, monster, and party member. I've played in groups where a player and their female character were alienated by constant sexually harassing situations and sometimes downright uncomfortable ones. I left a group pretty directly when a DM harassed another PC one day when he drew the correlation that "Female Druids must fuck animals...ergo all animals must want to fuck her."...It wasn't a very comfortable situation to be in. So yeah, drawing the lines before a campaign starts is absolutely an important step. Especially if you think sexual content is going to occur.
