Hello, I'm currently writing a storyline for an eroge VN set in a freeuse dimension and one of the locations the protagonist visits is a medical clinic. In it, he asks what services the clinic provides to a receptionist. What are some "freeuse" medical or psychiatric services a clinic could potentially offer to the public? Better yet, what are some unique medical issues one could face in a culturally freeuse universe?
Pregnancy testing (and related services, such as checking whether someone is ovulating) STI testing (and related services) Cleaning station for those that don't want to walk around full of cum (or to get their anus "ready for use") Walk-in Exams and ointments for bruises, chaffing, bleeding, any rips or tears, etc. UTI testing (and related services) "Sealing" - application of a medical tamper-proof seal or chastity cage, with a slit for urination, if for some reason sexual encounters are deemed medically inadvisable (recovering from surgery/birth/bad infection/heavy period, etc.) Support counseling (Psychiatric services, this could range from automated/call-center booth type support line to one-on-one talk therapy or sex therapy); normal subjects might range from shyness to dealing with the aftereffects of a bad (violent/rough/incest/unwanted pregnancy/STI/weird fetish) encounter to not feeling sexy enough Free condoms/female condoms/dental dams/other forms of birth control Pamphlets on basic sexual health/wellness/education Depending on how the freeuse society is setup, "rape" might not exactly be a crime (except statutory, and that shouldn't come up in CHYOA), but you'll probably have people from other cultures that are visiting and not used to how things are, so there might be an "Orientation Therapy" course ranging from individual encounters with trained sexual healthcare professionals to gangbangs. Likewise, some folks might face minor judicial punishments with obligated nudity (to allow easier access) or be forced to do "community service" in a clinic as a demonstration model for sex ed classes, etc.

I've decided on one scenario in which the protagonist meets 'Anna', a distraught MILF waiting outside a psychiatrist's office because her son refuses to fuck her. The mother doesn't understand and believes not fucking your kin is highly unusual and "not normal". This is, of course, set in a culturally free use world where incest is not uncommon and in a matter of fact, natural. The protagonist who hails from baseline reality (our world) will be given the option to help the mother to try and win her son over or alternatively, refuse and state incest is disgusting. All in all, one service a clinic could provide is counselling for mentally ill sons or daughters who, for some reason, aren't into incest. However, your ideas are *great* and I'll be sure to implement quite a few of your suggestions.
