Hey this is madrox13 and I recently joined the site and am currently in the middle of writing an incest story. I accidentally hit publish and it was reviewed and dinged for underage content. I know I made all my characters 18 and over but I set up in the back story that their is both public nudity for of age people as well as underage nudity within private dwellings. I also mentioned that in the privacy of the main characters room he masturbated to the thought of his of age 18 year old sisters while he was underage so I wonder if I was dinged on that. Someone please tell me which it was please. This is the message at the top of my story Underage content is prohibited on CHYOA. Please make sure that all characters are at least 18 years old and publish your story again. Thank you! (Note: Underage characters must not be present during sexual activity, no matter if they have sex themselves, just watch others, or masturbate.)
I declined the story as it said that the protagonist watched his sisters eating out each other when he was 16 (the sisters were older than 18). Same applies for self-satisfaction. It doesn't matter that he was 18 when describing it but what age he was when it happened. (Though I'm not sure if that was the only scene which violated the rules)
Okay thank you. I'll tweak the part mentioned above to fit site guidelines. But is the underage nudity at 16 I mentioned allowed or does that need omitting as well?
The things in your story were close to being fine. I'd say it's fine if it is in a purely reporting manner which won't arouse the reader, similar to stating "My first time was at 16." Stating "I jerked off to my sisters eating each other out." is not. I'd still recommend staying on the safe side. After all, this is a legal requirement and depending on your place of residence, publishing underage content might get you into serious trouble.
