Having a keen awareness of her surroundings of mixed species she tries to get closer without getting suspicious she needs to take her target out with minimal effort and notice. Spotting a wall she blends in and takes a nearby table where she can clearly hear the conversation and see the target in sight. Her time on this infested decaying planet needs to finished as fast as she landed.
"Before what? I get fined for littering? I didn't think your logic processor was that busted to show how one sided this is....I should probably ask you whose behind this, but you aren't going to want to work with me, huh? No, you take after your master you love so much. If he was smart, he'd cut his losses but instead he just wants to waste you guys trying to kill the obviously better and cuter assassin. Because he knows that you're expendable." Plunging the blade into the droid's head, it wasn't quick. Slow, drawn out and purposely scraping along it's brain components to draw out shutting it down for longer until he finally finished the job with a deep plunge and rose. Kay internally weighed the risks more than he was leading on. One of them by itself wasn't much of an issue. Having to deal with a bunch at once would be an actual problem, though he'd never admit to it. His contact was dead and he had a new supposed arch enemy he never met. The best he could think of was to try and search where the droid was hiding and originally and see if he could still find Va'rush's body to search for anything. Va'rush had people he responded to and they likely wouldn't be thrilled that someone sicced robots on him. Kayana decided to try and see if there was anything to determine who he had worked for.
Looking at the men, she sees them look at a man at the bar. She sees them put their hands on their weapons. Looking closer, she sees that the guy at the bar is her target. The men stand up and head towards him.
The cyborg searches Va'rush's corpse, and finds a holo communicator. Opening it, he finds an unanswered message from a quarren. "Va'rush, report in. Have you made contact with the assassin yet? We need someone fast".
"Oh?" DT-L30 cooed, "Alright, let's see how you do." He nodded setting his stall to the fastest setting, he begins barraging the targets, aiming for the head, and the chest on each one.
“Hate to break it to you, Va’rush got wasted by an IG droid. He never got to tell me what I’m supposed to be doing or to who.” Kaya paused for a moment to let what he said register to the person waiting for a report.
Meera does the same. Her accuracy is just as good as DT's, but she can't keep up with the pace, and misses multiple shots because she couldn't fire in time. She looks embarrassed and walks off in a huff.
The quarren looks infuriated. "Damn it! All right, fine. There's a job, if you want it. If Va'rush thought that you were competent enough, then I'll trust you. He was an idiot, but a good judge of ability. Besides, I don't have time to find someone else. It's a prisoner extraction job. Very illegal. Does that scare you off?"
"Good job, there's room for improvement, but you'll get there." DT-L30 complimented her skills, he deactivates his stall, placing the gun back where it belonged. He then walks behind Meera, "Nice shooting, but you should work on leading your targets, instead of following them. That'll make them easier to hit."
"Nah. Though...this sounds a lot like not killing. Am I not supposed to leave a body count or should I just get rid of anything in the way?" Kayana reasoned that at this point, it didn't really matter if he risked getting another few charges since if he ever got caught, odds are anyone who could manage to capture him, weren't about to let him live to stand trial.
The Quarren shakes his head. "Body count is of no concern to us. If you think it's necessary, blow up the whole city. I don't care. Just bring us back the prisoner, unharmed. Shall I send you the details?"
"So, why did you choose to be a death trooper, instead of aiming for an officer role?" He asked as he continued to follow her.
Meera responds "I'm not much of a leader. I prefer the simplicity of fighting to the responsibility of leadership. I never liked the idea that my entire unit's lives all depend on me. How about you?"
"Hmm. Understandable. Especially since everything can go wrong in a second." DT-L30 shrugged, "As for me, I never had much of a choice. My parents left me at the academy, and things just took off."
Fendrat decided to join to Deet and Meera, still didn't noticed she is a girl. "Let's me join to you okey? I should improve my shooting skills a little." He smile to them, still letting out his body a lot ero-pheromones. He point his blasterpistol on one of the target and shoot.
Meera's face goes red, and her breathing deepens. "Um, we just finished, but I'd be happy to go again".
"Eh, it was a long time ago. I don't even think about them anymore." DT-L30 shrugged, as Fendrat arrived. "Oh, sure, there's some stalls open over there." He pointed to one, before watching the engineer shoot. He quitely observes the two shoot at the targets, giving tips on how they can improve.
