Hearing the signal to assemble. DT-L30 heads for the common area, fixing his makeshift cloak, which smelled like oil. He has his entire body covered by it, with enough material left to make a hood.
The entire ground team besides DT has changed into civilian clothes, and stands in drill formation in front of the Captain, who speaks. "I've not been informed of the specifics of your mission, only that you're to retrieve a high value target. This ship will descend to the planet and let you off on the plains outside of the city. Arkanis is a backwards planet, the only thing of value here being a military academy, so their sensors are outdated, and will be easily fooled by our tech, allowing us to reach the surface undetected. You will walk to the city, and execute your plan, contacting us when you need an evac. Once we return to orbit, our fighters will deploy, and be ready for fire support of necessary. Any questions?"
He sees a few turrets aiming at his ship as he draws near. His comm unit activates. "Who are you, and why are you here?"
"No questions here, DT-L30 ready to head out." He stood at attention, then proceeds to double check his equipment. With the sonic grenades he received stored around his waist.
The captain nods, and heads to the bridge. "Beginning orbital entry", his voice sounds over the speakers. They all feel rumbling, and a blaze of flame can be seen through the windows, as the ship flies towards the planet. Eventually, the ship stabilises, and draws close to the ground, hovering a few feet above the ground. "Good luck, soldiers". As the Captain's voice rings out, the ramp drops, and the ground team sees the ground in front of them.
The voice pauses. "Hold a moment". After a few minutes, it comes back on. "All right, you are clear to land in the marked space, but know that if you aren't who you say you are, you'll be disintegrated." They mark a landing place hidden in a cenote.
