"I see them. Shall I intercept?" DT-L30 asked the captain, yet he already makes his way toward the docking bay. His armor should still keep enemy radars from spotting him, and with the rain, he'd be even harder to spot naturally.
Tika laughs, though not cruelly. "Honey, I'm the most desirable girl on this planet. I'm going to give you a significant discount because I want you, but 100 would normally be an insult. The only reason I didn't just walk off is that this is clearly your first time. For an hour? Say, 500. And that's because you're the cutest guy I've seen here in months."
Loreley scores a direct hit on the engines, as does Tarrik. The lights dim, but don't go out just yet. The old fighters, clearly on active alert, begin to pour out of the hangars and head towards the Imperial craft.
"Pretty well. She was annoying as Hell. Im almost sad for these Guys who have to put up with her now."
"Affirmative." DT-L30 replied, before heading for the docking bay as fast as he could. He'll first try to see just how many rebels there are, as he tries to find a decent hiding spot. Which should be easy thanks to the surrounding area being dark, due to the rain.
He catches a glimpse of nine armed people of various species and genders. In his ears DT hears Meera. "Should we come to back you up, or stay in position here?"
Gailte looks at the rebels. "The man holds imperial hostage to defend himself from rebels... really? That's who you've been following?"
Thinking the freighter wasn't going anywhere in a hurry with its damaged engines, Loreley broke off the attack and engaged the Arc fighters. She took care to keep her craft below and attack upwards when she could, to avoid the lasers of the back turret. She felt nearly bad about it, those ships should be in a Clone wars museum. Closing with the first Arc, she got it in her sights and shot a volley of green, high-powered lasers.
The Rebels actually look kind of embarrassed. Dele opens his mouth to say something when a Rebel shouts "ISD in orbit! TIE fighters coming right for us!" Gailte can hear distant laser shots as the base goes collectively insane. There's a mass of movement. Dele shouts "See! See! Look at what she's done!" He's ignored by his former subordinates as they rush around, trying to make a defence.
"Only nine?" DT-L30 was a little disappointed, but that only means they don't know the empire was already here. He replied to his fellow death trooper, "Stay in position, make sure Fendrat is safe, and the jedi none the wiser. I'll handle this." He examines his surroundings to see of there were anyone else, or if some thugs would decide to join the fire fight. Then he discreetly follows the rebels if they decide to move, waiting for the perfect chance to eliminate all of them in one go.
Did she made some mind tricks on him or she is realy atractive? No mater what, the money aren't important. " Sorry, You are right. It is my first time so it should be worth this. " He handle to her 500 credits. " I hope we will enjoy our time." Let hope his ero-pheromones will work more on her.
The Arcs get into position, But are slower than the Interceptors by far. Loreley gets behind one and easily tears it apart with laser fire, the other dodging desperately, and firing back. The other two go after her wingman, getting behind Tarrik and shooting at her, but so far Tarrik seems fine, manuevering out of the way of the bolts, or absorbing them on her shields.
As the chaos starts, the Twi'lek stuns Dele and grabs Gailte. She drags the Captain to far part of the room - far away from the firefight. She makes sure that it looked as if she was taking her hostage.
They move through the streets with purpose, people avoiding them. DT sees an alley up ahead with a dumpster he can use as cover. He can get there through a side street.
Tika smiles. "I was hoping that you could afford it." She leads him to a bedroom. "So, shall we begin?"
A few Rebels see the Twi'lek and get the wrong idea. One of them says "Good thinking. They won't attack while we still have her". They move to grab Gailte.
