On this station, there isn't any real law enforcement. Zann's guards stand ready to stop outright violence, but they don't care about much other than that. She finds a dealer standing at a kiosk in the open, a scarred Rodian with one eye white from partial blindness. "Looking to buy?"
"I guess that's only fair. But why not asking Your Boss hm? He seemed to appreciate Your Skills enough to Send You on some serious Missions..."
He shakes his head. "He doesn't have time to train me. And anyway, I want to prove my worth to him. I'd rather be trained by someone else, so it can be a surprise."
"Well I guess I owe You that little Favor. Fine. He sips on his Beer "So time for some to from Man to Man talk: You have someone waiting for You somewhere?"
The group gives half hearted salutes, before going back to their work. The guy who spoke walks back with a conciliatory expression. "Hey, don't take it personally, man. Engineers don't really care about chain of command to much, at least not between each other. Sorry about the pink guy thing, it's just that I didn't know your name, and-, well, you are pink".
He laughs. "No. I spend too much time working, and I'm shy, so, it never really happened. Briar keeps flirting with me, but I think she's just doing it to make fun of me".
"Yeah stay away from that Women. That Type only plays You like a fiddle and Is up to no good. Girls arent complicated, they just make You believe they are"
The blonde laughs. "If we're going to be undercover, maybe get used to not saluting me. We'll leave essentially now. The Harbinger will jump to a neighbouring system, and then we'll head to Bespin on a confiscated ship. If you'd like to request something special for the mission, you can do so now."
"No. I'm looking to sell. There's a lot of spice that will be worth your while." Danann was too the point, but she didn't get too close and kept an eye on her surroundings. Drug dealers rarely appreciated anything that could be seen as competition, after all.
The dealer looks at her product. "3000". Danann is intelligent and street smart enough to realise that he's under valuing the product.
"Yeah she has Style I give her that. But thats not worth it Boy trust Me. You find something better."
“Well, if we’re playing this game, this is the part where I say no and walk away-and then I do it.” Dannan gathered her stuff, and began to leave, wondering if he’d stop her or she’d just have to find someone else.
He says "Wait". He shrugs. "5000, then. I don't have it on me, and I only do deals in public, so you can't double cross me. If you're interested, meet me at the bar. We'll make the exhange there."
"7? That must have been tough. I haven't killed anyone yet, unless you count the guys the droid killed after I reprogrammed it."
