She takes a seat, shaking her head with a half smile. "You're really stepping it up with the flattery. I got the impression you weren't a big fan of me before. Cheers". She taps her glass against his.
Loreley disrobed and got on another table under a towel, waiting for her attendant to show, she looked over to Tarrik, 'How is it?'
Tarrik moans again, as a small console asks if Loreley would prefer a male or female attendant, and if she'd prefer a human. Tarrik says "I needed this, Lore. Silvan is great, but he's a lot to handle, you know?"
Loreley pressed female with no preferrance for species, 'That's an understatement. He's... maybe a bit too gifted. How was your first impression of Teal?'
"Got it." DT-L30 nodded, heading out behind her. He retrieves his armor from fhe barracks, while trying to requisition some grenades. He brings his heavy rifle, vibroknife, and whatever grenades he was given. Then meets with Xarrina at her landing pad.
A Togruta woman comes out, and after some preliminaries, begins to work out the knots and tension in Loreley's back with talented hands. Tarrik says "He's cute, and he seems nice. Seems like a bit of a playboy, though. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's not always my type".
He's handed four thermal detonators. He finds Xarrina waiting in front of a dark ship. "Ready to head out?"
Loreley let out a satisfied moan as the Togruta began to relax her muscles. She chuckled, 'Hey, I'm not trying to play matchmaker here and get you two together, but he might become our new wing commander, so... it would be good if we all got along well.'
"I'm not really a Fan of You. I don't have any Autographs or Posters....I'm satisfied with The Real thing infront of Me"
There are a number of cracks as the Togruta relieves a knots in Loreley's lower back. Tarrik sighs. "New wing commander? I'm actually getting used to Beta Leader. He's not exactly the most inspiring leader, but he knows his stuff".
She groans in mock pain at the comment. "Wow. Did you really just say that?" She takes a drink. "Seriously, though, you didn't seem to like me. What changed your mind?"
Loreley let out a low grunt as the attendant worked on her, 'Ugh~, yeah, right there. That feels wonderful.' She sighed too, 'He's not bad, yes. But there's probably going to be quite a bit of shuffling around after what happened, we'll have to wait and see where we end up.'
"Welcome my lords." She nodded her head respectfully to Emperor, Vader and Moff. She then quickly proceeded with explanations. "After arriving at the system, Admiral Motti gave me coordinates at which i i w to position my forces and one of his interdirector cruisers as attachment to my task force. I immediately took my forces to said coordinates. At the place, we discovered a pirate asteroid and nebula. I sent patrols to check nebula for any forces present, then sent a strike force to the asteroid. The said strike force, captured the pirates and former rebel - a republican scientist from the era of clone wars. The team also encountered a force user - either dark Jedi or Sith. The survivors of that meeting have submitted reports, which I classified to rank of admiral and above." Gailte paused. "I ordered my forces to hide in the nebula, sans my Acclamator-class flagship, which served as decoy. Soon a small number of ships, claiming to be under diplomatic flag arrived at the system. After short exchange, they decided that their cover was blown, and attacked. The interdirector cruiser engaged it's field and my ships disabled the enemy." Gailte paused. "It was at that moment that the enemy sprung their trap. A great rebel armada arrived, and the interdictor's field has blocked our ability to retreat. I must admit, at first I thought that Admiral Motti has sold us out to rebels, but later events seem to contradict that version of events." "When I realized that we stood no chances, I ordered evacuation of asteroid and redeployment of my forces. I also contacted the interdictor's stormtroopers with orders to take over the ship and disable the field, but the security was in hands of rebels. Realising the severity of situation, I ordered evacuation of my flagship with intention of ramming it into former CIS battlecruiser. To buy myself time, I entered a banter with jedi general Kota. He offered me a position in rebel forces as Admiral. In the end Kota realized I was delaying and reorganised his forces. In ensuring battle, my task force destroyed many of rebels ships - including the battlecruiser rammed by my flagship. It was only the timely arrival of Admiral Zenobia's flagship, that allowed us to take down interdirector cruiser and retreat." "During our escape, I realized that I was the highest ranking officer in sector. Knowing this, I ordered my task force back to Mon Cala, to rescue as many equipment as possible. Except ships, crew's and equipment, we managed to recover ISD and return with it. As we left the system, I left a message for imperial forces in sector: All ships were to regroup at Courscant. All land forces were to dig in and resist until Empire Strikes Back." After lengthy explanation, Gailte falls silent, hoping that her straightforwardness will buy the emperor's favour, instead of grovelling and cowardliness.
Tarrik grunts. "I'm not ragging on your cousin. If he flies in real life as well as he does in the simulator, he'll at least know how to handle a TIE." She stands up, stretching her legs. "Thanks, you're amazing". She thanks the masseuse. She faces Loreley. "So, you two seem to have a good relationship". The Togruta begins working the stress out of Loreley's legs.
Vader speaks up. "I sense, Grand Moff, that she speaks the truth. I tire of this farce". He clenches his fist, and Motti clutches at his throat. Tarkin shakes his head. "Admiral Motti, for cowardice, incompetence, and desertion in the face of the enemy, I sentence you to death". The admiral tries to plead, but can't speak, as his face goes purple. For longer than Gailte thinks is necessary, Vader keeps him hovering in the air, his hands at his throat, before Motti falls to the ground, dead. Vader faces Gailte. "You knew Rahm Kota? Why did you refuse his offer?" His voice booms out menacingly, though he speaks softly.
"I guess not. So what kind of work are you gonna look for on Nar Shadaa? Bounty hunting, or something else?" She takes another sip. "Also, are you going to drink that? Why don't you take off the helmet. You said you would".
"I thought of something more quiet. Maybe Protection of someone...." To her Suprise he grabs his Helmet and removes it, staring at her.
