She looks into his eyes. "Yes, this Fendrat, right? Tell me about him. And about this pilot of yours, Loreley Rhinnus. A non-human, a pilot officer and a soldier. Hardly a conventional trio".
Tarkin enjoys the feel of her bust against him, and kisses Gailte. "I enjoy the Emperor's favour. Feel confident that there won't be consequences. I can't spin this so that it's a boon to your career, but I assure you that you won't be harmed, so long as you remain in my favour." Gailte feels him grow hard against her leg. "I highly doubt you'll have any trouble with that". He begins kissing at her neck, when he remembers something and pulls away. "Oh, and before I forget, according to Zenobia, a certain non-human woman has been looking for you. A red and black Zabrak". Gailte hears Tarkin describe Xarrina.
"We all met at the academy. Fendrat, he's a Zeltron who's more interested in machines rather than women. Which was funny, especially since his pheromones were quite powerful. Also the reason I always wear my helmet, specifically when we're on a ship." He chuckled, "As for Loreley, she's a good pilot, and a great friend. Since you haven't tried to recruit them, I take it they don't have an affinity with the Force?"
She shakes her head. "If they have an affinity, it's buried very deep. Be careful with your friends. They can be used against you. There are those that will use them against you". She warns him, as the mostly barren planet of Varra appears through the viewscreen.
"Oh, and what can I do to stay in your favour?" She asked smirking, while raising her thigh a little, rubbing against Tarkin's crotch. She then frowned. "A Zabrak girl... I guess I will have to speak to Zenobia." She nods. "With your permission." She nods asking for permission to leave and search for Zenobia.
He nods. "You'll find her in the foyer, I believe, outside the throne room. If you want to avoid the Emperor in the throne room, Tika will guide you through my chambers around the long way." He pinches one of her nipples. "I'm disappointed that there's no time for you to show me your loyalty, but it's for the best. I do have a meeting to get to, after all. Until next time, Commodore". He kisses her, and leaves. The Twi'lek walks with her, showing her away around to the foyer, where Zenobia sits, reading some sort of report.
After bidding goodbye to Tarkin, she traveled with Tika. "Out of curiosity, how is your life and your views on the past now?" She inquired former Jedi. "Admiral Zenobia." She greets her partner.
"Fine then. I have a warehouse in the red light district that could use a few more guards. My regular boys caught the clap in a brothel, so you and your girl can fill in". He looks at Briar. "Unless you'd like to do some other kind of work". The pirate shakes her head thoroughly. "Nope".
Tika thinks for a moment. "Honestly, my life is good. I might be a slave, but I don't feel like one. Tarkin keeps me in the lap of luxury, and he's kind, if you're a beautiful woman and you don't cross him. This is basically what I was doing before, just far better rewarded. And as long as I obey, The Empire doesn't blow up Arkanis, so that's a plus". She frowns. "Honestly, I think that the past should stay in the past. I was a Jedi, but the Jedi are gone now. I have the best deal I could have asked for. I don't want to fuck it up with delusions of things that are gone". Zenobia, aware that they're still in public, is calm and professional, but Gailte can see concern in her eyes. "Commodore. I trust that you're well".
He steps between Brair Protectively "Treat her with Respect. We take The Job. When Do You want us to be there?"
"I guess we both adapted." She nodded to Tika. "I will be seeing you around, as both of us serve one master." "I could be better, but without your assistance, I'm pretty sure I would be dead. Thanks again." She sat next to Zenobia. "Tarkin assured me that I will not face any repercussions. He also gave me ISD I saved as new flagship. How are things on your end? You did not have to much problems after Motti's medling?"
Tika nods, and leaves. "I don't think so. The Emperor asked me a lot of questions, but he didn't electrocute me, so I have that going for me. Well done on the ISD. The Netuno was a lovely ship, but it wasn't appropriate for someone of your abilities". She grins.
