So, my friend convinced me to bring my story over here, and I'm excited to see what alternate paths might emerge. So far, I'm just posting the original story line of "Kaiba's Prostitute" as I have on Wattpad, fanfiction.net, writing.com, etc. but I'm surprised that it almost has more views than my Wattpad version after only a few days. I know it looks like I'm writing this story really fast since I already have the material for it elsewhere, but I'm actually a slow writer who edits everything meticulously before releasing a new chapter. In fact, I'm an editor for a small press in the real world. It is fanfiction, but it is the type of story anyone can enjoy without prior knowledge of the fandom, so I plopped it in the romance section because the actual banging doesn't happen too frequently and when it does, I've been "dropping the curtain" to avoid getting reported for explicit content on other sites. However, I would LOVE to have more wild, direct sex in the story and that's where you come in! Also, my story won second place on Wattpad in the Humour/Chicklit category of The Aurora Awards. There was no fanfiction category for that contest, and the romance category was full when I showed up, so that's where I entered it! I have put together a discord for collaboration between erotica authors, particularly if they are on CHYOA. Also would be kinda interesting to have the perspective of an official editor in the discord.
I could pop in and check it out. I'm not a huge Discord fan because I find it too distracting to my work to keep that sort of program open constantly. Getting interrupted every five seconds with a new message cramps my style, so I prefer to check it once and then close it for the rest of the day.
You could always mute the channel. its a lot easier to deal with it if you aren't getting dings every time someone says something.
