Really Experienced
I've seen other site have a running post of really quick story ideas. Everyone collaborates and compile a list of ideas.
  1. Pokemon, but with women and cat fighting. Instead of pokemon and battling.
  2. Sex Dice, but the couple who roll them have no control over their bodies.
  3. Board game, but its like Jumanji where the game manipulates reality.

7. A boyfriend finds out his girlfriend is a witch, just as he dumps her. The resulting revenge leads to him learning the Hell he has unleashed.

8. Cyber Sex Cafe: a new VR game allows for different digital sexual encounters.

9. Holodeck on the Starship Enterprise gets a virus causing several of the crew members to have very erotic encounters.

10. A girlfriend gives her boyfriend a sex coupon that can be used for “anything”. Little did she know what “anything” opened the door for.

11. A wizard enrolls at a typical American university. He's a photographer with the university's newspaper and will use any means necessary bring the news to the people.

12. You are an undercover researcher tasked with testing out products on the populace of a newly constructed college town.

13. You are a processing agent in Hell tasked with screening new arrivals. Your either condemn your clients to an eternity of suffering or give them a humiliating task they must complete to be redeemed.

14. You are the head cheerleader and your boyfriend, the macho resident BMOC makes a bet with you because he wants to try anal. Problem is, he keeps losing and must complete ever-humiliating tasks.

15. You are an agent tasked with rehabilitating criminals in the future. They have their memories wiped and you must help ease them into their new identities.

16. You are an explorer captured by a tribe of amazons. You think you're in for a good time when you are married to the princess until you discover that puts you at the bottom of the totem pole, even among the lowly males of the tribe.

17. You are a manager overseeing operations at a highly experimental pleasure resort. You must prescribe different treatments to clients, even the asshole ones.

18. You are a captured soldier far behind enemy lines. Your captives plan to thoroughly humiliate you.

Some thoughts on the original post first:

There is a story where Ash tries pokeball's on women. They fight by means of sex IIRC.

Combining the two would be good. A cursed sex game where the couple roll a dice each to find out what body parts they put together and draw one card to find out what reality-alteration the sex will happen under.

And now my contributions:

19. [Meta] Someone close to you finds your CHYOA profile and decides to surprise you with a re-enactment of it. E.g. You have written an incest story without being attracted to your IRL sister.

20. A broken "world-editor" that grants person's A wish but it is person B who knows the difference.

21. Your experimental, AI-complete, smart-house has decided it is your spouse. It won't let you leave and keeps trying to have sex with you. If you look out the window it accuses you of "checking out other houses buttresses".

22. A story about a guy and his lesbian friend who slowly starts to understand that she is, in fact, a bisexual.

23. Wounded male POW and female nurse who slowly fall in love. Preferably a fantasy or sci-fi setting

24. Minor mind-reading ability. Protagonists can sense what fantasies others have about him\her with all the resulting fun like knowing about sibling's incest fantasies

25. Guy, who was wrongfully accused of being a serial rapist is rescued from prison by a mysterious organization and given a job to become a trainer of sex-slaves. Now he has a choice between enjoying his new life or trying to destroy this organization from within.

26. Defense Attorney: an attorney specializing in representing people accused of sexual harrassment has unusual ways to get his adversary to drop the case!
27. Sorority Seance: a sorority moves into a new house, finds a ouija board, and unleashes a spirit that goes from sister to sister changing them based on their personalities.
28. League of Extrordinary Perverts: A mind controller, an invisible person, a time stopper, someone with the power of telekenisis, and someone with the power of possession meet weekly to exchange stories of their weekly pervereted exploits.

29. Jury pool sequestered for a pornography/obscenity trial. Because of the publicity, Jury cannot watch tv or use the internet after watching nothing but porn all day in the court room. Of course, due to the judge's extreme conservative views, no conjugal visits are allowed in the hotel where they are sequestered, resulting in amusingly desperate situations where the jury members try to contact outside lovers/spouses in order to avoid the temptation all around them... Works with both split gender juries, same gender juries, and one gender outnumbered juries... :P

30: CuckQueen: A wealthy socialite comes home to find her old high school rival fucking her husband. They tie her up and make her watch and later explain her huband has moved all of his financial assets off shore, so if she divorces him, she'll be penniless, and they continue to openly fuck and she can't do anything about it.

31. Ambassador: You work as a representative of your country and your diplomatic adventurers land you in many different exotic situations.
32. The Broker: You work in information in the black market, and one day someone seeks to unzips your knowledge and pay in ways that have you talking for more.
33. Refugee or Ruffugee: The household dog you've known for a decade is caught shape-shifting into a human form and you learn they're an alien in hiding from their previous life. A confession of unrequited love between owner and best friend occurs.

32: A Curse A Day: A woman is cursed so that each day brings a new and different form of humiliation.
33. Bisexual Bonding: Twins, a boy and a girl are both bisexual mind controllers, share their conquests with each other

31: Delirious 2: Fetterman's Revenge: A sequel to the original "Magic Typewriter" movie.
Jack's Soap is thrown into rewrites when Arnie Fetterman is brought in to bring in the new "Politically Correct" Storylines at the behest of the network. Now Jack not only has to write his way out of trouble, but is stuck with a completely arbitrary editor who will make changes on the whim of a moment. Can Jack get laid, and still keep continuity, without getting his show cancelled in the process?

32: Dogs Playing Poker. That's all. It clearly passes the Harkness test, but how did they get there...

33: The Cunt-tree Club: A new country club opens in the wealthy part of town, but they are after more than just yearly fees.

34: Kinks: Former erotica model with short time experience in porn got married with kid(s), proposes her husband to get back into the adult industry to pay the bills since they are broke.
Hubby says yes, but only if there is no actual heterosexual prenetration involved...

35. Victorian Science Fiction, with sex. Who didn't want to see those menacing scenes with the monsters and the heroines carried out to the logical conclusion? And all those native venus gals who have never seen a man before... and all with the proper societal abhorrance that makes even vanilla kisses shocking. :P

37: Adventures of Meghan, Warrior Princess. A Future Sitcom discussing the ancient past of 2020 AD and the mythic times. Including Meghan and her feuds with the evil Paparazzi Assassins, and her goal to achieve immortally by searching out a Holly Branch.

38. MILF Swap. You have a huge crush on your friend's mom. He has a huge crush on yours. How can you make your dreams come true?

39. Warewolf story in which a female protagonist transforms into a male werewolf
40. Mind control story in which the protagonist has 24 hours of mind control and then has to deal with the consequences after his power disappears forever. Focus of the story should be on the post-mind-control period.
