how exactly does one delete a chapter published by accident?

I see no option to remove a chapter or delete a story that I published anywhere, this is very strange, I must be missing something.

 

There is a red link "Delete Chapter" in the sidebar of the Edit Chapter page and a red link "Delete Story" in the sidebar of the Edit Story page.

 

I had no such thing, I think what happened was, the chapter was waiting for approval by Friedman and only when he declined the chapter was removed. so... maybe I didn't see a delete story option because it wasn't actually posted anywhere.
