Ariel shrugged. “It is a lot of work, but we don't have much choice. It seems like the best option available to us right now.”

 

"Very well. We'll have to see what the price is to speak with her. I do hope it's nothing too dear." Wilhemina nods to the angel.

 

"So with that concluded....I'll just be taking my leave." The elf takes a step back clearly hoping to have satisfied Wilhelmina into not killing or turning him into a mindslave.

 

The vampire laughs. "You're rather presumptuous, aren't you? I have to be sure that you don't intend to do me harm. Once I've established that you've been honest, I'll let the blood wear off, and you can decide for yourself whether you want to leave my service. For now, though, Drink." She uses the elf's dagger to cut her wrist, holding it up in front of him.

 

"I guess I don't really have any choices here."The elf-man grimaces and sighs before taking a step forward. He gently grips your arm to steady it and presses his lips around the wound in your wrist. You feel his tongue sliding against the small lesion and a gentle suction against your skin as he drinks at your blood.


Talia grimaces a little and buries her face against Ariel's back during the process.

 

The blissful taste hits his lips, and suddenly, the elf bandit is entranced by Wilhelmina. To her, she's radiant, brilliantly intelligent and charismatic, and unspeakably beautiful. Whilst he isn't a slave, compelled to obey her, he has a powerful urge to please her, and the thought of her being harmed is highly unpleasant. He feels a stirring in his pants, as the blood makes every part of his body feel more alert, powerful and sensitive.

Wilhelmina leans in to kiss the elf, and licks some of the blood off of his lips. "I asked you your name, before. So? What do I call you, my dear?" She gives a grin that looks predatory to Ariel and Talia, and beautiful to the elf.

 

"It's....it's...ah...Thialin... Miss...beautiful." He gasps. You can tell that Thialin is trying hard not to be completely enraptured by the effects even as his malehood stiffens tightly against his trousers. "That's certainly far more powerful of an effect than I thought..." Despite his not-really-resistance, his fingers certainly seem willing to entwine between yours as you give Ariel and Talia a dangerous look.

Talia doesn't seem to notice since her face is still buried into the back of the angel that she's hiding behind.

 

Wilhelmina knows that she can still be resisted at this point, so she smiles at the elf, speaking in a kind and loving tone. "Well, Thialin, I'm so happy to meet you." She chuckles sweetly at his words. "Beautiful? I like the sentiment, but for now, you can call me Wilhelmina. Actually, the people I care about call me Mina, so call me that instead." She squeezes his hand. "So, you were telling us all the truth about this business associate of yours? There won't be any nasty traps for us?"

 

From her spot Ariel watched quietly for now, rather enjoying the feeling of Talia pressing against her back, and the extra warmth the faun's body provided. “You can look now – I think they are done with the blood drinking.” She whispered to the faun.

 

Thialin glances at Gerid who appears to be having a rather irritable time with Axel, "Despite what your empireman might think about my pride. I still am an elf. I still like to think that I have at least some integrity left despite my turn to crime. Besides, I have already conceded that I'm either going to die or be your servant. I don't have any reason to lie to you."

"I guess I should probably get used to it. We all have our different...quirks." Talia peeks out from behind you to look at the smug vampire and her new servant.

 

"And I believe you." She gives him a smile. "Very well. I'm going to go to the city. I can go into human areas wiithout trouble, but my friends might have a pit of trouble. How did you safely meet with this woman.

 

"As an elf, it was pretty easy to hide my ears and the ears of my companions. Even when we were caught a few times, we just posed as servants. When we were first looking for a buyer, her men were the ones who found us. We did have a contact now for when we did deals."

 

"Would you introduce us to your contact?"

 

"I'd be happy to, Mina. Just...as I said, I can't guarantee that she'll help you or even bother to meet with you all.

 

"That's all right." She smiles warmly. "Just do what you can, and we'll take care of the rest."

 

"Ax-ul" He replied thumping his chest with a thumb, though he struggled combining syllables. Why his parents chose to give him a name with two syllables he'd never understand.

With a huff, his shoulders slumped and he let his ax fall from Gerid's neck. Axel felt his stomach rumble and he look left and right for perhaps a patch of grass but found only rock. With a sight that came out as another huff he turned back to the half-elf and regarded the other with vague disinterest. He could stand waiting around so long as there was something to eat, but without... he just hoped the others' conversation would be over soon.

 

If Gerid knew what Axel had been thinking, he would have seconded the desire for the conversation of the others to be ended.

He looked around as well before saying, "I'm going to need your help, Axel. Before we move on, we need to make sure all the bodies are face down and I need to see if we can confirm from here what happened with that wolf girl."

 

"Well, Aldenor is a day's away from here on the other side of the mountain. It would probably be best if we turned in for the night. We can stay here, or I can lead you to my camp. there's nobody else there now...It's up to you though"

 

"I assume that the camp is well hidden? I'd say we should go there." @moonblack @Daylan @Omega98 Wilhelmina looks over at the others. "What are your opinions on the subject?"

 

Axel shrugged and nodded. He was somewhat familiar with some burial customs, and while leaving bodies face down didn't strike him as being important, if it meant something to people of other cultures he was at least willing to respect it. Plus he too was concerned about the wolf-girl. She seemed... useful at least.

Axel was sadly out of earshot to hear Wilhelmina's question.
