'Thank you,' Jian inclined his head at the well-wishes. He chuckled, 'You will hold-off on wanting to duel me? Is there a cue for duels and Lord Shintaro is next in line?' He was a bit surprised at how blood thirsty this woman was, but it was also somewhat intriguing, 'Even if we were to duel, we'd have to do it hand-to-hand for now anyway. I have relinquished my dao for the time being, as a show of good faith to my hosts. What do you duel for? Just for sport or money?'
Yunah smiles and walks over to her. "You hummed that song since I can Remember. Every Day. Something Special about?"
“Good day, my lord. Yes, I am.” Midori politely bowed and greeted Shintaro, then had a quick look around at the other people present. (yeah, not very good at this “polite greetings” thing – I'm not even sure if she should call him “my lord” or “lord Shintaro” or something else - but let's say Midori did it correctly.)
Chitsukiko nuzzled her face deeper. "He has, I know it." Tilting her head so she looked up toward Midori. "Cousin Jian thought you were my adoptive-mother. Even if the child of a frog will become a frog, you still have taken care of me when I needed it the most. Thank you, auntie." Exhaling a deep breath, Chitsukiko blinked away the last of the tears and stood up again.
Jurobei turns to Shogun. "Might I inquire, how many people your lady mother has taken on this extrusion?" He asked, wondering if the Shogun, by any accident didn't decide to change her mind and side with her mother. He knew his worth, but he knew he was also a danger to Shogun. "And when I should texted an invitation to her?" He continued.
"Heh. No, no. I do this as a courtesy to the man I'm about to bed. After all, it'll affect his performance if his long lost son died right in front of him." Kyouka said in a proud, yet haughty tone. Grinning as her blood red eyes stared right into his. "Ahah, sadly I'm not that confident in my hand-to-hand capabilities. But once there's a sword in it, that's a whole different story." Her smile widens for a moment, before she contains herself and once again she assumes a more "lady like" appearance. "Ahem. Anyway, I duel for sport. My opponents usually duel for the chance of using my body for a whole night." Her tone was shameless, even as she revealed what she was wagering with.
"Oh, it's just something I heard when you were born. Stuck with me." Her mother turns around and grasps her hands gently. "Today is the day you leave?"
"Well, I hope you enjoy your time in the capital." He bows his head, and walks away to clean his firearm. Midori hears a voice from behind her. "So you're Midori, huh?" She turns aroound to see the bow wielding samurai who ogled her yesterday, and then showed up at her mother's house with the wealthy old man.
"Cousin, so he was telling the truth?" Midori chuckled. "I thought he might. Mind bringing him his sword?" She hugs the girl again. "It was always a joy to have you in my life. I hope you'll still be with me, even with your father taking up his role again?"
“Hello. Yes, I am. And you are the one I saw yesterday. May I know who you are?” Midori greeted the samurai politely.
"Three bodyguards, and about a dozen servants. She travels in another carriage." The shogun seems to sense his thoughts. "Believe me, I want to be rid of her as much as you want to see her punished, and I still want your help in the capital. I have no intention of betraying you, Lord. I leave the circumstances and timing of her arrest up to you, as the more skilled tactician."
Jian looked a bit strangely at Kyouka, surprised that she talked so candidly about bedding his father... and killing him, 'You are a curious woman, Kyouka. I do not die so easily, but that is a... unusual concern to have.' The young foreigner looked at her, his eyes resting on her bust a moment before they came back up, as if asking himself why skilled warriors would risk their lives for the chance to bed her, 'So it is sex or death? Black Widow certainly seems to fit.'
"Yatsebe Terada. I'm happy to see that you remembered me." She bows. "I'd hoped that you would be the woman I sought."
She sees her lord about to leave the castle. There are many supply wagons she could use to follow in, or perhaps she could disguise herself as a samurai or servant.
Yunah nods, smiling but with sad eyes. "Yes, I came to say Goodbye....I know how You feel about this, but it's my Duty. I can't stay here forever or Lead this Clan one Day if I dont go out in The World and learn and meet The People we serve"
Inazuma want to get some rest after fight she don't going to work as servant. She sneak inside supply wagon, to her luck it bring food on road. "It is time for breakfest." She said to hersellf and eat rice ball.
"Fufu. I have been called worse. And I have also heard that phrase dozens of times, from men bigger, older, and a lot more experienced than you are." Kyouka's murderous grin returns, "And I've sent all of them to the after life!" She proclaimed proudly, giggling as she reminisced the fierce duels she's had. "Ahh. I will tell you one thing." She leans in closer to his face, "Just because your enemy is a woman, doesn't mean you should take her lightly." She whispered in a teasing tone, before moving away. "Heh. Remember that, boy. And you might just live a little longer. Since the lord of this castle, Lord Yokuboo, has a habit of employing female assassins." She said in low tone, just enough for Jian to hear.
Midori returned the bow. ""It's nice to meet you." She raised an eyebrow. "'The woman you sought?' Do you need something from me?" She asked, curious what this samurai could want from someone like her.
Returning the embrace, the young samurai slides a hand up Midori's slender neck, parting her pink locks as it reaches the back of her head. Their faces are close enough that they can feel each other's breath on their skin. Not quite sure why, Chituskiko softly brushes her puckered lips against her mentor's before passing them by as she tightens the hug. "My place is with the clan, auntie. And I still have much to learn if I am ever to take over your role." Now it was aunt's turn to speak as if somebody would leave. Chitsukiko certainly never would if she had a choice. "Lord Shintaro is as he is, and accepted our newest cousin without question. Do not worry, I'll make sure he'll have his sword and pick of the armory."
"I know you'll make me proud, and uphold our clan's honour." She returns her daughter's smile. "You're strong, and have a good heart. You'll thrive."
