"The Rai Clan are almost entirely immune to truth serums and magics, and torture won't work on one so skilled. No, I was hoping you could convince her to talk before you took her life."
"Hmph. That will depend on whether or not she tries to kill me first. But if you can convince her to stand down, I promise she'll live." Kyouka spoke as she looks into his eyes, trying to tell if he'll stab her in the back if he's given the chance. If he means his word, she offers her hand to help him up.
'Yes, that's what I thought,' Jian sighed, 'She would have no reason to divulge who helped her murder Lord Jurobei if her death is certain anyway. I don't see a way to convince her.' Jian stroked his chin, 'Besides... shouldn't it be one of the Rai Clan to enact justice? If they do not, they are tarnished forever and it would probably be prudent to purge the entire kunoichi force.'
"I'll make sure she does." He takes her hand and lets her help him up. A few surviving yakuza men flee into the warehouse, jumping into a trapdoor on the ground floor, headed straight towards Santo's guns and swords. The men let out a cheer of victory, as Ujo, Grugga and Ya-Ming nod to the redhead. The archer looks at Kyouka and bows. "May I know the name of my employer?" He looks at the cut on her cheek. "A thousand apologies for having marred such beauty."
Sanada grunts. "Midori's got a soft spot for the girl, so she doesn't want her dying in such a painful way as what the rest of the Rai women would give her. I'll let Midori have her wish, though it's unseemly for her to show such mercy to someone who killed her father. She's too soft to rule the clan." He sighs. "We'll keep it quiet, so we don't have to purge the Rai. They're too valuable."
“Wow... that was... incredible...” Midori gasped as she tried to catch her breath. “I'm going to... need some time... to master the spell... but it's going to be... even more useful than I thought.” She admitted. “Thanks for the assistance, Yuki. Give me... a few moments and then I want to try something else. I'll make another clone, then leave her in the room with you and go outside. I want to check if I can hear what my clone hears and see what she sees when I am too far to hear is see what is going on.” She explained, before quickly adding. “And please don't tease her or play with her body. There will be enough time for that later – right now I need to recover after the mind-blowing orgasm I just had.”
As the fight ends, Kyouka looks at the bowman. "Oh. Shouldn't you give your name first?" She cooes, and when he gives his name. "I'm Kyouka Mitsurugi." She introduces herself, loud enough for her own men to hear. She wipes the blood flowing from her cheek, "Don't mention it. You can consider this proof you passed." She hums, before looking at her men. "Ujo, take two men and go down the trap door. Make sure there isn't any one of them left alive." She ordered, Ya-Ming. Do you have the man?" She then asks the female Kunoichi on whether or not they have someone that can open the vault.
'Are you sure?' Jian said, 'If one rebelled and killed the patriarch, the next one might target you, uncle.' He nodded, 'If aunt Midori wants this woman to have painless death, I can do that. How come she is so concerned for this kunoichi? I wouldn't think a samurai like Lady Midori would have many dealings with the spies and assassins.'
Yuki chuckles. "Mmmm. So you're asking me not to make you cum in public? As hard as it is for me, I'll agree for now." When Midori leaves, she finds that nothing particularly changes, but by closing her eyes and blocking her ears, she's able to tap into the senses of her clone. Yuki stands in front of her in the room, still smirking. "Can you hear me, sis?"
"Tatsu." He replies simply. Ujo takes his men down into the tunnel, with spears, and it isn't long before they hear the cries of death. Ya-Ming approaches, grabbing an old man by the collar of his elegant yukata. He blanches when he sees the death and devastation.
Midori took a quick look around to make sure she was alone, just in case, then tried tapping into the senses of her clone. It did not take her long to figure out how to do so, and soon she could hear Yuki asking her a question. Silently she sent a mental command to her clone to nod in confirmation.
He nods. "She was seen meeting with a particular sorceress and going to some ruins. We believe that the woman broke her curse and turned her against us. We've alerted some of the sorceress' colleagues, and they're going to exterminate her for us. They punish rule breakers severely. Hopefully, she'll be able to reveal who hired her." He sighs. "Midori was sent by her father to punish the girl. She did her duty, lashing her with a whip, but I believe that this gave her some sympathy."
Yuki chuckles. "Well done, you bitch." She pinches the clone's cheek, causing Midori's own cheek to sting a little. "C'mon back."
"Nice to meet you." She replied with a smile, before shouting behind Ujo. "Careful about the matchlocks!" She yelled, though she made it unclear whether or not it was about Santo's squad, or the yakuza. Then as Ya-Ming grabs the man, "Grugga, take some men and patrol the warehouse's perimeter. Capture any straglers if you can. Kill them if they resist too much." Kyouka ordered before approaching the old man. "Hello there. I don't suppose you know how to open that vault now, do you?" She said with a smile.
'I will see to it, uncle,' Jian said and bowed. Jian headed inside his room again and woke Chitsukiko. He explained the situation to her and headed towards Lady Midori's chambers. Knocking, he waited to be let inside.
Midori frowned but did not reply as she headed back to her room. “There was no need to be so rude, sis.” She commented when she was back inside.
"Tell me. What do you do for the yakuza, old man?" Kyouka asked with an innocent smile, while sizing the old man up.
