So say if the animal looks like a Giant 6ft cat but with some alterations, it cannot speak English but it can understand English and learn human language and read and think to levels beyond that or at least equal to that of humans? Say if the the person looks to be 10 years old or is in fact 10 years old but is in reality 1,000s if not 100s of years old in regards to Reincarnation. That is to say that it has access to all it past lives memories and anything it has experienced and even as a kid functions at a level well beyond that of an adult human. To the point that it makes them look like children. I really want to post more here but those two things are preventing me.
An animal always violates the rule. Though you can have a non-human creature with any look (there are restrictions if they feature human looks) as long as it passes the Harkness test. (So it isn't necessary that they speak or understand English or understand any human language.) Also, see A discussion on CHYOA Rules No. No. No. The underage rule applies to characters who are depicted in an erotic context. (E.g. underage characters being present while nudity is depicted. Or scenes that are meant to be arousing.) So underage character can be depicted outside of erotic context.
