Hey everyone. I've been planning to do an rp set in the dark fantasy universe of The Witcher, where characters (including but not limited to witchers) fight monsters and are embroiled in political intrigue, in the spirit of the books/game/show. Feel free to post a reply if interested.
Still don't know anything about the witcher, but I can probably do something anyway albeit kind of blindly.
I don't know enough about the witcher, but here's what I got as an idea if it's possible. Name: Violetta Langrade History: It wasn't just her noble blood that lead her to being captain of the guard. As the people can attest, her skill in battle is real. Things genuinely improved under the princess/queen(I don't know enough about the setting to know what would be an option.) By all rights of things, it seemed only natural that she'd be the one to inherit the legendary spear that ran in her family for generations. At least that's what they thought. As much as they sincerely believed she would be the one to do it, the spear had other ideas. Rejected as a worthy wielder, the consequences came fast. From then on, the legendary knight had became basically the equivalent of a level one creature. The discovery that she could return to her true form for a hour or two at midnight wasn't much of a comfort and while able to return to her proper state during the intensity of battle, the select few scholars in the know about her condition are at a loss for any connection or a solution. The cursed form she assumes isn't always the same, but it's always meant to be a mockery of her former self. Deciding that since she was already cursed in the first place, it didn't stop her from taking the spear and claiming it as her own. Not able to invoke the full power behind it, she began her quest in secret to find a way to keep her true form while using the spear to it's fullest potential.
