The two female guards lower their spears before Pesca can reach his daughter. Taia smiled. "I take it after mother dear." She said, her tone betraying no feelings. "Remember her? She remembers you." A small smile graced her lips.
As the deed is done, Anai enters the room and walks over to tied Yasca. "Well, would you look at that? Didn't you just hours ago, promised that you would not betray me?" She asked as she caressed the woman's cheek.
"She also members you." Tais said. "How is my aunt? Still alive? Or have you sold her after your triumph?"
Yasca's mouth opens, probably to ask for clemency or give some sort of excuse, but she closes it, aware that the chances of either tactic working are slim at best. She moves away from Anai's touch. "I'm not going to beg, if that's what you want."
Pesca nods. "Still alive, and quite well. I think I may have gotten her pregnant again just earlier, in fact." He says the words bluntly, not trying to shock her or anger her, just to see what her reaction will be.
"Alright." She nods. Eventually, one of the soldiers finds a woodsman who speaks enough Greek to communicate with Aulus, and agrees to guide them in.
Aulus followed the woodsman, but told his men to hang back a bit and let Aulus, Agorix and the woodsman scout ahead, to decrease the chance of being spotted early.
Slowly, Aulus heads into the woods with his men trailing behind. After an hour or so, the woodsman calls a stop, and points out a smoke trail rising from one of the clearings. No longer moving, the Roman begins to hear voices in that direction.
Aulus stripped off his armour and left his shield behind, to make as little noise as possible. Calling his men to hold, he scouted a head to see if those were the Gauls they were looking for or somebody else.
Anai grabbed her chin and made the woman look at her. "My dear, you are taking away much of my fun." She then looked to the side, nothing her sister and daughters present. "But you will scream," her hand slipped under woman's loincloth, sliding inside her pussy. "and you will beg." She twisted her fingers, making Yasca moan. "I guarantee it." She stepped back and nodded to her guards to escort the prisoners away. She then turned to Taia. "You said you had plans..." She raised an eyebrow in inquiry.
"Hoo~ So my aunt is, what? A sex slave? A broken Toy?" Taia hummed. "And I have cousins who are slaves... or did you actually used them in some productive, unRoman way?" She asked. Then looked to the side, at the old sculpture of a naked woman. "So, what did you come with -" She paused. "General." She finished. For a moment it seemed as if she would call him father, but that might just been his imagination.
Heading forth, Agorix at his side, Aulus soon sees her hand reaching out. In the circular clearing sits a camp of maybe a dozen Gauls, talking casually, seemingly just whiling away the time. In the ring of trees surrounding the clearing, Agorix points out a few Gauls leaning against trees, idly keeping a lookout. In the center of the clearing, a wooden wagon is moved slightly, and Aulus gets a look at what's behind it. "Derva." Agorix whispers as Aulus looks at the woman surrounded by a few dozen Roman heads.
Yasca shuts her mouth firmly, to muffle the moan. "Not yet. I'll let you know when it's properly in motion." Taia shakes her head.
Pesca's gaze is fixed on his daughter, examining her. "Ouei is a slave. Your half sister, Aphrodite, will be made my legitimate daughter upon my return to Rome." He looks at her. "What I bring is an offer. Instead of staying in a doomed city, you can take your rightful place as my daughter, just like your sister."
'This is it,' Aulus nodded, before he returned to the others with Agorix. He gave the woodsman some coin for his time and sent him home, before he got caught up in the fighting. Picking up his armour and shield again, Aulus looked to his men, 'We got about a dozen Gauls in the camp, a few more on lookout. Follow me.' Aulus led his men back to the cusp of the clearing, he would have liked to surround the camp first but it was quite likely to be spotted by the sentries if they took the time to creep around all sides of the camp. When the time was right, Aulus signalled his men and stepped into the clearing, in formation and with swords drawn, 'Hastati! Attack!!'
The men gather into formation, shields together, though it's more like three seperate formations due to the trees. As Aulus, Agorix and his men charge down to the clearing, the gauls begin to scramble for their weapons.
Aulus' unit tried to kill as many Gauls as they could before they could mount any kind of organised resistance to their surprise attack.
