You could create an Open story and ask for contributors? Not sure about character progression or having the fiancé character or rebellious daughter slowly fall down the kink rabbit hole in some linear format, unless you write it yourself or get a writing partner or more, but it's one option that can sometimes be hit or miss on CHYOA.

With an Open story it could be more about the random sexual adventures/exploits of your fiancé at and around Hotel X. You could name it 'Hotel [Fictional Name]', '5-Star Service', '[Fiancé's name]'s Service with a Smile', or something related to her role at the hotel. Again, I see this format being more episodic rather than character starts at kink level 1 and ends up at kink level 10, but if it's more about the random fantasies it could work.

Your introduction could outline the kinks you're into, the main characters (fiancé and daughter?), their appearance and personalities, a few main hotel staff and their bios, you as the dominant/approving character being included in the story/chapter(s) somehow...

and then have Contributors write within those parameters and rules.
