"Yes, my lord!" The guard leaves, as Atema stirs. "Oh, my love. I was hoping we'd have time for some fun beforehand. Well, let me wash, and I'll be right with you." She kisses him.
"Oh? Don't worry, Mother. We'll have a lot of time, after I conquer this city." Mori/Akrem grins, turning the innocent kiss into something indecent. His tongue exploring every inch of his Mother's mouth, before breaking away. A bridge of saliva connecting their tongues. "Don't be late, Mother." He hummed, heading up to the deck to see what was going on.
Heading up to the deck, he sees that the ship has been beached on shore, along with the rest of the fleet. The immense force has disembarked, and the beach is filled with people. The court have set up colourful pavilions, while the soldiers have formed up into a column, with horsemen and camels on the flanks. A large golden litter is in the center, for the transport of the pharaoh. Soldiers, nobles and slaves all bow as they see him. Soon, Atema comes up on deck, washed, but still naked, Eloise in her slave form holding an umbrella above her to keep the sun from burning her exposed flesh. "Look at this, my son. All yours to command."
Natasha smile and get up from the bed to getting dressed. Tunic have short sheeve and skirt ended on her knees. Blue material was simple but comfortable and Natasha feels happy to have some clothes again, ewen if that would weaker her powers. She put on sandals too, and finally feel like human. "Thank you." She said and give him kiss to check. "So what is the plan?"
Seeing the army waiting for his command, Mori/Akrem grins. "Indeed, Mother. And I'm sure there'll be more. Much, much more once I conquer the city of Sett." He said confidently, as he steps forward. "My men! Remember this day, as the day I, the greatest Pharoah to ever live, and will live, expand my nation to places known, and unknown!" He gave a rousing speech, grinning as he disembarks the boat.
Beatrice caught herself on almost falling to the voice. She scolwed. She was not that weak! Her will and mind were strong! With renewed strength, she pushed the door, opening the path to the temple.
She feels her powers dim more than before, as she wears clothes. "That depends on you, I think. What are you thinking?"
Mori/Akrem isn't entirely how sure how good his 'I'm the best' speech goes down with his men, but the cheer they give him seems rather genuine. Apparently being a little arrogant is forgiveable when you're a living god. The massive litter platform, consisting of two levels (high ranking courtiers on the bottom, and the pharaoh and his closest confidants at a curtained section at the top), is raised by teams of slaves, after the pharaoh and his party ascend. Eloise manages to get her way up to Mori's elevated area, closing the silk curtains to hide them, before Atema or anyone else can interrupt. "Alright, so we have to talk. What's the plan, here?" She looks expectantly at him, as the litter begins to move. "I'm sure you're having fun playing pharaoh, but what do you intend to do when we meet Anai, and close in on the city?"
Pushing forward the great doors, they slowly move outwards, revealing the temple. It's massive, with great pillars and archways, and a long marble floor for the faithful to pray. It's also totally empty - whoever was singing before, the seeming thousands of voices, have disappeared.
Natasha thinking for the moment what will their next move. "I don't know. We could visit palace of queen, but for now we don't have any reason to do that official. We can also check on your's father prisoner, to gareth all information from him." She said and put on her face mask of guirca, of dancer. It was convenient for her to cover her face.
Hehehe, just like in the movies. Mori/Akrem grins, chuckling to himself as his acting as a Pharaoh mostly comes from the flicks he's seen. And as they start moving, getting on an extremely "vehicle" he sits on his chair, acting smug as he watched hundreds, if not thousands of men do his bidding. But, as Eloise arrived, Mori/Akrem lets out a sigh. "My plan? I... don't have one." He replied, lowering his tone to make sure only Eloise heard him. "I mean, I'm more of a go with the flow kind of guy. You know that." He shrugs.
"You're aware that the real Akrem III died, right? He went missing in the desert with his whole retinue." She waves her arms around. "This retinue."
Beatrice found herself admiring the inside of the building - it was made, very well. She walked to the side and took one of the candles. "Impressive, isn't it?" She asked her boytoy.
"U-urgh." Mori/Akrem groans as he learns of his impending doom. "W-well, hopefully we get returned to our real bodies if that happens. I mean... this is just a very vivid vision right? No way we actually got transported back in time?" He chuckles nervously
“I see... well, as long as she is enjoying her new life it is fine.” Miriam commented as she listened to the man explain about Kelly. “As for the orbs, we just arrived in the city, so we have not had the chance to learn about them. In our time this city is little more than a myth, most of what was known about it long forgotten – though not by everyone, for better or worse.” She paused briefly to catch her breath and gather her thoughts. “You say there are three orbs, and Kelly has one. Who has the other two? Or rather, who had the other two, because I have the feeling other people that reached the city earlier have likely already taken them.” It was a guess, but it seemed reasonable to her to assume that the orbs had already been found and taken by other people.
"Impressive, and foreboding." He moves behind her, tense. One hand lays around her waist, while the other sits on the handle of his sword, tense and ready for action at the slightest provocation.
Heading downstairs into the dark, Natasha and the young sorcerer arrive in front of a stone cell. In the corner, Max groans softly, asleep.
"Kelly has two of them, actually. She and a female soldier friend of hers had secured one from the temple before she met me. The third is in the manse of General Garza, in the center of the city." He explains.
