That is a lot to go through.

So, the goblins are clearly in a symbiotic relationship with the "Dark man", and since the whole keeping Lumberer away is highly beneficial for us, we probably shouldn't rush to exterminate him anytime soon.

We probably should start with the queen, its just proper that you introduce yourself before. you do something untoward.

Since the goblin area is a safespot from Lumberer, you should ask the queen if we can rest here. Naturally we also have to inquire about the rocks and if we can take them. Also, ask if there are any area that is off limits to us. Finally, any information regarding this whole corruption thing would be welcome. It doesn't look like the goblins have much to do with it but it can never hurt to ask



I'd say that should be enough for now.

Aarrgghh, Dreg once again being a good douchebag. Ya we should leave him for a bit...

Is this place(tower) stuck in limbo? How do they have a relationship with Dreg if he moves elsewhere, also wouldn't other Champions have dealt with Dreg or Lumberer by now? Doesn't seem to be set if Goma was found outside her area. Predetermined seems to be against the Towers idea of the Voices. Do the monsters/events reset each Champion? Can Goma really be helped here?

Meeting da queen is probably a good first step. For the queen, is there any work/quest needing to be done? Once done and questions asked, we should get the metal and start the work on Cherchiel's weapon since it may take some time. Can the boar mask be enchanted to a weapon? After that we can return to talk to dildo lady and Dreg...

 

An attempt to translate Goma speak:
"Ears" are likely elves.
"Dark ears" are likely dark elves or drow.
I thought the pretty lady would be Alide, but we already met her in the town. Maybe it's her sister?
I would be surprised if the dark man was Dreg. He didn't seem particularly dark before.

The ears, I mean elves, said the goblins were all corrupted and completely out of control so that trade is no longer an option. That is clearly not the case since they do trade with driders and drows and in fact it was an elf that was out of control. Something fishy is going on here. Also when they told you about goblins sacrificing people to the beast it was at least misleading. Goma seems to have offered herself to it multiple times and is ultimately fine. Since we have contradicting information and some evidence that the elves are the ones that are wrong, take everything you learned in the village with some skepticism. There is a chance killing the beast would be a bad thing.

As for what to do, well, there is a reward here for you, the "Special Lumpy rocks". See what those are and what you have to do to get them. Otherwise go to the audience, tell them what you want (help against Lumberer, ore) and what you can offer (heal, cure, vials, negotiating/trading on their behalf).

The goblins seem nice enough, so consider staying in the cave instead of the village. Also the blacksmith might join the goblin cave. He is a human if I remember right, not one of the pointy ears, so chances are he will get along with them. Once you made use of Alide's services and got the blacksmith out there might be no reason to go back there.

Alright, that's was a ton of info. Where to start...

Thank you Muma for the explanation. So the Tower is a "real" place, but lots of things happen inside it.

So this corruption is abnormal huh, was this a challenge for the Champion or is the Tower losing control... Or are we the "cure" for the Tower?

Margitte, what info do you have on the Beast? What does it look like, any weaknesses or strengths? Could Goma help us now by making some potions?

I'm always of the opinion gaining more allies is the path to victory. So attempting to solve these problems to gain Goma sounds good to me. First things first let's get that metal then go to the smith. We should then figure out what we want from Alide to have the best chance against the Beast and Lumberer.

We could check dildo lady (Dahlia?) or Dreg, but I feel we should do so after Cherchiel is combat ready in case lumberer appears again.

 

get the metal, we probably should speak to that Gia lady first, if she already harvested a bunch.

If memory serves right, Dahlia is said to not be on this floor, same as with Dreg, that said I would put visiting Dildo Lady before going back to Faidhalm. The more we move around, the more we increase our chances of encountering Lumberer again, and he might not even show up that deep inside the caves.


It also appears we have to make a choice which floor boss we want to fight. Goblin queen does seem to be the safer option here, but we don't know what the repercussion of doing so will be.

So, question for the queen. Is fighting you more like a sporting challenge? Would we enrage and spoil our good relationship with the goblins if we beat you? And what would happen in case of a loss.

Of course, even then, we also have to consider the path split. Do we really want to go spelunking in some dark cave? Will this even be a viable option considering that our goal is ultimately to ascend the tower?

Finally, I have to ask about the cost of protection against Lumberer. If it is something similiar to Dreg, then I don't think Yulia would mind to pay.

Hm, just a suggestion to engin, but I feel with 70+ chapter the entry point for new voices to join is rather high. Have you considered doing a summary? Just a short one, covering the main events of each floor.

I think that would go a long way in getting new voices.

I see, so both ways ultimately will lead forward, that is good to know. The fight against Queen Magritte is definitely the much safer choice, so much so, that I think this might be a trap. But I suppose we can tackle that question later.

Well, my question about the price for sleeping in the goblin caves got skillfully ignored, but its not that we need a heal right now anyways.

Huh, I did not expect to see Dahlia here. I don't think we need your services right now, but you never know when a dildo could come in handy, so...how much?

I wonder if that corruption could have anthing to do with that prisoner we freed in the prior floor. Surely, he has to come into play one way or another.

So this shop will remain available until the Beast is delt with. That being said, magical fetishes still sound like they'd end the run at some point, so I'm against getting something here for now.

Metals to the blacksmith solves the weapon issue and maybe some armor depending on how much there is. Spells are nice but we still have Alide.

I say it's time for some forging, not sure what to do while we wait though.

Oh also, a tldr branching path may work. Off the first Yulia chapter have like "Floor 1 tldr" which has a path to "Floor 2" and "Floor 2 tldr"

I personally would put a "story thus far" chapter right at the first chapter, that periodically gets updated with each floor clear, linking to the first chapter of the current floor.

Actually since "Connection established" served as a sort of info chapter, it might be best to put "story thus far" after that one

Also, I only now noticed it but the very first post in this thread is...kinda poor XD

I think that one could do with a complete overhaul, explaining the concept, similiarly to "connection established"

Honestly, take something from Dahlia. Armor is my top choice, followed by Weapons (Peircign Slashing Blunt are my tiered choices for types), spells, then consumables. Though, really, just go back to Alide first, then do this. You're starting to get to the point where you can't afford to pass up stuff.
I think you should fight the goblin queen, but that's just my opinion.
I think you should keep what you want to do close to the chest, considering your current company.
I know you'll make the right choice.
