Towards the forest then, as expected. Eve thought to herself, while listening to the woman's explanation. "Choking gas... and Aphrodisiac gas?" She said out loud, tilting her head to the side. "Strength, and ingenuity then. If he was the one to make his weapons." Eve summarized, "On the off chance he managed to steal those weapons however. One has to wonder where." She gave an idle thought, "Thank you for the information. I shall now proceed to ridding this planet of his life." Eve nods, undeterred as she didn't think that such gasses could have an effect on her. After all, despite her appearance, she was an Android. She didn't need to breath, nor did she feel any urge to breed... despite her creator giving her all the right 'equipment' to do so. Thinking that, Eve follows the tracks into the forest.
Slowly, the Rodian finishes his drink. "I ain't seen Du'ap in years, sorry. I can get you a drink, if you'd like."
Isabia roll her eyes, puting hand on the table. "Don't play dumb. I know Du'ap in last days show up on this planet, where he could go, if not to his old friend?" She asked again, now with more hard voice.
Seeing her chance... Tow decided join the next pair of girls moving up for the 'audition'. That was her way in...
Spoiler: Awareness Roll D100: 60+10 (Success) Heading into the woods, Eve starts to feel a chill on her organic flesh, and her sensors inform her that the light is fading - the brush overhead too thick to let much sunlight through. After ten minutes of following the tracks across branches and briar, she hears footsteps behind her, heavy ones.
Eve remained silent as she traversed the forest, instinctively shivering as she felt the temperature drop due to the setting sun. She remained determined to find the alien's home, and put him to the sword. But, as she heard the heavy footsteps behind her. Is he following me? Or is he simply heading back to his home? She thought to herself, thinking of her next move. Eve decides to use her stealth to slip away, eager to determine if she was being followed, or if he just happened to be retiring for the day.
Spoiler: Persuasion Roll D100: 30+10 (Minor Failure) "Don't know what you're talking about." The Rodian repeats. This time, though, he slips up - makes a minor twitch on his elongated snout - that signals that he's not being truthful.
Isabia smile to hersellf under helmet and continue press on. "Your friend is looking for serious crimes by laws of New Republic. If you helping him hide, you can be also taken as partner in his crime." She said waving hand around bar. "It would be shame to lost all life work, just by foolishness of friend." She said.
Less than an hour later, an attractive twi'lek approaches the building. Clearly, Vernie isn't waiting long to recover between 'auditions'. "Err, can I help you?" The woman says as Tor enters the building, a relatively clean and classy place for Lower Coruscant, and falls into step with her. "You're here for the audition, right?" She says as they enter the elevator and begin heading up to Vernie's floor. "Sorry, you'll have to wait your turn. My appointment was for right now, and I don't want anyone stealing my thunder."
Spoiler: Stealth Roll D100: 13+10 (Failure) Spoiler: Awareness Roll D100: 16+10 (Failure) Unfortunately for Eve, the creature behind her was following her, and when she ducked away into the woods to try and hide, it continued to follow, reptilian nose following her scent. Doubly unfortunate for Eve, the android had no idea of this - until the creature steps out in front of her, staff raised. She smells the gas before she sees it - a sweet scent that she can almost taste - and suddenly the organic parts of her body (a significant percentage of it), begin to feel very warm indeed. She lets out an involuntary moan, as a wetness begins to form between her legs. Grunting in satisfaction, the creature raises its staff and begins to close in, eager to take his prize. As Eve raises her own blade, she realises she'll have to fight the beast while encumbered by this unwelcome, and enticing, feeling of lust.
Having complete confidence in her ability, which was tailored to perfection within a lab. Eve didn't even think she could fail, until the creature moved in front of her, sending out the pink gas toward her. "Nhh?" She let out a strange voice, as her body began to grow warm. What? Such a blunder, how could I have been... aahn. No, more importantly. That gas... it's... affecting me? She thought to herself as she drew her blade, feeling the strange wetness that grew between her legs. She always knew she needed to fight, however, Eve never expected to feel the strange sensations she was feeling now while doing so. "Prepare yourself!" She said as she drew her vibrosword, holding it with both hands as she gives an overhead slash downwards.
Spoiler: Persuasion Roll D100: 6+10 (Persuasion Skill)= 16 (Failure) "Pfft, like I care about the New Republic. This is Nar Shadaa! Let them try take me in for something." He begins polishing a glass. "Like I said - I don't know what you're talking about. Buy something, or get out." He sneers.
Isabia sigh and put 100 credits on the table. "Maybe this one will clear your head? " She asked with cold voice. This guy is getting her anoyed.
"Of course, the objective is clear." Her voice was stoic, flat and clear, in response to the rules being laid out. Whether people were for or against the imperials, she didn't really see the line between bounty hunting and the imperial operative network to be that much different. Both were done to secure the galaxy from threats. Did it really, the label? Raia wasn't too bothered by the prospective. Keeping structure to the empire's peace could be done in a lot of ways. Even taking jobs by the Republic wasn't an issue, if it lead to accomplishing the same goal. Without rules, there'd be nothing but chaos. She had no interest in taking illegal contracts for someone's petty personal grudge, only eying the more responsibly issued government contracts as she scrolled before determining she may as pick at random from those. She already had little plans on taking anyone alive. If they were labeled to be targeted by the law, then they were evil, in her mind.
"Oh, you can have him all to yourself." Tow chuckled as she, as she walked up to the woman, and pushed her against the elevator's wall, to the point that their chests crushed against each other. "How about we make a deal... you deal with him... while I claim you? How does that sound?" Tow asked with a chuckle, while her hand caressed the woman's cheek.
Spoiler: Combat Rolls D100: Eve: 51+30 (Blade skill and custom sword)-15 (Lust Haze)=66 Alien: 38+15 (Lustful enemy)=53 Eve manages to shake away the images that were boring into her mind - images of submission, of letting the creature take her and... She shakes them away, putting her frustration into her downward strike. She feels the shock absorbers in her arms ringing as her sword makes contact with the creature's staff. There's a quick sequence of strikes, metal ringing on metal as android and alien strike and parry, before the micro-emitters inside Eve's blade, causing thousands of near imperceptible vibrations each second, carve through the alien's staff. The blade continues to travel downwards, and carves through the hardened leathery skin of the alien's face, red blood spraying out towards the ground. As Eve covers her mouth to avoid getting another whiff of the gas, which now sprays freely from the destroyed weapon, her bounty turns tail and begins to run through the trees.
-100 Credits The rodian quickly snatches up the credit chits, before looking up at Isabia. "Yes, yes, I do seem to remember something." His snout gives the rodian equivalent of a smile. "Du'ap is at the Ambassador's Lounge, a hutt-controlled restaurant near Torga's palace. He's acting like a bigshot investor to con some easy marks. Oh, and he's got two guys with him - paid muscle. They're Nikto prize fighters - good with their hands."
"Hyah!" Eve lets out a battle cry as she strikes, while she shakes away the strange feeling welling up within her body. And as expected, her blade forged from the hardest known ore in the universe manages to slice the creature's staff in half. Sadly, that meant whatever gas he used escaped from his weapon. Forcing Eve to use her gloved hand to cover her mouth, hopefully it wasn't a gas capable of being absorbed through the skin. And that action allowed her bounty to turn tail, amd run. "You're not getting away!" She exclaimed, holding her sword as she runs after the wounded alien. Eve uses her enhanced speed to give chase, holding the hilt of her sword with both hands as she aims to give an upward slash once she catches up to him. "Nnh... aahn, what is, mmh." Then, she quickly felt the effects of the aphrodisiac fumes. As her breasts, nipples, and crotch rub against her leotard underwear. "No, something like this won't... mmh, stop, nnh, justice." She tries to ignore the growing pleasure...
Isabia nod for that, rolling her eyes. Such a big talks and ended like most, selling friend for few credits. Problem it will be with Hutt controled restaurant, any mess what she make it will make Hutts angry. Bodyguards are not a problem. " Alright, one more thing. What races he prefer when come to bed and which gender?" She asked before leaving bar and going to restaurant.
Picking randomly, Raia ends up picking the bounty of the notorious pirate Xanado 'Freeman'. According to the information that downloads to her datapad, Xanado likes to raid passenger shuttles at a few vulnerable locations, the coordinates marking themselves automatically to the galactic map. Thinking about it, Raia sees two options immediately jump out at her: 1: She can travel to the locations, hide her ship among some asteroids, and then board the pirate ship while the pirates are busy attacking their civilian targets. Xanado would have to split his forces to control the civilians and deal with her, meaning she'd be able to face the enemy in detail instead of all in one group. 2: She can pose as a passenger on the most likely ship to get hit, either setting up her sniper rifle in the decently sized cargo hold, or making her move when they go to take passenger belongings, giving her the element of surprise. Otherwise, Freeman is known to frequent the lawless smuggler's moon of Nar Shadaa, though she'd have to do some snooping to track down his hideout.
