Quickly, Isabia finds a datapad in the small common area of the ship. A quick scan of it shows a video of the smuggler and Lord Perron in an...intimate position, and she knows she has what she came for. Sadly, the smuggler appears to be dirt poor - there's no cash on board the ship, even in the secret compartments, and all he has on him are his cheap clothes and low quality blaster.
"Hmm. I see." She nods at the besalisk's words, That will be quite a few bounties, unless I find another way to earn credits. Eve thought to herself, doubting that she can go after bigger prey by solely relying on one source of income. After that, she looks at Varentija, "I see. How aboht a single Ion cannon, and a Laser cannon?" She asked, relying on the former navy officer for aerial warfare.
Hearing her opinion, Eve nods. "Very well, those two weapons please." She told the besalisk, and paying for the new equipment. Before turning to Varentija, "But still. With my goal. I will need to secure a second source of income." She shared her concerns with her partner.
Isabia chuckled for that holodisk, classic sex tape. Mandalorian at first wanted to take his ship and rob him, but seeing how he is poor, she didn't do that. She use her dagger to write short messages on tree above young men. "Blackmailing is dangrous for amateurs. Consider yourself lucky that I take only for what I come here. If you ever want work something usefull and profitable, look for me in bounty hunters guild. And there is punishment for your crime." She write and cut in his all pants large butt holes. She take her cuffs and ropes and leave idiot smuggler. Than on her own ship she returns to lord mansion.
The shipwright nods. "I'll have the boys get to it - should be done in three or four hours." He takes the payment and hands her a proof of purchase. Varentija nods. "Still, given the fact that you're a-" she pauses, "What I learned about your origins, I'm guessing that you don't exactly have written qualifications. Unless you want to be a cantina girl or something." She chuckles jokingly.
Helpless, the young man lies unconscious as she leaves. Back at the Theed house, the butler escorts her to the lord's study, without saying a word. "Ah, you're back. I assume that my problem is solved?" Perron looks at her.
"Very well, we can wait inside the ship then?" Eve asked, and if allowed, she heads inside with Varentija. "No, unfortunately, I was made for battle, nothing more." She replied, before tilting her head. "A... cantina girl?" She asked, searching her database for information on such an occupation.
"Sure." The besalisk nods. As the two women return to their ship, they begin to hear buzzing and groaning, as the weapons are installed outside. "Oh, right... Wow, you are new to this." Varentija chuckles, as they sit together. "You know, the girls that work in cantinas. Not the waitresses and bartenders, I mean more the dancers. And, well, the ones that...you know. I was just kidding around, I wasn't seriously suggesting it." Varentija adds. A quick search of her database reveals images of scantily clad women, often twi'leks, swaying their bodies enticingly.
Isabia show him his holodisk. "Yes, that wasn't any problem. I would advise to you more carefull chouse your lovers in the future. Now, where is your sister. I hope I didn't walk on swamps for nothing." She said and when he give her information, she will give to him his disc.
As her database gave her information, Eve gasped. Yet, she felt the heat quickly return to her loins, and chest. "I see... no this might..." She mumbled, her tone telling Varentija how the android was considering it. "It might... also deal with my new troubles. Mainly about my bodies new... urges." She replied, "If it pays well, I don't see how it might hinder my objectives."
Thankfully she was skilled in noticing such things - her awareness allowed her to escape the main strike. Tow groaned as she moved back - her body instinctively reacted at the baton, her pussy started getting wet. "It had to be other Twi'elk... What did you do with the one who was supposed to be here on time? Killed her?" Tow made a slow step back. "I see you making a basic mistake - bringing meele weapon into gunfight." She raised her blasters. "How about 50-50 and long term partnership?" She asked. as she licked her lips. At one move of the woman, she was ready to fire her blasters - if they had stun setting, then she would use it. Skills in blasters and martial arts - this were her fortes. She would use them.
"Yes, I probably shall. My friend was lovely, but a little sensitive. Took it hard when he saw me with another friend of mine." Perron chuckles as he takes it. "Don't worry, I'm a man of my word. Pelagia did come here, after the Empire fell, seeking asylum. Obviously, I informed her that as an enemy of the New Republic, she'd receive no quarter from me - but I did give her a place to stay. You'll find her at the abandoned Palpatine museum, in the back office, with two former stormtroopers. Only Pelagia is armed, but be careful, she said something about setting traps."
"Oh, I... Right." Varentija nods. "Well, I wasn't seriously suggesting it, but if you really don't have a problem with it, I don't see why you couldn't. You have the looks for it." She seems a little uncomfortable.
"Hmm? What's the matter?" Eve tilts her head, asking as she noticed Varentija's concern. "As I said earlier, I was made to cleanse the universe of corruption. And for that, I will need funds. Then there is also these... urges I have to control."
Isabia nod for that. " Traps you said? What kind of traps? Sleeping gaz, blaster fire, blades or something like that? And where is that museum? " Isabia was surprised that former stormtrooper aren't armed but it wasn't big deal. " Thank you for the warning and no hard feelings. I would prefer to take her alive, but if incident happens, don't take offense. " She said checking his reaction for that. Maybe that museum was a trap and he just send her where bodyguards could take down bounty hunters. After that, Isabia leaves to that museum.
"She's tied up in her apartment. I try not to kill civilians. Bounty hunters, on the other hand..." Ny'yari chuckles. She's clearly skilled, keeping close so that Tow has trouble with her blasters. "As for the baton, I've left plenty of gunmen dead or broken. Besides, most of the time, my targets never see it coming." Spoiler: Persuasion Roll D100: Tow: 87 Ny'yari: 55 Persuasion Progress: 32 Ny'yari's willpower: 100-32=68 "Hmmm... How long term are we talking about?" Ny'yari looks at her counterpart, not making threatening moves.
"It's just...not something a lot of bounty hunters do." Varentija clears her throat. "But if it's your decision, then I support it. I do have to warn you, though - the people in cantinas can be a little corrupt, themselves."
"Tripwires, I believe, but I didn't ask specifics. As for your bounty, how you bring her in is your business." Perron says, seeming to genuinely not care what happens to his sister. "Good day." She finds the museum in downtown Theed, a large stone building that was once likely a grand sight, but is now blackened from fire damage. Out front is a plinth that once held a statue of the late emperor Palpatine - now pulled down and smashed.
"I do not consider myself a normal bounty hunter... if that means anything." Eve replied, nodding, and smiling as Varentija gave her support. "Yes, I understand. In a way... you can consider this as information gathering." She added, just before, "Well... now we are alone. I trust you have your questions ready?"
