Well I've played D&D before so I understand the concept, but where is this game being played? Eg Roll 20. Also is there more background on the setting? Do characters and their races need to fit into the plot or is it being made up as it goes along. What about these unique items as you mentioned.

A bit fast paced for me, though you do manage to build up a decent setting and don't do the mortal sin of listing the characters attributes like some stories do. The sex scenes are also pretty quick.
