The second example is a hard no. Anything that can be considered a sexual act with a minor should be avoided. I think there's nothing wrong with hugs and kisses, though the latter can broach some dangerous waters, but anything grander is best left as a Noodle Incident that is never explicitly...

Confirmed as not possible. I turned off absolutely everything concerning notifications and emails, messaged myself through my writer account, and still got an email notification about a message. A site update is the only method. Sorry, wicker.

A notable consideration in your triple-crown on the forum comes from the fact that you initiated more than 25% of the total RPG topics, and should I continue I would likely find your total number of posts within the RPG section would be similar. In fact, discounting Friedman and gene.sis - who...

Since additional trophies are in the works, I believe it's time to voice this as its own topic. There's one inherent flaw in the Notable Writers list. If my observations are correct, then names organized on this list based on the total number of trophies acquired, then by who reached that...

The only problem with that is now there's no point of reference for other users. Sure, someone could have already contacted the thread writer to highlight a glaring problem, but it's equally possible no one did. Ergo, writers run the risk of getting no one contacting them about it, or the risk...

1.) If intolerance and hatred based on orientation were going to be a problem here, it would have already happened. 2.) There's no inherent fear because in addition to our use of usernames, the results don't even display who voted which way, not even to me. 3.) Even if they did, the fact is we...

I've gone over Story Ideas myself. Multiple topics since the site's beginning remain standing, even if inactive. Thus, any purging would have been done manually. I then dug deeper using my privileges as a moderator. Of the topics from Story Ideas that have been deleted, only one has been since...

Another one of those days, I see. Off-topics have been removed. Nemo of Utopia's initial posts are preserved since they are both legitimate. It may not be a constructive criticism, but getting that person who bases everything on their own tastes is the risk we run in life. Additionally, Eli's...

I figure we have to address the CHYOO days as part of the site's origin. So: Originated as a LitErotica service under the name CHYOO. CHYOO was neglected for a long time and had numerous problems (no cookies, no email verification, easily hacked, etc.). In January of 2014, a massive (and still...

1.) If you wish to use a quote, wicker, it'd be a good idea to get the attribution right - since there's no evidence Franklin said the original - and an even better idea to not completely flout the original quote's meaning when creating your derivation. 2.) Considering you've already broached...

That's also within your power. And in terms of policy and suggestions, my words aren't much more potent if we're being perfectly honest. I get early involvement in certain projects - such as the Patreon page - and may be notified of coming changes sooner, but otherwise I'm really not that...

Well, you're wrong. I would like that. I'd like it even more if someone couldn't immediately reset it, but I'd like that. Too bad my power is restricted to the forums. However, I would vastly prefer something more practical, long term, and less unilateral. Multiverse stories already...

daciasdesire, emphasis is on the word "should" and attention is directed to the note about the rule not being set in stone. I'll admit these exceptions were typically reserved for stories more rooted in a multiverse story with some central theme common to all stories, but this story does abide...

Fixed that for you.
