        It is really hard to get hired into a job like that though. The recruiting process for being a "helpless elven captive" is simple though, it mainly includes getting invaded by huge well toned hunks who toss you over carry shoulder and carry you off. So not a long series of interviews and tests like most jobs seem to be now. The real problem is that there's hardly any job opening ads for stuff like that.
