Thank you for the help. I couldn't figure out what you meant by "right click the image" since nothing was sticking when I saved it. However, for some strange reason, everything is working now. Thank you again!

Sorry for the noob question, it has been a while, however, I can't make adding a picture work. The link for the picture is: https://i.imgur.com/JYJgYfg.jpg I have rich text editor off, as per the suggestion in the Chyoa Guide. I have tried various commands...

Personally, I hate when I have to roll a dice for myself. It breaks immersion and I usually cheat and then feel bad about it. I really would love to see a random number generator for two reasons: 1) To create a RPG element where there could be the use of skills. Granted, you can do that without...

Oh, you shouldn't of said that. Now I'm going to have to fight the urge to ask every few months instead of every few years! How about start a Kick-Starter? I'm a penny-pinching bastard but even I would pitch in a few coins for that! Either way, I greatly appreciate all your labors you're one of...

Exactly! Thank you!

I was referring to the use of random conditions in a story. To make a story have a game element to it. For example, a certain chapter would be available when a random condition was met. (E.g. a 1-2 on a d6 roll allows two chapter options. While a 4-6 means only one chapter would appear.) This...

Hello Chyoa, It's been a while, so please forgive if this has been recently asked: Has a Random Number Generator been added or is there a plan to add it in the near future? Thank you!

It is. When I started to think of comic-esque thieves I was surprised how few came to mind. After Catwoman, Black Cat and Fujiko, I drew a blank and had to do some research. I've never heard of Eva Kant or Yuffie from FF7, I will have to look them up - thanks!

Yeah, Harley is not strictly a thief, though she is fun to write. Thanks for the Chloe Frazer from the Uncharted, reference, I will have to look her up.

I'm working on a new story and need help creating a list of famous female thieves from comics and beyond. They have to be from the modern area (i.e. have guns), so (unfortunately) no Red Sonja. So far, I have come up with . . . Catwoman (Selina Kyle) - Of course! Red Monika Black Cat (Felicia...

General question for everyone: With the current parameters of the chyoa system what game would you recommend that would best give a feel of real competition? (Poker, Blackjack, War, Darts, Liar's Dice, Monopoly, Trivia Pursuit, something else?)

I have reread your poker section a few times and like what you did. I notice you put "Lois wins" or "Lois loses" in the titles, I might remove that. Then maybe I might combined that with some of gene.sis' suggestions to created a greater sense of true gambling, which is the end goal.
