Palermo approaches, acting like some sort of loving uncle - erroneously, he had some sort of relationship with her parents, but though Vanessa's met him at several events, they're acquaintances at best. He puts a hand on his heart, as his daughter, Nadia, invites her to come stay at the Palermo Estate if Vanessa feels unsafe at the Fitzgerald Manor.
"I suppose that's true. Gotta show them that the Fitzgerald name is still ones of the biggest in the city." Vanessa giggles, smiling as Lawrence compliments her. And as soon as they arrived, she wears a somber smile as the cameras attempt to blind her. Though she's asked some questions, she avoids it and goes along with the police's story, thanking her lawyer for "jumping in to save her." After that, she heads insids where the big leagues were. She hummed, seeing all the important people present. Fufu, if I didn't know any better, I'd say this is the perfect oppurtunity for a villain's big evil plan. She thinks to herself, Too bad most of them are working for some of the people here... probably. The heiress then spots Sal Palermo approach her. "Please, mister Palermo, I am quite alright."
