Place of Birth: England Mortal life: A prodigy of knightly skills and manners from an early age, her grandfather had raised her to use these skills in battle behind his son and daughter in law's back. Thea had spent a lot of time disguising herself as a boy while she was a squire in service, before the rules had changed to technically allow women. It was still rare to find those with the skills and willingness to do it in general, but Thea had stood out due to the fact she held no interest in simply taking up arms to prove a point she could. Nobody doubted the genuine service to the crown. Though, for centuries since that age, and every once and while she takes up a new alias to reenlist to the army, she hasn't considered any of the causes of her homeland really worth fighting. After her homeland was invaded and her parents were slain, Karolina used her family's wealth to raise a warband, fighting and defeating forces from Russia, Sweden and the Cossacks for several years, before she was betrayed. She was cut down on her way to the headsman, after stealing a sword and killing one of her captors.
