He was one of few people who didn't look at Avella by her status and teach her how to go through who she is. First, Avella didn't trust or like him, but after few years of his teaching she managed to build relationships student-master with sir Helsink. But after that mission he retired to less dangerous task in the church. Avella have also younger halfbrother, legal heir of vicecount Esmerhun, mage Priman. He is skilled with fire and wind magic, like also have a lot connection in politics and science area, so he become pridefull, arogant and nonempatic. Avella doesn't missed him and is happy when her brother is far away from her. Personality: One of the dream of Avella is become acknowlege by her father, to become part of the official clan. She never asked to be send to church, and have problems with another students, because of her birth. By nobles, Avella was treat like commoner, error in their ranks. Excuse for visiting: Skills and Traits: +++ Sword fighting ++ Diplomacy +++ Magic – Divine Trait + Intimidating Flaws: + Sensivite breast + Embrassed nudity + Noble Bastard Equipment: Money: 152,5 Gil Rations for 1 week Clothes (worn by your character) A spare set of clothes Enchanted single handled sword Halfplate armor Heavy shield (Okey, that is for now, what do you think?)
Looking good so far, I like her. Just one question: What does “+ Embrassed nudity” do? Does she like being nude, or is she very shy and embarrassed when naked?
Shy and embarrassed when naked I would say. I was talking a look at your old post about possible system to playing, from year ago. Also, anything more what I should write more about her?
I have added a little bit of info about religion in Tarnia to the Info thread. Okay, so she is shy and embarrassed when naked, has sensitive breasts, and some people look down on her because she is a bastard. All clear, no further questions about her flaws. You could add more about her background and/or you could give her more equipment, such as a spare weapon, if you want. P.S.: I had made that system a bit too complicated, so I decided to simplify things a bit for this game.
I might modify her later, but I think I will go with her: Name: Ida Baade Nickname(s): Ecreghana The Reviver Age: 38 Race: Human Gender: Female Sexual Orientation: Bisexual Appearance: Background: Once upon a time, in the Kingdom of Tarania, there was a land called Onorock Valley. It was rulled by baron Horel Kühne and his beautiful wife, lady Livina Kühne. The pair were not special in a grand matter of things – they were typical nobles. They had one child – a beautiful daughter by the name of Alda. The family lived happily in Hazelwood Manor with their servants... until a tragedy struck. One day, while travelling with his daughter to the capital, lord Horel's party was attacked and slaughtered... and Alda disappeared. No matter where they looked, the retainers of Kühne could not find her or the people... or creatures responsible for the attack on baron Kühne. In the following years, widowed lady Kühne ruled the land, never losing hope of finding her daughter. Then... another tragedy struck. The Hazelwood Manor was attacked and taken over by bandits. The men defending the mansion were killed, and the women were made into sex toys. For days, the bandits ruled the valley unopposed doing whatever they wanted... until, one day, a hero arrived. Spoiler: Bel-Cozril Ethlun An Elven sorcerer Bel-Cozril Ethlun, defetead the bandits and rescued lady Kühne. The grateful noblewoman all eagerly decided to reward their saviour with a stipend, gifts, position in her court... and even her body. She was also not alone in this – the servants who survived the bandit's attack were all too eager to reward their saviour... especially when the news of his sexual prowess spread. Eventually, Hazelwood Manor became Bel-Cozril Ethlun's personal domain in all but name. When he was sure of the loyalty of those in the manor, he started teaching them... more, subtle arts. Necromancy. Lady Livinia and her servants formed the Cult of Xaehin, a cult dedicated to gathering power and loyal to lord Bel-Cozril Ethlun. Among them, three came into prominence with their skill in necromancy Lady Livina Kühne and her two maids - Ida Baade and Eike Ehmann. Spoiler: Lady Livina Kühne Spoiler: Eike Ehmann The members of the cult became all but fanatical in their devotion to Master Bel-Cozril Ethlun. Striving for his attention, they didn't mind when he became more and more sadistic in his treatment of them, even going as far as experimenting on them. The outcomes of those experiments were of various outcomes. Sometimes it gave more power to cultists... sometimes not... Eventually, Master Bel-Cozril Ethlun left without a word. Lady Livinia and the rest of the cult stayed in the mansion, continuing their everyday lives, practising Necromancy and ruling Onorock Valley. Lady Kühne's rule was mostly normal. The land was ruled in peace, and any wild animals, monsters or bandits were dealt with in force by the Necromancers. Of course, the arts were not practised openly. All was well, until a year after their saviour left, the Hazelwood Manor was suddenly attacked by a group of adventurers and royal knights. As countless servants of Kühne were killed, the baroness, raised an army and comforted the attackers. Spoiler: Lady Livina Kühne's army The battle was great but eventually, Lady Livina Kühne was killed, along with her servants... all but one. Ida Baade survived after being knocked out and even managed to escape. As she made her way through the kingdom, she heard that Bel-Cozril Ethlun attacked the capital and tried to kill the King and Queen. Apparently, he was a demonologist who wanted to create chaos... and used Lady Kühne and her followers as a distraction to have some of the royal army out of the capital. His attack failed and he was killed. Apparently, young mistress Alda Kühne was found and was restored to rule the Onorock Valley... there were so many rumours. Some portray lady Livina as a victim... some as a villain. Ida did not know what to think of it. From one side, she wanted to return to her young mistress... but she knew it was impossible... Personality: calm Goal(s): Gaining power, claiming land (preferably some abandoned building) for her own and creating powerbase, surviving while staying hidden. Learning the truth behind Alda Kühne and Bel-Cozril Ethlun. Studying Necromancy. Excuse for visiting: Ida came with an excuse, of being a researcher. Her target was to study old ruins... There, she would find old bones and knowledge that could help her, as well as bring the knowledge of the places she discovered in exchange for money. Skills and Traits: Necromancy 3 +1 =4 Sneaking 1 Knowledge: Necromancy 1 Bel-Cozril Ethlun's Experiment: Tattoo's of power (grants power boost when used – but have a flaw. When used dark tattoos cover Ida's skin) 2 Bel-Cozril Ethlun's Experiment: Magical eye (allows outworldy/magical perception) 2 Flaws: Sought by the kingdom (as a member of Cult of Xaehin, her absence was noticed after a battle. What the kingdoms seek Ida for, she doesn't know) Bel-Cozril Ethlun's Experiment: Body reshaped for pleasure (body more sensitive than normal. Once she starts sex act, it's hard for her to stop.) Bel-Cozril Ethlun's Experiment: Tattoos of power – the negative effect of lust (the more power and necromantic spells Ida uses, the more excited she becomes – that can be distracting at some point) Necromancy: Dark Aura (magical beings and sensitive priests will realise Ida's dark disposition) Equipment: Money: 950 Gil Rations for 1 week Clothes (worn by your character) A spare set of clothes Magical enchanted staff (2 points) Medieval closed carriage and a horse (2 points) Magical tone of necromancy (1 point – saved from the Hazelwood Manor) Follower Spoiler: Resurrected Eike Ehmann - A minor zombie hero When Ida was making her escape from Hazelwood Manor, after the battle was lost, she came upon her fellow cultist. Unfortunately, Eike was dead... Ida resurrected her with her magic and bound Eike to her will. 1 Wright
Looks good. Great job! Oh, wow, that's quite the backstory... She looks good, just one thing I'm curious about: There are two women named Alda. One is Alda Kühne, the baron's missing daughter, the other is Alda Ehmann (who got raised by Ida). Is that just a coincidence, or is there a reason they both have the same first name?
Thanks! Oh... okay, I can see the reason for confusion. It's a coincidence. I will change in a moment name of the follower for Eike, to avoid confusion.
Potential confusion was my concern as well. Last question: Is that lone F a typo, or did you mean to write something more there?

Name: Ganith Mandraxa Age: 25 Race: Half-Dragon Gender: M Sexual Orientation: straight Appearance: (the wings are vestigial) Background: Ganith was the son of a silver dragon. Well, he assumed so. He never met his father so could never deduce his lineage. His mother was a barmaid for the inn of a small village and his father came to her under the guise of a human and one thing led to another and he came to be. Since becoming an adult, Ganith has pretty much followed in his father's footsteps. Naturally gifted with looks, strength and magical capability, he had the capacity to theoretically become a great hero...If he could get beyond the easy life that such gifts granted him. He became a brigand, a mercenary for hire, and did odd jobs across Tarnia. Some were noble in cause, others were less so. He cared mostly about the money...Which he then squandered on drink, women, and living an easy life. A persistent ladykiller, women are Ganith's biggest weakness. A beautiful woman could keep him wrapped around her finger even more than gold...at least for a time, until he got bored. Personality: Confident, Impetuous, Selfish Goal(s): Ganith's goals are to show off, have sex, and make a bit of coin to continue his life of excess. Traveling to a place with a high probability of all of those happening and little oversight drew him like a moth to flame. Excuse for visiting: Ganith is an adventurer looking to help the burgeoning town. It seemed like they needed all the help they could get and he happened to be in the area. Skills and Traits: (5 points, plus up to 5 more from flaws) Skills and Traits: ++ Sword fighting ++ Seduction + Magic – Fire + Stealth Trait Draconic Strength Minor Magic Resistance Toughened Hide Flaws: Easily Manipulated - Ganith wears his allegiances like a coat and is easily manipulated into doing the bidding of others by being bribed with Women, Gold, or just easier options (in that order) Minor Criminal - Ganith has done some unsavory work in the service of others...Although nothing (reported) warranting being actively pursued. Master of None - The idea of actively dedicating his time to honing his skills bores Ganith. Because of his lack of discipline on any one art or skill, he will never truly be a master of anything. Preferring to rely on his natural gifts and aptitude to make up the difference. (cannot upgrade any skill past 4) Bulky Form - While nice to look at, Ganith's wings makes fitting armor difficult. New armor for him costs more money to purchase and armor he finds needs to be fitted(for a cost) before he can wear it. Doesn't affect clothing as the cost to adjust it is not nearly as much. Equipment: Money: 98 Gil Rations for 1 week Clothes (worn by your character) A spare set of clothes Potion of Poison Cure Enchanted Flame Longsword (2 points) Medium Chainmail Armour (1 points) buckler (1 point) +100 Gil (1 point) ________________________________________________________________________ gonna give it a shot at participating! I was actually going to give him another flaw (Fertile) because, well...Dragonblooded. However, I didn't really want female PC's to be afraid of having sex with him, but oh well. We'll see. Hopefully i figured out all of the math stuff properly and explained the flaws. Thought about explaining the traits too, but they seem kind of self-explanatory. Stealth might be too broad, i threw it in as a reference from the skill in D&D which is mostly utilized for sneaking...
(Ran with an idea I got from the first picture.) Name: Lydia Raneri Known Nicknames/Aliases: Felicity Underhill Age: 25 Race: Human Gender: Female Sexual Orientation: Bisexual Appearance: Spoiler: Lydia Action Spoiler: Lydia Formal Background: Born to poor parents and raised in the slums of the capital city of Tarnia, Lydia had next to nothing while growing up, but the family survived on her father’s meager income as an unskilled laborer. Her mother died of illness while Lydia was still a child. When the famine struck, her father could no longer afford even the cheapest of foods. Doing whatever he could to make ends meet, Lydia’s father turned to thievery. He managed to get away with this for a year or two before being captured by the city’s guards, and then executed a few months later. By this time, Lydia was coming of age. With food still scarce and not knowing a trade, she was forced to quickly find a way to provide for herself. Following her father’s example, she scavenged and stole. Her first big target was a merchant’s caravan forced to pass through the slums on his way deeper into the city. Lydia managed to snag an odd looking bow and quiver from the caravan’s wagon, but the guards chased her through the streets. Desperate, she turned and loosed an arrow behind her, luckily striking a pursuer. Instead of the arrow embedding into the man’s skin, however, iron chains appeared, wrapping around his limbs. Amazed, Lydia quickly fired at the other two men, chaining them, and rushed away. In the years since then, she learned how to use the weapon properly, practicing with it whenever she had the chance between trips to steal food and coin from the richer parts of the city. With the famine now ended, the city’s guards have increased efforts to capture Lydia and other criminals. Hearing about Marika from a connected fence, Lydia departed for the distant village, sick of spending all her life hiding from the guard in the ramshackle slums. Personality: Sly and playful. Goal(s): Gaining enough power and/or favor to receive a pardon or be left alone by the authorities. To this end, she wants to establish herself as vital to Marika, whether through legitimate or criminal means, so she cannot be arrested without a revolt or the collapse of the village. Excuse: Seeking work as a hunter, mercenary, or maybe even as a guard. Skills: Archery 3 [-3] Stealth 2 [-2] Deception 2 [-2] Shortswords 1 Traits Streetwise [-1] General knowledge of gangs, bandits, raiders, etc. and their practices gained through working in the same circles for years. Criminal Ties [-1] Has a modicum of sway within the criminal underworld thanks to favors performed and working relationships established. Not likely to be useful in a tiny, isolated village, but she could send word to contacts if needed. Flaws: Anal Addict Lydia is now addicted to anal sex, especially if it is a futa pounding her ass (but a guy or a woman with a strap-on will work as well). It will be difficult for her to refuse anal sex when asked or demanded of her, and the pleasure she gets from such an activity is greatly increased. Wanted Criminal [+1] She’s somewhat known among the capital’s guards, being recognized if she spends too long around them. (This could certainly extend to Marika’s guards too, but that’s up to your discretion.) Detests Nobles [+1] “They didn’t have to suffer like we did, starving in the streets. No, they got to use their inheritances and ‘royal blood’ to keep themselves fat while our corpses rotted.” Sadistic [+1] “Why simply kill them when I can make their world fall apart around them? It’s much more entertaining to watch them try to salvage what they can before snuffing them out.” Bondage [+1] Whether of herself or another, little excites her more. It’s hard to resist taking advantage of a bound captive, and she is unlikely to try very hard to escape if she herself is bound. She’s not sure where this fascination stems from, but the desire to see others in chains didn’t manifest until after she stole the bow.. Equipment: Money: 190 Gil [-1] Rations for 1 week Clothes (black dress) A spare set of clothes Bronze Chain Bow [-2] At the wielder’s discretion, this can be used as a normal bow, or use the bow’s magical effect. Effect: instead of piercing the target, an arrow loosed from this bow will vanish as chains wrap around the struck creature or object. Leather Armor [-1] Shortsword [-1] Silver Bracelet (probably enchanted) Effect: when active, the wearer is more tempting and desired, but men who use this effect for too long become horny yet unable to orgasm. Unknown drawbacks for women. Crystal Statuette Effect: when activated, the user chooses a skill to train. A challenge is presented to the user. If the user wins a few times, the chosen skill will improve. If the user loses, a punishment is levied. Works much faster than training if the user is successful. Razor Soap Rope [EDIT: Added her alias to the sheet.] [EDITS 2-4: Updated Gil.] [EDIT 5: Items and Gil.] [EDIT 6: Added Shortswords Skill.] [EDIT 7: Added Flaw.]
(Not entirely sure which one of these I want to use, as of yet. Tell me if there's any lore issues, or problems with skills and flaws.) Name: Mylea of Roggriz Nickname(s): The fair/The heretic (Depends on the person's beliefs) Age: 30 Race: Half Dryad Gender: Female Sexual Orientation: All the Goddess' beautiful creations! (Bi/Pan) Appearance: Background: Born of a forbidden union between a human sorcerer and a wood nymph, Mylea's absence from the forests of her mother's homelands prevented her from changing fully into a dryad, but nonetheless left her with a strong bond with nature. After finishing her studies in magic, she began a career of travelling to battlefields and plague areas to treat the wounded and the sick - where she came into contact with the Church of the Holy Mother, a religion based around a fertility/nature goddess, and found herself drawn to the faith. Quickly, she learned its tenets, and devoted herself to becoming a travelling priestess. Tension arose, however, when she began to question the church's strict teachings of celibacy, finding that male priests were allowed to drink and whore unchecked in private, while condemning wantonness publicly. Keeping her faith, but rejecting the church she saw as corrupt, Mylea left, declaring that she'd start her own church, one devoted to the true teaching of the Mother's ideals. Personality: Mylea is an incredibly warm, kind and open person, who only becomes angry if witnessing cruelty or hypocrisy. Due to seeing sexuality as an intrinsic part of her faith, she can sometimes bewilder people with the way she can seem simultaneously like the most wanton courtesan, and the purest holy maiden. Goal(s): To build a church and convert the people of Marika, and eventually the lands beyond. Excuse for visiting: Though she doesn't hide her true goals, Mylea's official reason for visiting the colony is to offer her expertise in magic, healing the sick and helping the crops grow. Skills and Traits: (5 points, plus up to 5 more from flaws) Skills: - Persuasion*** - Nature Magic** - Healing Magic** - Seduction** You are allowed ONE skill at level 3. All other skills must be level 1 or 2. New skills can be learned during the game, and existing skills can be upgraded (up to the max level of 5), however that usually comes with a cost. Traits cost 1 point each and have no levels - you either have the trait, or not. The effects of all traits must be positive. Flaws: Heretic - Mylea is a renegade priestess going up against a well established religion, and her zeal makes the concept of her hiding her true beliefs impossible. Believers in the orthodoxy will see her as a target of scorn and derision, and will be harder to persuade, and might even target her for hostile acts. (Malus to social interactions with Orthodox members of the faith, and possibly devout members of other faiths) Altruistic - Though altruism is a virtue in the Holy Mother's faith, Mylea quite possibly takes it to a fault. She'd put herself in mortal danger to save the lives of most people, and would bankrupt herself to help the poor. (When Mylea sees someone in need, she'll need to make a willpower check if she wishes to step in - otherwise she'll be forced to help, whether or not it's a good idea.) Merciful - All life is the Mother's creation, meaning that Mylea is never comfortable with the idea of taking it. (In combat, Mylea by default tries to wound, rather than kill. To actively kill a person, she must make a willpower roll, and if she fails she'll either take the person prisoner, or let them escape if capture is impossible.) Equipment: Money: 147 Gil Rations for 1 week Clothes (worn by your character) A spare set of clothes Enchanted Staff ** (Bonus to magic) Wood Queen's headdress ** (Bonus to persuasion) Dancer's Outfit * (Bonus to seduction) Followers and/or Companions: Spoiler: Galza A hedonistic she-orc who lives to fuck, fight and drink. Galza has been travelling with Mylea for a while, protecting her from monsters and bandits in exchange for healing and sex. Though in demeanor very different, Galza sees the free-spirited priestess as a sort of kindred spirit, an attitude that her charge shares. Spoiler: Gorm Ironfist (I might play as this character instead - haven't decided) Name: Gorm Ironfist Nickname(s): The Penny Pincher Age: 377 Race: Dwarf Gender: Male Sexual Orientation: Straight Appearance: Background: A former member of the noble house of Ironfist, Gorm was forced to flee his mansion after some 'irregularities' were found in the books of the wealthy merchant house he was running. Personality: Stubborn and mercurial, Gorm is nonetheless able to put on a show as a jovial and dignified nobleman, when it suits him. Goal(s): To create a business monopoly in town and drive out the competition. Excuse for visiting: To build a humble general store and serve the community. Skills and Traits: (5 points, plus up to 5 more from flaws) - Manipulation*** - Haggling** - Stealth** Flaws: Greedy (If Gorm sees a way to make money that's dangerous or unethical, he has to perform a willpower roll to resist the urge, otherwise he'll go for it - consequences be damned.) Wanted - Though leagues away from his mountainous homeland, Gorm is still a wanted criminal, which could bite him in the future. Equipment: Money: 300 Gil Rations for 1 week Clothes (worn by your character) A spare set of clothes Noble's Clothes* (Bonus to Persuasion) Silent Shank** (Stealth Attack Bonus) Extra Gil** All characters start with the above. In addition you have 5 points to spend on equipment. Regular weapons and armor cost 1 point each, enchanted ones cost 2 points each. You can also exchange 1 point for 100 extra Gil if you prefer. The cost of consumables will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on what sort of consumables you would like your character to start with (if any). Followers and/or Companions: Mylea - Though the two are ethically opposed, Mylea and Gorm have found travelling together mutually beneficial - Mylea benefiting from the dwarf's wealth, while Gorm has received less suspicion from guards while in a group with such an obviously pure priestess.
Name: Anton Orcus Nickname(s): Geezer Age: 169 Race: Human (Slightly Ascended) Gender: Male Sexual Orientation: Straight Appearance: Spoiler Background: A once famous wandering warrior, and martial instructor, Anton was hailed as the most skilled martial artist during his time, he was said to have been a once in a century warrior. Able to wield every weapon known to man, and learn every technique, even come up with his own style of combat for those weapons. However what the people didn't know was that he was no ordinary man. Coming from a family of warrior monks residing within the tallest mountains of Tarnia. Charged with guarding the realm against the forces of evil. He and his clan members spent their days training, and meditating. Hoping to ascend to a higher state of being, akin to that of demi-gods so that they can better protect the human world with ease. However, Anton was different. Though he was better skilled than the rest of his generation, he was also more curious. Especially as he listened to stories about the world outside their village. Barrly half-way through his training to ascend, Anton's curiosity won out in the end. Making him leave his home, and descend the mountin, unaware that he'll forever be barred from returning. Once he was down the mountain, Anton was mesmerized by the vibrant colors of nature, and all the different people he met. But as he came to learn about human nature, he became curious. Life was completely different from when he was in his clan's village. Not only were the people below the mountains weaker, they also had different ways of life. From simple farming, fishing, trading, hunting and gathering. To the more extreme banditry, slavery, extortion, and even murder. The once young man was quickly put off, making him attempt to return to his own home. Only to learn that he can't, as a strange magic kept him from entering the mountain. Anton soon realized that he now needed to learn to live in the human realm. He then wandered the realm, leaving his name behind in small villages as he rescues them from bandits, slavers, and even monsters. He came to know that human's came in all sorts of different flavors, both good and bad. Allowing him to slowly integrate himself within the kingdom of Tarnia. But as he did, his fame as a warrior reached a certain noble's ears. With the nobleman wishing to secure Anton's services, he was bribed with money, treasures, and what turned out to be the martial artist's biggest weakness, women. That night Anton laid with a courtesan, his whole world changed as he learned of the beauty that was the female form. It's then something changed within him, as he began chasing women, until his fame as a warrior turned into infamy as a womanizer. As the years went by, Anton learned that despite his unfinished training. He was blessed with longevity, though not in the level of elves, his aging seemed to have slowed down somewhat as decades went by. His past fame as a warrior nothing more than legends passed down in small villages, and wandering bard's tales. Though his combat school remained, his students have been whittled down to nothing but uppity nobles whose parents have simply thrown them away for a while, hoping to have their rotten attitudes beaten out of them. But once in a blue moon, a noblewoman joins his school, aiming to prove herself as a warrior that can match her peers. It's then Anton's perversion makes itself known, as he'll teach her more than just martial skills, he'd also seduce, or sometimes drug them into taking "marital" lessons, where he'd teach her everything there is to know about in the bedroom... or sometimes out in public. Which then led to his downfall, as one particular noble family found out that their daughter was being defiled, just before she's supposed to be married off. Leading for them to call for the old man's head, forcing Anton to flee to parts unknown to save his life. Personality: Kind, and collected usually. Extremely perverted when he spots a beautiful woman Goal(s): To hide from the nobles in the capital, or at least gain enough influence to keep himself from getting executed Excuse for visiting: To lend his knowledge as a "veteran soldier" and help train the new village's guards. Skills: Martial prowess***: Anton is knowledgeable about everything there is to know about combat. Sexual prowess**: Leading to his lustful downfall, the old man has learned how to please, and "seduce" any woman he's set his sights on. Magical enhancement*: A skill Anton developped in his old age. It temporarily allows him to fight, as if his body was that of his youthful years. Sadly it only lasts half an hour, and requires a whole day's rest before he can use it again. Leading to him mostly using this ability to escape rather than engage. Traits: Perceptive Stealthy Flaws: Decrepit: Despite his slight ascendancy, it seems that all Anton got out of his was a longer lifespan. Sadly the years have taken its toll on his body, though his mind retains his immeasurable combat ability, his frail form can no longer keep up. So many great characters! I'm going to take another couple of days to plan some things and to come up with some names, since I am terrible at that. Let me know if you make any changes to your characters before the start of the game. Stealth is fine. Since you added a trait you will need to add one more flaw, or to decrease a skill by one point, in order to balance your skill points.
