Titles That Never Went Anywhere

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have like 12 stories which I started work on but they never even got to the point where I could publish them.

I am wondering if anyone would be interested in collaborating with me on ideas to redevelop them from the title up?

Inside The Game? what is this about?

 

Here's the Synopsis

You are surfing the web when you come upon a Strange Add: "Experience any Videogame from the inside!" You click on the link, wondering what kind of scam this really is, and are directed to a list of genres, then from there you find a game you want to try. No sooner do you click on the link for that game than you find yourself inside the game in question! Now you have to live through the game you picked; or die trying... (And of course, this being CHYOA, have a ton of sex along the way...)

Can I get some more info on "Pokégirls"? I am running one of the few non-erotic stories on the site around a similar theme...

I, Spy also sounds intriguing, tried to write something kind of like that myself...

 

lol definitely not stealing. I'll check them out if they are in the theme I'm going for. Then I'll contribute.

I wrote a story on another site about Brock from Pokémon getting balls that captured women and that they could evolve during sex or through stones. So Nurse Joy would turn into a slutty nurse version if she evolved.

I've got another version where instead of the Pokémon being creatures they are women. So Pikachu would look like a cosplay girl.

As for I, Spy the three options I had were a James Bond parody, a Seductress, and a Master of Disguise.

Really like the sound of this! it's an interesting concept and I like the idea behind it, are you thinking first person or third with multiple chars?

 

I was thinking Second person, but that is very much up in the air: which do you think would be better?

 

I'd be curious about the premise / idea / notion for these two.

 

I'll write anything 3rd person, past tense is my jam. But I will write whatever.

 

星殖民地：新中国 (Star Colony: New China)

It is the year 2222 as we today would know things, or year 121AFC, which stands for After First Contact. Slightly more than a century ago humanity achieved the ability to enter hyper space and promptly was told to join the Galactic Union of Federated Races or be blown off the face of the galaxy. They were much more advanced than we were, and not especially nice or friendly, but nothing unites human beings like an outside threat, and we swiftly put aside our differences and became a unified species for the first time. However we had learned from our own mistakes and did not try to fight them setting up embassies on the outskirts of NYC and after a while we learned something useful: few, in fact almost NO races could live on the same types of planet. With the grudging help of the other races of the federation we found a dozen worlds across the galaxy that we could colonize and Terraform, and set about putting together colony ships to go do that. One of them, dubbed "新中国" or "New China" due to it's geophysical similarity to a lifeless central China, is where I and my friends were sent after we volunteered for the colony mission. The old nations of the earth are not in charge any more, though there are a disproportionate number of Chinese men and women on this mission, but I am from the USA, which has gotten a lot calmer with 200 more years of self rule under it's belt. I am part of the colony mission, and headed out into the unknown, along with millions of others, but I have a small group that I am close with, there are five of us, friends since grade school, two Chinese/Americans, two European/Americans, and one African/American. We signed on together in a drunken dare after graduating from Pennsic Community College, and now, much more sober, are in a lander together heading down to the surface of "New China" as a fully trained "Surveying and Transforming" team. What adventures and romances will the five of us find on the surface of this strange new world? Welcome to 星殖民地：新中国.


The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald (A Tale of the 'Verse)

It is the year 2532, 15 years after the events of "Serenity". In the Wake of the "Miranda Wave" public outcry on the Core Worlds has completely restructured the Alliance and ousted it's former leadership. Among other things this has led to groups of legal but freelance salvagers and wreck divers. The protagonist is a member of one such group, and when they pick up the salvation beacon of one "Edmund Fitzgerald" three weeks out between Whitefall and Beumond they decide to go have a looksee, might be survivors to pick up, and if not, there's no rules against hiding the good stuff till they can come back with a Writ of Salvage. What they find onboard, well, it's the stuff of legends and nightmares... (Important note: this story is largely non-erotic, any sex that occurs will happen only when logically demanded by the plot and is incidental to the main thrust of the tale. If it does happen it will be suitably steamy however...)

 

When you say "past tense is my jam": does that mean you 'jam' as in "Jam-up"/can't write past tense? Or are you saying that you 'jam' as in "jam session"/"Jamming"/write easily when writing past tense?

 

thinking of video games: See through the eyes of the protagonist. (second person present tense)

Here's the synopsis of the last story on my list...

Last week I murdered a man who tried to rape me. The good news is that when he did it I turned into a huge half-human/half- wolf monster that scares the cops so much that they have not even begun to look for me. The BAD news is that apparently I am not the only one who has transformed like this, and the leadership of the local community of 'werekin' as they call themselves want me to become a footsoldier in a war for the survival of the world that I don't have any idea how it started or how to fight. Just to put the capstone on this crazy thing four of the other werewolves are trying to seduce me, one of which isn't even male! What's a sane 21st century girl to do?

 

The Haunted/Mystery Mansion:
The mansions rooms are all magical traps to transform people. There are ghosts who will possess those who enter, even a few demons that might try to trick those who enter.

Cocktail Party:
I literally have nothing aside from the title and where it takes place. A couple are invited to a cocktail party. And that's it....

 

A few months ago, I was thinking of starting a story about a practicing Wiccan.

It was pretty much going to be a story that involves a person... Probably female. Getting involved in Wicca straight out of high school and getting up to some stereotypical witch-coven-y stuff. Lots of old-style clothing, nudity, fake magic, parties in the forest, orgies, fertility rites, maybe some real magic etc...

Ultimately, It never got off the ground due to sheer ignorance on my part. I know next to nothing about it. Wicca is the largest form of Paganism currently practiced and I wouldn't want to be insulting to some peoples' beliefs. Granted, it's not off the table completely. I have thought of using the idea and just detaching it from Wicca in general to avoid any kind of ignorance on my part.
