I have written a new CHYOA novel based on Sexy Day in Suburbia.

Hey! I hope some of you know me. I haven't been around that much in the past year, just popping by to approve threads for my stories like The Virgin Heroine and the Shining Stone. I apologize for not hanging out as much, this place is great and I love the collaborations. But there is a good reason for my disappearance.

Another one of my stories, one of my oldest and biggest, was A Sexy Day in Suburbia, which let readers take control of Joy Applebottom in her raunchy suburban adventures. That work was the inspiration for my newest Kindle novel available on Amazon:

    Suburban Sex Kitten Adventure

I saw some success with my huge CHYOA novel Princess to Pleasure Slave Adventure: The Dungeon of the Monster Breeder and now I am back with something more than twice as big and complex. This CHYOA is close to 937,000 words! It has 104 endings, hundreds of sex scenes, and dozens of possible erotic companions as you take control of Melody Applebottom. Nothing is copy and pasted from this site, it is all original, but you will recognize similar pairings and erotic paths.

It's $6.99, so a bit expensive for Kindle erotica, but it is the longest CHYOA novel ever written to my knowledge and it represents a year of my life. If you subscribe to Kindle Unlimited the book is available for free.

Please give it a try! Let me know what you think! And thanks to everyone who has collaborated with me here or read one of my stories.

Alas, I lack a Kindle on which to read it, and moreover I was not very impressed with the original...

Congrats on the new novel. I looked through your library and wow are you prolofic on there! Guess that's no surprise though considering your work on chyoa. The title is a tempting read, if I can scrounge up the money. Might have to ask for an amazon gift card for Christmas.

Thank you! Yeah, I have written a lot of shorts, but only a handful of CHYOA stuff. I could not have done any of it without this place which has given me an outlet even before I knew I needed one hehe. I am particularly proud of this one because it's so complex, there are so many branches and endings that it was a really fun challenge to make it all work.

If you don't have the money for the book, Amazon usually has Kindle Unlimited trials for 30 days free. I think that would work if you really want to check it out. Also, you don't need a Kindle to read it. You can download the Kindle app for your phone or use the desktop program. :p

It looks interesting! I just bought it and look forward to reading it tonight. I'll be sure to review it on Amazon after :D

Congrats on the massive effort though: that's an unreal amount of text!

hehe, yeah, I've been building to it over the years with various other chyoa projects. It was like writing 20 novellas rather than one giant novel. Any single path is probably only around 50,000 words, unless you do things just perfectly.

Hope you enjoy! There's something in there for just about every taste.

So far it is pretty awesome! I'm currently exploring the pizza mogul's Roman Sex party, :p, so absurd and fantastic.

My only critique so far would be the usage of "petrified" so often, mainly because referring to a cock with that adjective can be a problem because we so often anthropomorphize penises when we describe their state (like "proud", "eager", "shy", et cetera) that my mind immediately goes to the usage of "petrify" as being frozen with fear, rather than simply hardened into stone. Though the latter is the older and, frequently, primary definition, in the context of sexuality and penises, my mind goes to the former automatically. Perhaps this is simply because I'm an American and more often run across that word used for fear rather than talking about petrified trees, but I figured I'd pass along that editorial commentary.

Anyway, I'm quite enthralled and you should really be proud of the book! I'll be reading it for awhile yet :D

Sometimes when I'm writing raunchy erotica I just choose certain words for alliterative purposes hehe :p Glad you are enjoying it. I'm already loving hearing what endings people are getting and what they're enjoying. And yeah, the giant crazy party was a component of Sexy Day in Suburbia so I had to include it in this.

;) As good an explanation as I've ever heard! I too have been known to articulate abundant, arrangements of appreciable alliterations.

As a huge fan of your works for the Kindle, I'll most certainly check it out. I was hoping to see another story like the your last big CHYOA, but this one should be really interesting. I never actually read Sexy Day, but now I'm thinking of checking it out.

Thanks! I wanted to try something more "vanilla" for this one. I have two more in the works (and maybe a collaboration for a third!) and one is fantasy and the other is scifi so you'll probably get more of what you love. Only about 20K words into each of them out of like 400-500K but the great response for this one has motivated me. :p

I've started a kindle book based on my Shadow Hunters series, taking place around 500 years after the main story line I have planned I'm currently still working on the first chapter, and it will be on hold until after I finish the novel I'm working on for actual print, but if it does well, I hope to actually run a series for a husband and wife team of Hunters. Planning lots of call backs to Venus's time (Including a big secret about the husband that is currently connected to a story path that was not finished yet....)

Lol, not trying to hijack your thread Hematoma, I only bring this up because I only decided to begin this project after learning that your works were the ones I was doing near daily checks on for updates. So basically you are the inspiration I needed to go for my own erotica to get some kindle loving. So thanks for helping me get over my nervousness about my own writing and I can't wait to see what you publish next!

Awesome! Congrats on the upcoming work and feel free to message me or post here if you have any questions about publishing on kindle. Not an expert, by any means, but I have done like 120 short stories and novels hehe :p

Lol I'll probably take you up on that. I read through some of the publishing stuff but I haven't had a chance to read up on everything and it was a little confusing what I did read. I'm still a long way from being ready to publish, but I've got a lot of ideas I'm ready to run with. For now though, my focus is my novel though.
