However, i'm worried some of it's content might be a little too close to breaking the rules, so l wanted to ask here first before putting it up for review. (Also, sorry if this is the wrong thread, I'm unfamiliar with the site.) https://chyoa.com/chapter/Rules.560688 Here it says no under age Lewdness, which l am fine with, but l plan on adding pictures (With permission from their creators) and am worried the content of those pictures would be a issue. (Though obviously no one can say for certain without seeing them) Anyway, the Story follows Ash Ketchum from Pokemon (18+ per the rules, though would simply saying "Adult" suffice?) as he wanders Veilstone City (in the Sinnoh region) and gets involved in a Evil Teams plot, and one of the story paths has the potential for some minor erotic content (Nudity for example, and a Slow TG/Gradual TFs) (Though the story is intended for more of a PG, with R being the absolute maximum, if I'm understanding the Erotic Rating system correctly) Sorry for being Vague, l just don't know how to explain it without Spoilers or just showing it, and this is mostly me having First post jitters. (Also, sorry again if this is the wrong thread, or I somehow broke a Taboo. I'm unfamiliar with the site and its rules.) Edit: I know using peoples Art without permission isn't allowed, but how far does that go? Like, could l use a picture without Express permission if l provide a link to the Source?
If they depict children either in an erotic context, or to represent characters that appear in an erotic context in the story, they would create issues. If you're unsure, you can DM me links to the images. There isn't a limit or a classification system for explicitness of stories. It can be as pornographic as you like; this is a porn site. On that note, if your story is really lacking in erotic content, it probably won't get much of an audience.
I don't really care about getting a audience here. Honestly, l only chose this site because It's much easier than trying to figure out how to code it in HTML. (Also, my main audience is Deviant Art, my plan is to Link It on my DA Page once it's done.) (Also, the "Main Story" is A slow TG/TF, so there is Fetishistic content, just not very Explicit in most cases. Also, no the pictures aren't, for example, Ash giving a BJ or anything like that. Skimpy Bikinis or Nude slime girls maybe, but nothing too sexual.)
Just say everyone is aged up to 18 will suffice. Anime art style is also easier to pass, as long as it's not obviously of an underage person, such as wearing children's clothing and having very little adult characteristics, such as "loli" type characters.
If a figure on an image is meant to be one of the characters, they depict that character. So if the figure looks too young to be an adult, the character is considered underage. If that character is depicted in an erotic context at any point, it violates the rule.
Good to know. Luckily it's just a humanoid pokemon not wearing cloths. No genitals or sex acts, so lt should be fine (it's already been accepted after all)
Yeah, there are TONS of Pokemon stories around with female trainers from canon aged up to 18. It's not against the rules. Likewise there is nothing against the rules about having female (or crossdressing) characters who have stereotypically "cutesy" attributes. You know, wearing their hair in pigtails, liking stuffed animals, and so on - that isn't what is meant by "loli type characters". No one is going to jump on you because your character with DD-cup boobs is sucking on a lollipop while she flirts with someone. It's even allowed to say that they look young due to being short and/or having small breasts, or to have other characters feel the need to ask if they're of legal age... but within reason for someone who is physically and mentally an adult. So if you specifically say that a character "looks like she belongs in grade school" or otherwise imply they look like an actual child rather than a young adult, that will get your story deleted. I think there were a couple of stories that tried to do an end-run around rule #1 by saying characters had "puberty blockers" that stopped them from physically maturing - that is the kind of stuff that IS against the rules even if the characters are supposedly 18. Using pictures isn't against the site rules either. In the case of Pokemon characters, just don't use art that makes them look underage. Choose pictures that give them a noticeable bust, or, if they're petite, pics where they have a small head relative to their body, just to be on the safe side.
