Hi people of Chyoa, I'm author of the story 'The Wild, Wild West'- when I first started the story I didn't add a thumbnail picture but wanted to add one now that it's online, would that be possible? If so, how would I do it? Thanks!
Go to "My Stories", find your story and click the three rings on top right. From the small dropdown menu, choose "Edit Story". On the following page click on the book/image to choose/change a picture.
Relevant to this, is it possible to remove a story thumbnail (or a profile pic for that matter...) after adding one? I´ve been toying with adding one to my story, but I´m worried about making any change which I can´t undo, even if it´s a small thing like that.
You can remove a story thumbnail, though I'm not sure if it will be deleted from the server immediately. In my local environment, a removed story thumbnail gets deleted immediately. There may be some caching issues on the server. To remove the picture, you just have to click on the picture on the "Edit Story" page. It is not possible to remove a profile pic, though you can replace it with another picture. You could also replace a picture by a "blank" picture. Another way could be to ask Friedman to remove the profile picture to show the standard avatar again.
