All of North America is in the minus time zones. It takes a while to catch up to the notion when you're always behind the times.

South moom time is under russian timezone, north moon is under USA timezone, it's based of results of the space races in 1960. Mars is independent, but the main spaceport is under North Korean Law and timezone.

I think you need to check a map. Mexico is definitely on the North American continent. Countries that are generally considered Central American are the ones south of Mexico but not quite on the South American continent: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_America And please tell me by which standards would Mexico be "South American?"
