Renee groaned as hot seed swept down her throat. She could feel the hot liquid travelling to her stomach. She swallowed as the man dropped the disguise - the game was over... and it looked like she lost. She felt her heart drop as she saw that there were no coins in the purse. The man has completely tricked her... it's almost as when the duchess captured her. At his suggestion to call for help, she was ready to scream, but when hu put a barrel to her forehead, she closed her mouth - not daring to do so. She merely looked defeated at the man.
"Relax, I won't harm them too much. They are not worth it." She said it like about some bugs. Marlene takes doubloons to her own pocket, and take critical look at pistols and cutlass. Not worth her time or anything. "Hey Peter, did you want some extra sword? It would look good for you!" She asked as she throw cutlass to black bosun. As the crew deal with guns and prisoners, Marlene jump back to Sant Antonio and go check maps, looking for shortest and safest road to Havana. Luckly for them, Spainish Empire isn't at war with any major power in this region. Well, at least not officialy, ofcourse. "Let's see how wind and water let's us go back." She said to herself, removing her helmet. It was good to fight, but in sun it heat up pretty fast.
"Understood." Arabelle grabs the blonde's scanty upper garment and tears it away, revealing the woman's small but perky breasts to the cool night air. After a short trip, the three are back on the Sea Swan, Mariel sitting in her chair in the captain's cabin. "He comes down this way." The blonde explains, carefully drawing a route with her finger over a map. "Down from St Augustine in Florida, he skirts the Grand Bahama Bank - there's a safe route on the landward side that only a few smugglers know - which helps him avoid the pirates from New Providence Island. Afterwards, it's mostly the normal route from Florida to Tortuga." She shivers a little bit, the candles in the cabin not doing much against the cold. "Now, I figure if you cut him off in the passage around the bank - it's only really wide enough for one ship to travel at a time, so if you were blocking his path from the other way..." She suggests. Arabelle nods. "He'd be forced to come up close enough for us to grapple and board him. Though in a passage that shallow, neither of us would be able to turn sideways - we'd both be incapable of firing broadsides."
A few hours later, a knock on the office door announces Lucien's arrival. "Err, hello maman. I, uh, you looked a little stressed earlier. Do you want any help with your work?" He asks - not an uncommon occurence. The young man does try to do his bit to chip in, and even if he doesn't really have the composure to be in charge of anything, his schooling and skill with numbers makes him an able administrator. (I'll figured you'd want to choose an image for Lucien, unless you want me to.)
"Heheh, don't worry, sweetheart. Unless you're very, very stupid, you'll come out of this alive and free. I'm just going to take your money - and satisfy myself fully with your body. Consider it an...indulgence for your sins." He chuckles.
Spoiler: Navigation Roll Success! Heading back to her cabin, Marlene gets out her compass, sextant and map and gets to work, sketching out a course. Before long, she's satisfied that her course will take the ship far from the trade lanes where pirates or warships might bother them, and get them back to Havana in no time at all. As she leans back to take a self-congratulatory drink, she hears her door open, and turns to see Peter enter.
Renee relaxed at that. He was no bounty hunter. "Zo a simple robbairy?" She asked, now her voice more flirty. It still stung that she tricked in such way, but at least she would walk out of it with her head on her neck. She suspected she might even look fondly back on this event... sometime in the future. But not now.
As Marlene fullfil her cup of wine, she noticed Peter getting inside her cabin. "You have no manner, bosun! Entering without permision to lady room is high unwelcome!" She said as sh the throw her helmet in his direction. Only him on this ship could anoyed her in such way, both in attractive and disturbing. "What do you want? Capitan has any orders?" She ask as she take slip of wine from cup. Everyone on this ship drink directy from the bottle, but she was a lady, so she have to drink dignity.
"Nothing's simple with a man like myself, my dear." The pirate priest chuckles. "But I didn't come here just to kill some whore, no." Spoiler: Perception Roll Success Clearly, he just sees her as some prostitute, and not the most wanted woman in France. "Of course..." He says as his cock hardens again. "I'm guessing the threat of death turned you on, so let's say I'll kill you if I'm not satisfied with your performance." He chuckles, and she's not sure if he's serious or not - the gun is still in his hand.
The helmet bounces off the bosun's broad chest, and he grins, advancing further. "Nope. They're all still busy unloading the ship. We're all alone. Figured we could share a real drink." He holds up a bottle of rum. (Heading out for a few hours, but I should be back online later tonight.)
Good. The man did not know of her bounties, which was really good. If he knew, she doubted she would survive. Renee swallowed at the threat as her body shook. The man was not wrong... she was turned on by this peril. "Zen, ai guez ai weehl 'ave to do evairytheng zat eez een mon powair to keep you satisfiéd, you rouge pirate." She said licking her lips, giving her breasts a little bounce. "But zis posishe-on, een zis bondajé, eet eez a lit-tell 'ard to do~" She said giving her hips a little sway.
"Do you realy think lady like myself, would lower herself to level of such poor alcohol? Not mention, you didn't apologise for intrusion into my chamber." Marlene said as she removed maps and sextans from the table and hidde them safety in the box. "But you be act polite and respecting, I might, might forgive for such act." She said as she removing her heavy breastplate.
Mariel frowned. “Maybe I am missing something, but having more cannons is our main advantage, is it not? If we were to directly grapple and board them we'd be giving up said advantage and relying on the quality of each ship's crew – and we don't even know if the other shop has a full crew or not... In your opinion what would be the best spot to intercept them without giving up our firepower advantage?” She asked Arabelle, wanting to hear the more experienced woman's opinion.
(I’ll try searching later today) Confidence issues aside, he was pretty well studied at these kinds of things. “Ah, Lucien. If you really want to offer your assistance, I’d be grateful.”
Spoiler: Seduction Roll Success The pirate draws a dagger from his boot, menacing her with it for a moment, before he cuts the rope binding her hands to the wall, and the ones binding her thighs to her calves - he keeps her hands bound together behind her back, though. "Be careful, little whore." He presses the blade against her skin. "Masochist or not, you don't want to see what happens when you anger me."
"I think a woman like you secretly enjoys low class things." Peter grins, the grin widening as she removes the breastplate. "And I don't think respect is what you're looking for."
"If we were to position ourselves at the mouth of the passage." Arabelle takes no time to answer, putting her thumb down on the map. "We can show the Fortuna our broadside, while staying away from the bank. Only risk is that if he manages to turn and run the other way without destroying his ship, it'll take some time before we can move to follow him."
Marlene take a slip of her wine, putting hand on her pistol. "Oh? So you have such expirence with noblewoman that you can try to read me? Intresting." She said pointing pistol to Peter heart, then to his cock. "Well, what do you think I'm looking for? Tell me black bosun, why I shouldn't teach you good manners by removing your family jewelry? It works pretty well for annoying dogs and untrained horses."
(No problem. It's not needed if you don't find anything you like, anyway.) Lucien smiles, moving into the office. "D'accord, maman. So, you're finding men to crew the Meduse? I'll do it - I'll go through the employment records for anyone with combat experience. You focus on resting, or doing whatever else needs doing."
"As a matter of fact, I do." Peter grins. "You're not the only rich girl in these West Indies with a taste for dark meat." He keeps advancing, not caring about the pistol. "Maybe I should show you what you'd be missing out on, first?"
