Looking for a story… Need help… Next I remember reading part of a story a few months ago. But now I

I remember reading a story where the MC is living with a group of girls, and he wakes up to a new up installed on his phone…
I only really remember parts of it.
One if I remember correctly, there’s four other girls living with the main character And every night at midnight, they all appear in the basement with a circular shield around each one.
Two one of the challenges/punishments was that they had to drink the breastmilk of one of the girls in the house, and she had to be built daily.
Three one of the challenges/punishments was he had to collar a couple of the girls and also put in a tail butt plug.
Four, that was also a chapter where one of the girls would get locked into a box with a dildo with three different lights (red, orange, green).
