There isn't much there yet. I think you've set up the situation well enough, and the pictures are quite nice - although you might run out of those before long, at this rate! Having set up the situation, however, you might want to think of what you're going to do with Loraine - what challenges she's going to face and overcome, how the people around her react to it, whether it ever gets more explicit than just embarrassed nude female, etc. There are plenty of ways Loraine could embrace it ("Fuck, might as well get my own webcam") or try to turn it to her advantage ("Does bodypaint count?") or run away from it ("Homeschooling!"). If I had a single criticism regarding your current format, it's that the chapters all end with the default "What's next?" That leaves each chapter rather open-ended, whereas if you ask a specific question like ("What's the weather like outside?") it guides the direction of the chapter - which is handy if you ever want to a branching story. Obviously, it's going to be different if it's raining or snowing than if it's sunny out.
