Lots of great ideas there! I'd say the Mysterio and Nightmare options sound the most interesting to me. Certainly invading and corrupting Sue's dreams will give you plenty of room for creativity, since anything can happen in dreams! I think it's a good idea to hold back and not jump straight to the sex, as it always carries more weight if it's properly built up to. But I do hope things get very hot and steamy for Sue before too long. And I hope there's plenty of kink involved too, as it's always my firm belief that Sue Storm represses a very dark and nasty sexual dark-side.
If the plot succeeds, then Doom takes credit. If the plot fails, it's the other villain's fault and Doom learns something. So from his perspective, it's win-win.
General update schedule: going to try to keep it at 1-2 chapters a day for a while. Don't want to get burned out, don't want to just churn out quick, half-assed chapters. I have a vague idea of where I want some of these storylines to go, but I always accept comments and suggestions on where readers would like things to go. As I said, going to try and keep things sexy but largely not-explicit for a while; Sue isn't just going to drop her panties at the first opportunity. Gotta work up to it, make the villains work a bit.
1-2 chapters a day sounds fine to me! It will be fun to see how the various villains corrupt Sue, and how much resistance she puts up in each scenario.
The Moonstone strand looks promising! It will be interesting to see what kind of psychological manipulations she'll bring to bear on Sue.

We hit 25 likes for the Introduction, which means the 5th branch villain. I'm debating who gets the honor - I had initially played with the idea of the Walrus and a slow weight gain arc, but that's not everybody's kink. Porkum, of course, is a reference to an aborted arc on the BEAdventure/Superstories; I was thinking of going a different direction on that, but same basic idea, if I can pull it off. Mr. Mxyzptlk I put in as an example of a DC villain, and because the reality-bending powers make it easy to play around with Sue losing control of her powers, which has possibilities. But, open to preferences.
I'm not particularly interested in weight gain stories, so that would be my least favourite option. I quite like the idea of mixing things up and bringing in a DC villain. Certainly opens up a whole new world of possibilities.
