Hi Everybody, For some time I have been working on a new story. Yesterday I wanted to attach some AI pictures that I have made to one of the chapters, but when I did that everyting disappeared. It came up with the message saying that the draft was saved successfully but the page was like when you start a new chapter. Does anybody know if there is a backup on CHYOA or is it just lost?
You could take a look at your My Chapters list. You can apply the filters, though I think it should already turn up as the first chapter. If the chapter isn't on the list, it might not be saved. If the chapter is there but you can't open it due to an error message, it should be possible to fix it. (That might happen when an image is added the wrong way.) Though you might need to provide a link to the chapter or to the parent chapter, so I can take a look.
Hi Gene.sis, Thank you for the reply. The chapter appears under "My Chapters" but when I push edit it is blank.
Well I guess I will just have to start from scratch then. No I did not start the chapter with an Emoji. I was just about to publish the chapter, but thought it would be nice with some pictures and when I saved it afterwards everything just disappeared. Thank you very much for trying to help....... I better get back to writing the story, while it is still fresh in my mind.
