This is not a section of the library I have ever visited. Chloe thought as she perused the stacks. The books here are old, perhaps ancient. Chloe is remiss even to touch the brittle yellowing pages, afraid they might turn to dust in her hands. “Hector, why bring me here? There is nothing but old tomes whose text is as dry as the paper it was written on.”
The man smiled. "Oh dear, have you already forgot?" He chuckled as he put his arm around her shoulder then turned her to face the many-many rows of books. "This is the place you choose to have a drink~" He smiled. "I must confess, there is not many people here... But there are quite a few to choose from." He took a step back. "Now... This is a big place, so you will have some trouble searching. So concentrate. Use your blood to make your senses better, sharper. Trust, your instincts. Concentrate on your sight, smell, hearing...." He instructed her.
Siti shook his hand with a smile. "But it is simple - especially if I don't care for details." The woman hummed, as she showed her fangs. "I have embraced you for a reason, profesor. You are depraved, callous, amoral and skilled man. You can reach great heights and I will aid you and train you... But I won't be babysitting you. You have to show some initiative." She explained. She pushed the profesor against the table, then pushed him to lay on it as she climbed on to of him, straddling him.
"Ugh..." Warwick gasps in surprise as she pushes him back. "Very well, then." He grips her shoulders, pressing her to turn them around so he's back on his feet.
Spoiler: Strength 17 - success Vs 9, 4 - fail Warwick strained his muscles, as managed to turn the woman around - he even caught a slight surprise on her face as he turned her around - he manage to seat on table, with Siti's ass pressing against his crotch. "Oh? Someone iss eager~ Is it the rush of becoming killer?" She wondered as she looked back at him and licked her lips.
"Quiet, you..." Warwick says in the tone of a scolding teacher, as he slides a hand underneath Siti's skirt, pulling aaside her panties to find her clit, squeezing and teasing with practiced efficiency.
"Use my blood? What do you mean? Isn't it just food, like I had before my embrace, but much sweeter?"
The Egyptian-looking student gasped, then gave a light moan - she was being awfully passive, as the older man started stimulating her.
Hector hummed as he nodded his head. "That as well... but you can think of it more like magical fuel. Blood, makes you move - without it, you fall into a coma. You can use it to make yourself stronger, faster... some clans can use it to do magic." He explained. "Our clan, can use blood for disciplines - think of disciplines as magical blood arts - to make ourselves move as fast as bullets, to enhance our presence, to make our senses sharper..." He hummed. "Making your senses sharper is part of a discipline called Auspex. It's our clan discipline, so you should be able to use it with pure instincts." Hector explained.
"Hmph, I might be your child, but you still take to being schooled remarkably naturally." Warwick grins, as he strokes and caresses Siti's clit.
Siti moaned but then chuckled at his words. "I do as I will~" She licked her lips as turned around. "But, make no mistake... fail me, and you will be burning in that furnace next~" She slowly moved his hand over man's cheek.
Chloe set off from the room she and Hector occupied. She decided to try to do as Hector had said. The neonate vampire began to concentrate on the vitae that flowed through her veins. She could feel that it was no longer just blood but now also a potent force that fueled her unlife. Chloe felt her senses heighten. Sounds were crystal clear, each having a slight echo. She could taste the air and fine print across the room, and it was as easy to read as a book in front of her. Anything she touched felt rough as if she were feeling it at the molecular level. She opened her ears and could hear a world hidden from her: the wings of flies, the rustling of paper from a breeze, the turning of a page. "Someone is in the reference section," Chloe said to no one in particular. She went toward where encyclopedias, magazines, and old newspapers were stored. Before she opened the door, she could smell the different inks and papers. She could also smell the faint whiff of cologne. Something put on many hours ago that would be invisible to a mortal was fresh as rain to Chloe. She opened the door, and in that room sat a young man—at most, a graduate student—at one of the long tables surrounded by several reference books, discarded magazines, and a reference book of old newspaper articles. He would not have been her type in life, but something about him drew her to him. Not just the sweet blood that flowed through his veins inches below the skin. His intellectual nature, the expensive cologne, and the suit and tie all bespoke that this was a different sort of man than the usual. Chloe walked over to him. The boy was so lost in his studies that he never registered the blonde bombshell's approach. "Hello, do you know how much longer you will need the magazines beginning with R reference book?" The young man looked up, clearly upset at being disturbed, but upon seeing Chloe, he softened. "For a while longer, I'm afraid." Chloe smiled and sat down next to him. Can I leaf through it while you focus on other texts? I promise I won't run away with it." "Su... su... sure," He said, blushing a bit before burying his head in a newspaper clipping. Chloe picked up the book and flipped to a page. "So, what are you studying?" The man asked, still looking at reference material. "Anatomy," Chloe responded. "Ah, that explains why you need that book. You will need to look up articles in Russ's medical journal." "Something like that," Chloe said. The young vampire locked eyes with the student. She stared deeply into his beautiful baby blues. "Tell me, would you like to go somewhere more fun?"
"Not my idea of dirty talk, my dear." Warwick chuckles, sliding his fingers inside her, finding her g spot and lightly gliding his fingers over it.
"Understand this, my Childe. Blood is life, it's power. It's a fundament of everything that vampires' powers are based upon." She heard Hector explain... Like on pilot, or like a predator, her instincts lead her to the young man. Spoiler: Persuasion 9, 8, 3, 3 vs DC 10 - fail She had everything, she knew she was sexy... but she was just... not able to sink her claws in the man - her persuasion, where so many she could manipulate so easily, failed. She could see it before the man opened his mouth. He swallowed, as he looked at her. He knew she was beautiful... a beautiful woman giving him attention... "I'm sorry, but I have to prepare for tomorrow's presentation." He paused. "Maybe another time?" He suggested, regretfully.
Siti moaned, her body arching with pleasure, shuddering from the sensations, as his fingers seemed to make her dance to his tune. But with a monster, he was playing on? Could it be an illusion? She leaned against the table, putting her legs apart, pushing her ass back, allowing the old man to have better access to her sex...
Chloe grimaced as the man went back to studying. Something in her told her she should tear his throat out for his audacity. Instead, she got up and stared daggers at him. "Sorry to have disturbed you." Chloe made her way through the library until she heard the sound of books being shelved, squeaky wheels that were definitely in need of grease. Chloe smelled the perfume before she saw the woman. It was something like what her mother might have picked out. The librarian was on an old ladder with a cart of books at the base. She picked one up, looked at the s[one, ascended to the proper height, shelved the book, and returned to the floor to repeat the process. Chloe studied her for a moment. She was in her late 30s or early 40s and not married, or at least not wearing a wedding ring. Long red hair and round spectacles framed the woman’s face. Her attire was a bit frumpy, but this wasn't a club, no matter how Chloe was dressed. Chloe walked over to the older woman. “Excuse me, I’m having problems finding a book on medieval Austrian history.”
"A minute!" The woman called from her position. She finished putting the books on the shelf then she finally walked down the ladder. That allowed Chloe to have a better look at the woman. There was a thin layer of sweat on her skin, despite the cold weather outside. It seemed that she was quite busy with moving the books. "Medieval Austria... Are you interested on any concrete period? Raise Habsburgs? Hussite wars?" She asked as she started leading Chloe around the shelves.
A friend was telling me Chloe smiled at the cute older librarian. She had always admired women but had never acted on that in life. After her first meal the other night, she felt she had been silly about ruling out half the population. Did I say medieval? I misspoke. I could have paid better attention in my world history class. I'm looking for something about Maria Theresa I of Austria. I saw where she ended the vampire controversy of the 18th century.
The librarian paused. "Huh..." She looked at Chloe curiously. "I am actually... not familiar with this event. I am not sure where to start... maybe a biography of Maria Theresa I?" She hummed as she turned and walked to the bookcase. "Where was it... ah! Here it is! Biographies of Maria Thresa I of Austria... there are even three books about her!" She exclaimed as she pointed at three books. "This would be a good place to start." She turned to look at Chloe.
