I was thinking that this ritual area was set up by treaty because the male warriors were raiding and capturing Amazons and the Amazons in turn killing any men coming into their territory, meaning both sides were losing their most daring warriors and the solution was to agree to this ritualised combat where taking permanent captives or killing was forbidden.
543. Rise of the witch. In a matriarchal fantasy world, only women are ever born with the ability to harness magic and as such the small circle of witches and sorceresses hold all positions of power and authority. That is until a young man through some fluke is discovered to not only have the ability to wield magic but has the potential to be among the most gifted in existence. The ruling council of female mages decided that though they could not punish an innocent, especially one with such potential they could not allow a man to possess magical power and threaten their grip on power. Pooling their power they transform the young man into a woman. The new sorceress overnight goes from being a lowly male destined for a life of menial labour and servitude to the ruling magical elite to being one of the beautiful and powerful that are in equal parts feared and worshipped as goddesses.
544. Do You Believe in Love Afterlife?: The protagonist is a ghost and can't stand to see their still living spouse or lover be alone, and so they decide to use their ghostly powers to help their widow(er) out. The ghost might possess someone and seduce their widow with someone elses body, which could lead to weird auto-cucking stuff or not, or even trans themes could come in from possessing a different gender. The ghost might do poltergeist floating dildo/fleshlight shenanigans. Maybe the ghost just haunts a crush to coerce them into pleasuring their spouse. I think it's more interesting if the ghost can't easily show themselves or communicate with their living partner but a branch where that is possible could work if there was some other obstacle to them just resuming their relationship. Maybe the spouse has already moved on so there's a love triangle involved. Maybe the ghost innately causes terror in the living so they have to overcome that somehow. Maybe the ghost can't make money and the partner is used to being provided for.
545. I Don't Yet Have a Pun For This Title: Horny jail is real, and after the protagonist got laid off (or some other source of financial ruin) they have decided to commit lewd infractions in a desperate bid to get sentenced to escape a harsh life on the streets. Also maybe they're celibate or horny jail includes things outside their orientation or something to make a conflict happen.

Holy Ejacu-Judgement (yes that was the best I could do): A priest gets fed up with theocratic corruption, and takes matters into their owns hands. Medieval setting, fantasy or not is up to your discretion. 548. Ship x Theseus: A pair of souls recently transfered into a new robot form fall in love in a futuristic world led by both man and machine. They debate whether or not they are truly still human before engaging in a dance of passion that can only be described as the most human thing of all. 549. Sisyphean orgasm: Busy business lady attempts to get herself off, only every time she gets close, something gets in her way. Either a knock at the door, or the batteries on her vibrator dying, she feels like the universe itself is trying to deny her.
We're on idea 549, so we're probably are recycling concepts at this point. I'm pretty sure someone else thought of a story about a bunny boy becoming the strongest in the universe.
I mean, isn't that the plot of 'Solo Leveling'? Or maybe its 'That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime'? Either way, Sisyhpus with a dildo instead of a rock isn't the pinnacle of imagination, is it? 500-ish is pretty good though isn't it? Besides, unless someone's willing to look through 29 pages of this, they might not even see the duplicates. Also, the chances of exact wording lining up is WAY unlikely.

I've never read I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level. The guy doesn't spend 300 years killing slimes, he just spends 13 years doing 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and a 10km run every day causing him to reach level 14 once he returns to the level shop after being told about his level 1 cap. Solo Leveling is an influence. So is Rance and various Shonen mangas. I'm actually gonna do Bunny Boy Breaks His Level Cap. The protagonist is also inspired by Mirka from My Hero Academia, Saitama from One Punch Man and Shadow the Hedgehog.
Maybe I shouldn't tell the world how brainrotted I am, but I saw 'Shadow the Hedgehog' and immediately thought "Shadow the hedgehog? How's that gonna work with an 'I became level 1000 in a level 10 world' story?" Followed by 'Can you see all me' playing in my mind, followed by the Sonic 3 movie. Amazing song, and probably going to be an amazing movie.

Secrets of how the universe works. A way to comprehend the uncomprehensible. Such secrets are not for a fool's eyes. But such secrets can turn even the most foolish into a clever fox. The universe is coming to make them pay for thier actions. We call that retribution, justice. In other words, Karma. Karma's a bitch, ain't she. Time to make her one.
556. Escape from Truck-Kun: You get hit by a truck and reincarnated in another world which also has trucks. This cycle repeats periodically until you finally find a way to eradicate the world of trucks, at which point you gain immortality. Although sex should be involved along the way, it may also be entirely optional depending on whether or not Truck-Kun is anthropomorphized and adheres to the Harkness Test

However, deep down you still have truck-essence, so you can only honk, no talk, and you require a daily filling of gasoline instead of food. Meanwhile, the truck-killer is still after you, looking for finish the job. Mumble mumble sex. Can you survive for long enough to find a way out of your quandary???
560. Mandingus: A racist loser nerd pisses off an ebony witch. After she curses him, his penis transforms into the stereotypical BBC. His racist wife leaves him, but other than that the curse seemingly backfires. The nerd goes around and fucks lots of women with his comically out of place penis. Gradually he notices that people have started treating him like an object, and that security guards are watching him closely. Eventually he winds up being falsely blamed for a crime and has to somehow reverse the curse before he's thrown in prison.
561. Cyber Yandere Battle Royale: You download as many obsessive yandere girls (see: Monika from DDLC) as you can fit onto your computer and make them compete for your love. Antivirus not included.
