The current software didn't have the notion of owners and editors. So when it transferred over, adopted stories reverted to the original owner. If there is something you'd like to adopt, go to the Thread Approval Report thread and ask Friedman. I've re-adopted a few stories, but not the vast array of those I had previously on CHYOO.
