I have been experimenting with alternate story formats, specifically fake website screenshots. In some cases these screenshots will have a visual element, i.e. a pornographic image. For example, I recently created a chapter formatted as a Reddit post written from the perspective of a person whose friend has the ability to engage in nonconsensual sex with people without drawing any ire. Within the fiction, this person posted a picture of said friend's penis as a reference. For this, I used a picture of a large erect penis from the Wikimedia Commons repository, licensed with the Creative Commons 4.0 sharing license. Wikimedia Commons has a very limited selection of nude photos, and little to no content depicting explicit, uncensored sex acts. I am wondering if anyone knows of a good place to acquire pornographic pictures or video for use in a story, ideally at no cost. It is very important to me that the images I use be in the public domain or useable with an open-source license like Creative Commons. Using an image you don't own is illegal, but that's not a big concern for me as I doubt that anyone is going to take legal action over a silly little porn story that makes no money, and even if they do it will just be a DMCA takedown. The much more important issue is that I consider it highly unethical to use someone else's likeness in a pornographic story without their consent, even if that likeness comes from another pornographic work. I am also unwilling to use AI tools because, in addition to producing generally subpar work, it is (as far as I know) impossible to confirm the provenance of all likenesses used in an AI's training data, and thus impossible to ensure that the likeness of a non-consenting third party was not used in the generation of a given image. I am only willing to use pictures or drawn images that come with an explicit license to use them for creative works. Thank you.
If you use an AI to generate generic stuff, you won't randomly produce the likeness of someone used in training. You need prompts with names or, in some rare cases, very-very specific prompts. AI model can't use the likeness of a specific person because to generate a picture... because it doesn't contain it. Unlike erroneous popular belief, AI model doesn't store pictures to combine them into a new one. It contains exactly ZERO images AI model has a mathematical representation of what woman is, what blond is, what big tits mean, etc... Why AIs can be used to produce someone's likeness? Because it can also store a mathematical representation (still not an image) of what *insert celebrity name* is. Also, if there are many pictures of a specific person with specific attributes, it can be "overtrained" and produce someone's likeness. It is like some models produce Mickey Mouse when you ask for "theme park cartoon mouse" In short, if you take a generic model and ask for generic things It won't use anyone's likeness. It literally can't even if all of its training data is non-consenting people. ____________ But it is subpar.
Yes, I know how the technology works. Nothing you said contradicts anything I said in my post. I'm not interested in debating the ethics or logistics of AI. I'm simply looking for recommendations on open-source/public domain repositories of pornographic images and videos. Thank you for your feedback.
